have for today i would like to start that with a question do you think the male at the center of this video is suffering from a bad reaction to some sort of drug or do you think he has some mental health issues that might be impairing his decision ability the video that you're going to see is going to be an incident where officers were dispatched to a call about a male who was overdosing in his vehicle you'll see from the body camera that when the officers arrived they found a man who was in his vehicle but he appeared to be alert and healthy it's just that there was something else going on and it was unclear to the officers whether this guy was having some kind of reaction to drugs or if he had some sort of mental illness and maybe things just weren't firing properly in his brain based on the initial interaction between the officers and the man the officers decided that he was not in any immediate danger that he could be taken home so that was the plan that they set out to do what you'll see in the video is how the man's behaviors changed during the interaction which also changed what the officers chose to do so i hope you enjoy this video i hope you learned something and i'll
