receive two charges of aggravated
battery of a peace officer and that is a
Class one felony it carries a mandatory
minimum prison sentence of 4 years and
it can go up to 15 years years depending
on the circumstances so she also got
aggravated assault of a peace officer
which has similar penalties and is a
similar crime and she was also charged
with resisting a peace officer so if you
put it all together she's facing at
minimum 13 years and it could go up to
20 30 years but luckily this is not
California so they might not give her a
medal and drop all the charges and I do
have confirmation
that the prosecution has approved the
felony charges so we'll see what happens
