2022 at 9 47 a.m a Melbourne police
officer responded to a Walmart located
at 1000 North Wickham Road in reference
to an intoxicated male on a motorized
scooter on Aisle 13 grocery side upon
arrival the officer met with Melbourne
fire rescue who was assisting the
defendant as her investigation begins

ultimately the suspect refused to submit
a breath alcohol sample the defendant
was charged with driving Under the
Influence or DUI refused breath sample
after previous suspension vehicle
operation with open container of
alcoholic beverage and disorderly
intoxication on August 10 2022 the court
dismissed the first two charges
including DUI on August 31st 2022 the
defendant pled noo contendary or no
contest and was formally adjudicated as
guilty He was ordered to pay a total of
570 dollars in cost and penalties as of
April 20th 2023 the entire balance is
outstanding
he was sends to 60 days in jail with 39
days credit time served Aaron was not
put on probation and further ordered not
to return to the location of the offense
for six months only 60 days that's not
much that is not much but uh hey at
least he got some jail time uh a

do you do this at a set time or random
events well this is the first one so
there is no set schedule but the best
way to know is check my community post
because it just make sure you have

6 2020 police receive a call that a
restaurant Patron backed into another
person's vehicle that's when we step out
of their vehicles they are confronted by
the alleged victim of the incident as
their investigation begins

jumps in his work vehicle throws it in
reverse slams into my car
and then tries to drive off
so I run out that's why his vehicle is
like that because I got in front of him
I said oh no no no you're not you're not
gonna hit my car and drive off
it gets out well I didn't hit your card
I said okay but they all saw it got
another video camera slammed into my car
and now you're trying to drive away I
said you're not going nowhere I will
stand in front of your vehicle you are
not going nowhere you get out you own up
to what you did
and now he's over here he's
driving his work vehicle whatever none

that he slammed into my car and tried to
drive off that's why his vehicle's like

after the arrest the suspect was booked
and charged for OVI
he was asked to take a urine test to
which he complied
the legal amount of alcohol if you're
not over
the drugs that's in your system when it
comes back then you would not be under
suspension if it comes back to you over
at that time you'll build a nurse
suspension now at that time if it comes
back it's over suspension that comes
back to that 90 days that you were
talking about you're correct
so you don't want the hearing tests
once processing was completed the
suspect spent the night in jail and was
eventually released under his own
recognizance the urine sample came back
at .242 grams per 100 milliliters damn
that's a lot of booze that's three times
over the legal limit this guy was
plastered here's of alcohol
that is three times the legal limit to
drive in Ohio the suspect was ultimately
charged with improper backing for
hitting the victim's vehicle and with
operating a vehicle Under the Influence
or OVI
the improper backing was eventually
dismissed after the defendant pleaded
guilty to Ovi between 336 dollars in
court fees and a 375 dollar OVI first
time offense fine the suspect was
sentenced to pay seven hundred and
eleven dollars participate in a driver
Intervention Program and put on
probation for an unspecified length of
time the defendant was given limited
driving privileges immediately after
applying on March 10th 2020. on April 13
2020 the defendant paid all costs in
full the suspect was sentenced to one
day in jail which was credited for
spending the night of his arrest in jail
and zero hours of community service
all right what do you guys think of the
sentence so he it looks like he lost
certain privileges only one day in jail
700 bucks I mean it's a pretty light
sentence some people that would be
enough for them to rethink their choices
and never do that [ __ ] again but yeah it
the fines are pretty low the fines are
pretty damn low
um I sure hope we don't see that guy on
the channel again he wasn't like the
worst drunk he wasn't belligerent he
caused a minor accident right but
hopefully like that's enough to fix his
life
um I don't think he'll do it again but
hopefully he he fixes that [ __ ] but yeah
a seven dollar Uber would have been much
