Department that his open container and I noticed a little bit of slurt speech and that was about it okay after that um I texted you guys and then you guys were right there I did one uh when my employees my assistant manager has a secondary check on it to see if she hit it or not um she it seemed that she uh had already taken the bottle and stuffed it somewhere cuz she was moving around the vehicle so I think she noticed that I saw it m and then um my employee then was like yeah no it's not there anymore when you first saw it where was it in the vehicle it was in the center console it was literally placed directly in the center console where you would port a normal like coffee cup okay and then with that said you said the cap was off do you know what do you know sea to be uh vodka vodka okay I used to I used to run a bar Ina okay so I'm very fluent with the bottles and the contents y you bet some test yep you're showing signs of impairment so I'm asking that you step out of the car I got to ask if you're willing to perform some tests to to make sure it was safe for you to be driving today I'll just get I'll have my mom pick me up then are you willing to perform those tests Natalie that's what I'm asking you're not okay now you're under arrest for OWI for refusing to do the tests okay so I need you to step out for me you have no priors so you would get a ticket and you
