it Jerry D McBride
he started his criminal career as an
adult in 2018 when he was charged with
possession of drugs which he pled guilty
to and was given it three years of
probation
in 2020 before his probation was over he
was once again arrested and charged with
possession of drugs
it was a felony charge that they pled
down to a misdemeanor he was given three
days
in jail
on the day of the incident you just
watched he was charged with improper
handling of a firearm a felony of the
fourth degree
possession of drugs a felony of the
fifth degree a second charge of
possession of drugs a felony in the
fifth degree and two charges of Weapons
Under Disability which means he is a
convicted felon who was not legally able
to possess a firearm at the time of his
arrest he has since been released on a
five thousand dollars Bond
and a condition of his release is that
he is not to possess a firearm Something
tells me he's not going to follow that
rule
