office and then when he was told to

arrested for trespassing now on top of
that it looks like he could be looking
at some federal charges for recording
inside the Social Security
Administration office and what's really
interesting is that we have a very
similar case that occurred out of
Colorado and the person was found guilty
so make sure to watch all the way to the

we'll be taking a look at that case now

was taking place the other officer was
putting the idiot in the car and he had
some more nonsense sense to say check

soon as you get your summons and
probably trespass notice you'll be

was I trespass what I actually crime did
I commit to be trespassed trespassing is
the crime no no no trespassing is not
the crime like I I I I was nothing in
there but peaceful and calm but you were
asked to leave and you refused and it's
a public building that's the statute the
public no no no no no no no no remaining
on a property when you've been asked to
leave like that that no no no no that
that's for private businesses private
businesses not public n public too all

because there's an exact same situation
that happened once again in Colorado and
the [ __ ] was found guilty we'll take a

officer's body cam footage where he is
interviewing the manager of the building
about the events that just
occurred so we do have sign says he came
with a gun first which he did come in
with the gun the guard told him he
needed to take it out that I wasn't
allowed to the building um which he did
but then it came back and of course I
showed him this but he didn't want to
listen but it's the it's this c f p
Federal Regulations there okay so that's
that that's what we site and
then I mean there's a couple reasons for
it one is security like he was videoing
all of my security guard security
measures okay and the other is that
there's people doing interviews here so
if you're recording you know those
cameras they pick up Social Security we
got Social Security numbers everywhere
we got people talking about their
private stuff you know when people come
in ask him the date of birth all the
things that Proctors need so I'm
concerned about his cuz he was here
quite a long time but he's picked up on
his phone mhm as far as private
information so when he came into the gun
how was it concealed was it uh let's I
wasn't out here let's talk uh oh what
you guys do this
time so when he came in with the gun on
is on how was it where was it no uh he
had knife gun but I just do everyone in
the door do you have any dangerous items
guns knives mace anything sharp or
dangerous okay he go yeah but I got a
concealed concealed car or open carry

he that he had the prohibited items and
I said just leave it out in the car I
said well that's fine just leave it out

it's a federal building don't get to
have any of that I can open carry go I'm

go out and he went out went in his car
came out come back a few minutes later
sat down with his mom then it was a long
wait so he went to go get a drink or
something when he came out he had a
sheath on his right side and it looked
like a either a knife or a multi-tool
sheath and I could see that there's
still something in in it even though so
when he left I asked his mom I said if
it's a multi-tool it just has pliers
fine but if it's got a blade I'm going
to have to look probably wants to take
it off I mean it's common knowledge that
you do not bring weapons in federal
buildings including cour houses post
offices and so on so I don't know why
this internet lawyer thought it was a
great idea to bring a knife into the
Social Security Administration office
but then again we're dealing with a
wannabe lawyer so logic is not his Forte
she went and told him he went took it
off and he came in with his belt off and
then he just started running his mouth
and I said you're not allowed to have it
here and I'm not going to argue with you
about it at that point he took his phone
out and he just started filming so at
that point I went and got M I said this
guy is filming but it's my understanding
I'm thinking Lobby you can do that and
then as I'm telling them I realize the
design of this building and the way it's
currently being used it's not just a lob
what this says is in common spaces like
if you were in a multi-tenant building
that be one thing but soon as she comes
into the Social Security space just put

them trespassed you want charges Tess uh
I so what are what are my options as far
as trespass I I think he should be cited
but I don't want him banned from the
building what's that yeah I don't know
that I want him banned from the building
if we trespass him that means he cannot
come back in this
building
um not necessarily doesn't mean that I
mean you can set a time stamp on that
um but yeah typically if you trespass
somebody there's a start date

and he was so he trespassed Yeah
question about it so and it was mainly
because he wasn't complying with your
commands
to he did comply with the taking the
knife off Y and but he wasn't complying
to asking him to stop recording correct
well at the point that I some or I
thought he
I just went and got him because just to
have a second set of eyes to make sure
he wasn't playing and let him handle it
but yeah that's that's why we trespassed
him as he would not stop recording I
mean that's why we asked him to Le cuz
he would not stop recording okay so so
you yeah he needs to be cited for okay

that the officers realized that the
other charge would be a federal charge
so they have no involvement in that
which is 100% true now let me introduce
you to the case of the United States
versus Cordova it's extremely relevant
to today's video because both cases are
pretty much identical you have someone
that was recording inside a social
security office was told to stop
recording and refused to do so and
therefore got arrested so in the case of
Christopher Cordova on or about August
2nd 2022 at about 3:10 p.m. in the state
and District of Colorado Christopher J
Cordova the defendant was in and on
federal property and did fail to comply
with official sign of a prohibitory
regulatory and directory nature and with
the lawful direction of federal police
officers and other authorized
individuals all in violation of 41 CFR
10274
385 Christopher Cordova pled not guilty
and a couple months later after a trial
Christopher J Cordova was found guilty
on count one and two now here's the
twist a day before getting sentenced
Christopher Cordova decided to do the
exact same thing in another public
building and got arrested yet again so
now the prosecutor was asking for actual
jail time because of the most recent
arrest they rescheduled the hearing and
a month later he was sentenced to a
2-year probation a $3,000 fine as well
as 15 days in a federal prison now
what's really going to hurt this guy is
the 2-year probation
because in the conditions he is forced
to get employment and as you guys know
these wannabe lawyers these internet
lawyers most of the time they're
complete losers they don't have jobs so
that's going to be difficult for him so
I just wanted to show you this case
because it's extremely relevant to the
video that we're watching today it
proves that you cannot record in a
Social Security Administration office if
