policy is broken it's stupid it needs to
be fixed the reason I'm making this
video today is because I'm very
frustrated and I want to call attention
to this subject matter
the screenshot that you're looking at
right now was taken from one of my most
recent videos as entitled domestic
dispute or frustrating domestic dispute
I think it was and once I posted this
video I got an email from YouTube saying
hey we have age restricted your content
for violating our policy on public
annuity and sexual content
the screenshot that you're looking at
right now is the most clear picture that
you're going to get from the entire
video it shows a man with a hairy back
not wearing a shirt the rest of the
video soon after this he was placed in
handcuffs taken out of the garage where
there is no light and you don't actually
get to see him basically for the rest of
the video as a matter of fact the part
of the video that they highlighted
specifically was the three minute 20
second Mark and they said that was the
most serious violation it's completely
dark you can't see him at all all you
can hear is him insulting the officers
and calling them names so with this
information I said you know what I'm
just going to appeal this through manual
review they should be able to tell that
this does not violate their policy on
nudity or public sexual content or you
know anything like that I immediately
within 30 seconds I got an email back
from YouTube and it says we've reviewed
your content carefully and have
confirmed that it violates our sex and
nudity policy and here it is the
frustrating domestic dispute so YouTube
wrote me back and said we've confirmed
that this video right here violates our
sex and nudity policy now here's
something else that I did I went and I
logged out of my YouTube account you can
see it says sign in here and I typed
into YouTube search wet t-shirt I wanted
to see what what videos were going to be
age restricted and what ones were not if
you come across one that's age
restricted you get this thing you must
sign in and confirm Who You Are
if not you can here's a bunch of other
ones that do not have age restrictions
see no age restriction on this video I'm
not signed in but you can see that kind
of stuff and I don't want to show too
much because I don't want to get this
video age restricted based on someone
else's content that is not age
restricted
um let's see there's a bunch there's
whole videos here about women in wet
T-shirts
um there's a fairly significant amount
of nudity that occurs in these videos I
I don't even dare click on some of them
look there's no age restriction on that
one
um
this can you guys see this uh women
wearing see-through clothes with no
underwear that's you can see a lot of
nudity on that one just in the thumbnail
the point is
there's a lot of content out there that
clearly violates YouTube's policy on
public nudity and sexual content this
particular video does not for some
reason they're censoring my videos and
not censoring other people's videos this
is done it's one of the things that's
killing my channel I used to average 200
000 views a day now I'm averaging about
50 000 views a day I don't enjoy it it's
not cool YouTube you're stupid knock it
off
