transported to the jail where he did a
breathalyzer test and the result came
back to
0.179 which is a little bit over doubled
the legal limit he was found guilty of
DUI which is a class A misdemeanor he
had to pay twenty five hundred dollars
of fines and on top of that he had a
conditional discharge of 24 months and
he had to do 240 hours of public service
and he had to attend DUI school now is
he going to repeat that mistake I sure
hope not it looks like he was possibly a
normal citizen that was just having a
bad day and did a really really bad
decision hopefully he doesn't do it in
the future hopefully we never see him
again on the channel that's it for today
