video that i have for today
is going to feature an individual who
has been on the channel once before
the guy in this video is a local man
who uses meth and when he uses that drug
he doesn't always have a very good
reaction to it
because of this the officers who work in
that area
are familiar with him you'll see
if you remember the video from before
that this is the same officer
who interacted with this man the last
time
that he interacted with the police when
he was in public intoxicated on meth
one thing i'd like to mention in this
video is that you often hear people who
are critical of the police
one of their criticisms is that the
officers
don't always live in the area where they
serve
for some reason people are under the
assumption that since
officers don't live in these
neighborhoods they don't understand the
people who live in these neighborhoods
so this is an example that shows an
officer
who has worked in this area for a very
long time
and has a very good grasp on not only
the people who live in this area
but he's actually interacted with the
same people several times
over and over again so he has a pretty
good handle on
how he should be interacting with them
