independent of test your that's part just means if you do decide to test it and you don't like what be F you can do test on your own time okay so there are three things that can happen right now right take a chemical test I this breath test right here it'll be an automatic onee suspension of your high driving pures okay if you do take a test and test at or above the adult legal limit which is 8 you'll receive a 3 month suspension okay now those are your first two options okay don't take a test one year suspens do take the test and test over the adult limit 3 month suspension okay if you test under the adult limit you will not receive this license suspension all right now if you test over a 02 which is the underage limit I'm going to charge you something different in underage oi okay it's a third degree Miser instead of a First Agreement now the court may still issue you a license suspension but you will not rece keep it tonight it's not this that make sense so there are three things
