condemned building and a landlord tenant dispute on December the 7th 2022 at approximately 11 A.M officers with the Columbus Division of police were dispatched on a call about a man with garden shears who was threatening construction workers while they tried to board up a vacant structure that had been condemned due to a fire they arrived on scene and found a man with six month old paperwork stating this was proof that he was a legal residence of this property okay then calm down and stop yelling I'm a tenant yeah I knew that right okay they tried to evict the other three tenants as you can see it was this it was dismissed notice of dismissal okay it never went through she moved to another apartment because the landlord keep harassing so we they can move another department away so all my stuff is in there they took my four thousand dollar bike in the backyard they tried to tear the locks off of it yesterday I said hey you're not allowed to touch tennis property if you know the law you have to have a court to have a sheriff and escort stuff out you cannot touch them I know but if a house is condemned it's a little bit no no upstairs oh the electric bill the water Builder the court orders and told him that he was subject to arrest if he returned the following day December the 8th 2022 at approximately 9 A.M the same officers were flagged down by the same construction workers who stated that Virgil broke into the house overnight by removing a board they had placed over the front door the officers eventually entered the house and placed Virgil under arrest for trespassing once released from jail Virgil filed an official Complaint with the Columbus Office of the Inspector General his accusations were one the officers forced their way into his home violating his fourth amendment rights two the officers threw his female companions against the wall and three the officers that slammed him into a cruiser the office of the Inspector General found no evidence to support Virgil's accusations but instead filed a separate accusation on behalf and sustained a complaint of conduct Unbecoming making statements that dishonor the division because the officers used profanity and called Virgil crazy multiple times during the encounter now you have the opportunity to review the same body worn camera footage and you can tell me in the comments below if you believe where in front of me the fire the administrator of the police talked to them so why do you feel mad at me America escorted me over here to open my door sir but I was escorted by a police officer and they called the fire department and told the force their prep workers first there's no conventional it's the fire department but I got permission I got escort over you can't arrest me when I was escorted by officer after the arrest and I didn't break the law I did not cross my grounds without the president involved I made sure I didn't touch that ground until the officer showed up this guy is
