is everything all right yeah no I'm
sorry we're like panicking together
I'm just doing
I'm sure we had a drink tonight
[Music]
what's up everybody I hope you guys are
doing fantastic in today's video we'll
be taking a look at another drunk driver
getting arrested today we have a 19 year
old girl that was arrested for DUI she
kept apologizing probably hoping that
she would avoid a trip to jail but we
all know that it never works if you do
the crime you will do the time
before we get started I just want to
remind you guys to please subscribe to
my channel I'm almost at 10 000
subscribers and that would be a huge
milestone and I would truly appreciate
it if you can help me get there with
that out of the way let's get right into
the video
I'm gonna run Mercedes
hey is everything all right yeah no I'm
sorry we're like panicking to get home
okay let me see your license ma'am and
your your registration insurance
17.
32 can start before
let me start with your license first all
right where you guys coming from tonight
we were coming from our friend's house
in West Palm
okay where you guys headed to my house
home okay we're like we're literally
like seven minutes from my house I'm so
sorry we're messing your license man
while you guys look for the documents
sorry we literally just found out my
friend died
I'm sorry to hear that it's okay I'm so
sorry that we were driving bad to be
honest I don't think I believe this my
friend died excused as to why they're
driving drunk it kind of sounds like my
dog ate my homework but then again it
could be true let me know what you think
in the comments section but I just know
that you must never underestimate
criminals when they are lying because
they will do whatever they can to get
out of that arrest
well you know what you did right we were
speeding of course no you were on the
wrong side of the road yeah
I'm so sorry we were literally panicking
I just found out that my friend died
it's right here at me is your wallet in
there or is your ID in there we go
I'm really sorry officer all right give
me one second all right
so here the audio is redacted because
they are looking at personal information
but on a side note why is it always a
Mercedes like this time it's a red
Mercedes whenever you see a red or a
white Mercedes and it's a young girl
driving it you best believe that she's
wasted
tonight
[Music]
how much have you had to drink tonight
not a lot
why don't you go ahead and step out on
make sure you're not driving Under the
Influence we'll have you on your way
home all right
yeah we live right down the street okay
is
all right if you could take that item
out of your waistband there
okay come on over here this officer is
going to give you a quick pad down all
right do you guys
coffee I just hang out with that guy
right there
grab the tape real quick
all right
man if you would come on over here for
me you can go ahead and stand right in
the middle of this little design on the
ground here all right sorry I don't
know that's fine excuse me do you have
any medical condition with your eyes not
corrected by glasses
are you able to walk a straight line yes
I am can you bounce on one foot
of course okay wow she is wasted she's
slurring Her speech so much and the test
hasn't even started yet and then she's
like having hiccups like she's about to
puke this girl is definitely going to
fail all the tests miserably all right
go and bring your feet together hands at
your sides
all right you see the top of this pen
you're going to follow the top of this
pen with your eyes only you're going to
keep your head still do you understand
of course
that's a flashlight look at the pen
so the uploader provided four body cam
footage so there is four angles none of
them actually show her eyes from close
but this is the best one
[Music]
the pen or the flashlight
okay all right make sure you follow with
your eyes on me okay
[Music]
all right
[Music]
follow it all the way don't move your
head
[Music]
stay with us over here
[Music]
stay with pen though
stay with it
all right we're gonna go on to the next
episode
[Music]
all right if you would go and place your
left foot on the line over here
all right now place your right foot in
front he'll touch like I'm doing
please
arms down your sides now hold that
position don't start until I tell you if
you step out you got to step back into
it all right all right don't start until
I tell you to all right when I tell you
to begin I want you to take nine heel
toe steps just like this
one two
three okay not yet please go back to the
starting position
back over
here
yeah all right so once you get to your
nine step your feet are gonna end up
like this okay leave that front foot
where it's at
take a series of small steps to turn
around
take nine you'll touch steps back all
right it's important that once you start
you don't stop
keep your arms down to your sides and
kind of steps out loud one two do you
have any questions three four do you
have any questions man I do not I didn't
tell you to begin so go ahead back to
the beginning lawn this is not looking
good this chick is all over the place
it's like these drunks have such a hard
time actually understanding the
instructions I think that the
comprehension of the instructions are
actually a secret part of the test
because most of these drunks completely
fail at just understanding it
[Music]
all right so once you bring your right
foot over you gotta begin
one two
three four five
six seven eight
nine ten eleven twelve
all right and not heel toe steps back
that's close
one two three four five six seven eight
nine
minutes all right you can tell that
towards the end she's not even trying to
do it Heel To Toe anymore obviously this
is considered a massive fail
this exercise give me one leg stand so
if you would go ahead and stand right
back again
all right you wanna bring your feet
together and use your sides all right
hold that position I'll start until I
tell you let me explain the exercise
then I'm going to demonstrate it okay
when I tell you this again you're going
to raise one foot
whichever one you want approximately six
inches off the ground that's about the
height of a sodium while you're doing
that you're gonna keep all of these
straight
up
you're gonna look down at your foot and
you're gonna count out loud I'm gonna
show you one thousand one one thousand
two one thousand three and so on until I
tell you to stop the whole time your
hands are gonna be on your sides if you
place your foot down during that time
pick it back up and continue where you
left off it's gonna go just like this
watch me
1001 1002 1003 1004 1005 1006 1007 1008
and so on until I tell you to stop
notice both of my knees are straight my
toes are pointed out and I'm looking at
my foot with my hands on my sides this
is all you gotta do for 30 seconds okay
you understand if you have any questions
no all right let me set a timer here
[Music]
all right go ahead and bring your arms
down keep them there and then begin
if you place your foot down again the
exercise is gonna be open
all right that exercise is over you're
under arrest or DUI man arms I'm sorry
thank you
can I be retake this
no that's hilarious she wants to retake
the test what makes her believe that the
outcome would be different she is
plastered she would fail to test a
hundred times over
make sure they're tight enough
yeah she's getting a ride right now uh
should I get can I get my keys to
somebody they'll go down with you on
your property
yeah yeah your friend said she'd be
willing to take any of your jewelry and
stuff
okay she can take my jewelry for me this
one's coming off it's coming off yeah
unlock it just a little bit don't take
it off just unlock it and open it up
better yeah and then double hit double
lock his like yeah I have the okay
I don't understand
of course I know
okay follow me back to this car I'm
gonna do a search now before we wrap up
the video I just want to show you the
angle from the arresting officer here it
is
pour it down again the exercise is going
to be over
1000. all right that exercise is over
you're under arrest or DUI ma'am arms
I'm sorry
if you take if you retake it you're
going to hurt yourself you place your
foot down three times the exercise is
over
all right Jim figure out something to do
with her
yeah all right
your your friend can have all the stuff
that you wanted to have
[Music]
[Music]
do you know what a DUI is
[Music]
that's an honest question Ms Doran do
you know what DUI is
of course that's what you're under
arrest for okay you're arrested for
driving on an influence
yeah yeah your friend's gonna get all
your property
yeah we can leave the parks where she
can have the keys
she can she can have all the property
just Jim explain to her no driving
unless she's good I don't know
he's good oh sir explain to her the
deal
well there you have it another one bites
the dust in this case we do not have the
results for the breathalyzer that was
done at the station but it is safe to
assume that she blew way over because
how she was acting she was extremely
wasted anyways that's it for the video
thanks for watching everybody please
make sure to subscribe and like the
video we are almost at 10 000
subscribers which would be a massive
Milestone thanks so much for watching
and I'll see you guys on the next video
