are you
operating are you operating oh what am I
operator so it looks like Karen's having
a little bit of a malfunction she's just
rambling complete nonsense but I wonder
when is the cop going to drag her out of
the car because she is uncooperative she
doesn't want to give her license she is
clearly wasted and at the wheel I don't
think there's any point in engaging
these circular conversations with her
what were you doing at your house before
you came
here did I was talking to my clients
your clients what do you do for I'm a
hair stylist makeup artist oh okay
cool nice
yeah I can already tell
what ma'am can I just please get your

than it has to be and I don't want to do
that
so what's going on Mr

words like yeah yeah what

I'm just asking you a simple
question I am 100% here for all
cigarettes
okay what what what else did you think
that I was here for I don't know that's
why I'm
asking 1,000% no whoa whoa whoa whoa

going to go on for me I I need your
license oh my
gosh okay and I know they explain this
to just re explain to her where she's
parked in a handicap Park you don't have
oh so this is like how this yeah you're
parked in a handicap parking space and
you don't have a placard so so that's a
violation yes that's that's a violation

to call my friend who's the supervisor
of the FBI that's
fine here we go with the name dropping
first Karen said her boyfriend's an
attorney now her friend's a supervisor
at the FBI let's humor her for a second
even if that was true her friend would
tell her you dumb you have to ID
and don't park in handicapped spots if
you're not handicapped that's what her
friend would say but I highly doubt that
that friend even
exists call my you can call who you want
to call right now listen to me give me
this give me this give it to give it to
me I can yes I I can I can ma'am because
you yes I can cuz you got to pay
attention what you're doing okay this is
not allowed this is th% not allowed here
,000% you need to cooperate with the
police when you commit a violation so
listen you don't get to call your FBI
friend you get to listen to us oh my god

necessary thing yes could you look hey

been arguing with us now I do appreciate
the cooperation we didn't have to get
off on this Rocky start we we address
why is why is this is really this is the
most appropriate thing thank you so much
now why is why why is this
happening okay you can start talking
with it
again where are you coming from ma'am my
house right
on where are you going right AC back
home so why is this happening yes so why
is this why is this happening out of all
the things that happen in this
neighborhood look why look right at that
sign that's why it's
happening that's why we're here if you
look just remind your all this is NE go
I'll let you take go and take you go
right What's
happen okay ma'am' can you listen to me
can you listen to me for a second and
here's the thing you really cannot
reason when entitled drunks he must have
explain to her at least seven or eight
times why she was getting pulled over
explaining it another hundred times is
not going to solve the situation this
woman is clearly beyond help the only
thing she needs right now is a pair of
handcuffs okay right now I'm suspecting
you that I suspect that you have been
drinking tonight I have not I can smell
a strong odor coming from your person
well I have not and I need you to step
out of the vehicle so we can so we can
do some tasks you don't want to step I
have not okay well I smell a strong odor
so I'm going need you to step out of the
vehicle I don't know why is it my
um my perfume ma'am I need you to step
out of the vehicle no I'm giving you a
lawful not I'm

that I don't know why anybody had to go
down this
road get out of the car you got 10 $95
by the number when you
get so
why does this have to happen what
happened go
to and start inting my computer dead
what did I do so wrong what did I do
that was so wrong I think even if they
would explain it to her again a 100
times in 14 different languages she
still wouldn't get it and you really
have to be a special kind of stupid to
know that you're driving drunk and you
are going to bring attention to yourself
by parking in a handic cap spot the cops
have a saying amongst themselves kind of
like an inside joke where they say we
only catch the dumb criminals and
although it is a joke it might not be
100% true in this case it's entirely
accurate asked you several times no no
no before all that you see you see where
your car is your that's a handicap sign
