investigation and then it takes how long
till till I can get her uh she'll have
to talk to the judge before she gets
released so so uh what's today Sunday
morning Sunday morning sometimes not
always but sometimes the judges do go to
the jails and arrang them at the jail

got to wait
depends which judge is on call or on the
weekends or whatever CU sometimes they
do go but not always she'll be all to
call me from there when she did not want
to take her phone but does she have I'm

or technologist who was employed by the
hospital or phys or physician of your
own choice to perform an additional
chemical test the cost of this
additional test will be paid by the law
enforcement agency do you agree to take
our test uh no okay um I cannot force
you to take our test but if you refuse
you will lose your New Mexico driver's
license privil license or non-resident
operating privilege for one year if you
are convicted in court while driving
under the
influence
victed

may also receive a greater sentence
