Erica D Daniels she died on May the 9th 2018 when she was stabbed to death by her boyfriend Christopher Martin testified in his trial and tried to make a case for self-defense accusing Miss Daniels of $20 for that so I went to the plasma yesterday to get the $20 so she could retake her test so this morning that's what we're supposed to do she supposed to go retake her test and then we had enough bus fair so I I was going to go get my new glasses cuz my old ones had broke so um but when we woke up and stuff we was sitting around and stuff we started getting ready start getting our clothes on and stuff and um she was like um you can go to the plasma tomorrow tomorrow and I get $40 or whatever and she can take her test tomorrow or take it Friday cuz we both been stressing out a lot she like I just really kind of want to drink today and I was kind of like yeah I want to drink today too kind of cuz I've been stressing a lot too but at the same time we need to get our stuff done so we was sitting around we start cleaning up the house and stuff and um we always like forget let's just get something to drink today we're going to take the test another day so then we start getting um we start drinking and remember we went to the store the guys station and we was back we was playing Monopoly we was um we was just drinking playing Monopoly we uh we called the uh the BMV cuz my license I got my license uh Indiana so I needed to get them transferred over to Ohio but I ain't never had a money or never got around to doing it so she called them for me I was going to try to get my ccws cuz she was about to get her school money back MH for um for school like her uh her refund you know she had Financial age so she was supposed to get she was talking about she was going to get like 2,000 or 3,000 or something like that back and um so we called them what El It We call we um we had like a whole list of things it was like a whole paper list of thing cuz she on child support and stuff so she was talking about getting that taken care we was talking about getting all of our stuff taken care of and stuff and we still drinking we still drinking I start feeling it she she can drink more than me like I start feeling it real quick I'm like a lightweight when it come to drink and um which I should know better anyway so I start like doing all she beat me in Monopoly and stuff so I start dozing off on the couch and she was like oh you want me to go to the store we Ain got more B I'm like okay go ahead she went to the store and then she came back we started drinking again and she had a um what happened after that I want to tell you I'm trying to tell you but it's like it's it's kind of blurry to me too you know I mean I'm still like intoxicated now but I just want to be I want to make sure that I put like what happened out there about you about about what time do you think it was that she came back I'm not sure it might have been like one or two or something I remember cuz we was cleaning up and stuff at like 11: cuz she was like I want to leave at 11: and we end up just cleaning up and getting beer and stuff instead so if I was like we probably was sitting there drinking for like an hour or two so it might have been like one or two or something like that okay and um yeah we was sitting there drinking and swear something something happened okay remember something happened CU I remember we stopped playing Monopoly and like we was about to get into argument we done had a whole bunch of arguments for real like a whole bunch of arguments you talking like today or you talking like over the week or um probably like maybe like last week we had argument like we don't have some arguments and stuff but like we've been like here lately we've been telling talking to each other like if we about to have an argument let's not do the same thing because it always end up the same way we we get into an argument and then she'll leave and then she'll come back and then it all be like like all them hours of us being mad at each other and then we end up still being together so it's like well this like when we about to get into an argument let's just like talk about it or let's just like not talk to each other for a l man or whatever so we was trying to do something different I remember she had start eating and she was just eating eating eating oh that's what it was cuz I had just I had got a whole bunch of food stamps I had just got my food stamps and we had just been eating like we was eating like crazy like big big old crazy meals and stuff and and um she had went to the um Kroger and just like spent like almost all of the rest of the food stamps on like pizza pockets and little pieces and stuff and it made me mad cuz it's like we only got a little food bit food St for like the rest of the month and you just spent it all on like basically junk food and then she sat there today and just want to just eat it all up like I got to make this last or whatever and she just like I don't care cuz when she get drunk she start talking crazy so she's like I don't care I'm going home anyway I'm going just go home or whatever and I'm just like that's what that start some of our arguments too cuz it's then it's like it's like I I take I might my whole check with you or or do what do all my stuff with you and then it's just like oh forget me then you just leave you know what I'm saying and then I be like depressed and stuff and then I be like and then she start worrying about me CU I'll be like suicidal and stuff and and end up doing like the almost like it' be like the same stuff she she done been suicidal too that's why like I thought like we had connected a lot I really wish I have just so then what happened so then we was where she she was eating and then we laid down yeah then we was laying down and she just popped up swear like she just popped up and she just went and she went and got her phone and then she sat on the couch and and I'm like what you doing you don't my lay down we both been drinking or whatever I don't want you like be be on some drunk stuff so I got up and I went over there and then she went and grabbed the uh the long knife out the kitchen like the long knife it was still in the drawer I don't think I used that knife like but I don't think I even used it once cuz it's like what I'm going to use it for it's like a long knife and she done cut me before like this one day she had like some scissors and she just kept like cutting me my neck cutting me all right here cutting me and I would just be like cuz she would be drunk when she do it so like I would just be like why you doing this why you doing this why are you doing this and she just be like and like try to bite me and stuff it's when I was getting cuts on my hands and stuff and I remember I I remember I was asking her like why why are you doing this why are you doing doing this and she just like well one time she said I want to die I don't care if I die but the other times like she didn't she say too much she was just like trying to bite me or something like I I have her hand with the knife in it and she like try to bite me or something then I'll let her go and I'll stand back and then she start screaming for help which which which she did last time when she had the scissors I'm sitting on the couch and she sitting here and she stabbing me but she yelling help though where did she stab you in my neck and my arm when when was that I think it was last week it might have been last week I might got my days messed up did anybody call the police or anything no not even the neighbors H I don't think so nobody come out there or nothing but if they come out there then what's going to happen they going to think it's me and I'm going be in trouble oh I'm not I'm not saying that you know shame on you for not calling her I'm just curious when if the neighbors called if anybody was sent out or anything like that um so the the knife that she had how how big was the knife it was a a long knife when you say a long knife I mean it was like if you're that big and then once I got that knife she had the little knife was the the knife that you're calling the long knife was that a kitchen knife or a was all kitchen KN okay so then she wasn't got another knife yeah then I got a knife and then what happened I don't know where I stopped and we was both sitting there I don't know is she okay she was taken to to uh Grant I have to check back um did do you how did she get cut I don't know does she live there with you basically but not not she not on the lease or nothing like that but we're not worried about who's on the lease I mean she was there people put their heads down all over you know what I mean she was there all the time okay yeah all her stuff there is a unit in your name mhm does she she doesn't have a separate place of her own yeah oh she does where do she live I mean where where's up north up north and um we had um we had both was drinking and I had too much drink and I had threw up all over the apartment and stuff and I got kicked out and that's the first time I ever got any type of charge I got disorderly conduct for that at her apartment mm oh gosh and that was like two months ago cuz I was still in the shelter at that time okay so so um the the address is it is it 1,8 mhm in apartment number six okay um is it so I mean on paper it's just your place MH does anybody else live there with you I mean she puts her head down there somewhat regularly but okay um was anybody else over the house M okay so just the two of you and just your place gotcha how many days how many days has she stayed there with you since she's been back to her house week two weeks month I mean how long she been staying with um pretty much since I moved in I think she went home like like two or three times and when was that a couple months ago or longer when did you move in I moved in what's this man is may may may I moved in at the end of March um I think I think it's Mar did did she stay overnight from yesterday mhm okay so was she cut up at all yesterday no okay so how did she get cut up I don't know okay was she cut up before you guys started drinking I don't think so okay did all this happened to you while you were arguing the your cuts and blood and everything all this blood all explain what kind of cuts or what kind of injuries you have there cuz I remember I had grabbed a knife you got any other injuries on you any other parts of your body arms legs stomach she was like she it's really she really did a lot for real I don't know why I P up with so much was P up with all that stuff can you explain that CU she used to it a it ain't going to make sense though just tell us in your words I'm not trying to trick it just tell me what happened cuz like she used to like if I was sleeping or something she would like dig her nails into me I don't know man she ever tell you why she do something like that to you no I would ask her but then she she used to always say I always wanted to torture somebody I don't know I should have I should have P probably stop talking she under any kind of like mental healthare or anything like that she own medication is she you know what what Her diagnosis is or anything like that you know what kind of medicine she takes M it's at the house okay did she take that today or do you know did you see her take it I didn't see her take it today she put have but you just didn't see right I don't think she did though cuz she been out for like a like a couple days and then she just went and got some yesterday okay do you know who Who overseas whatever condition she has you see a counselor she I don't went with her to see her counselor okay it's on High Street okay you take us right up to the point that you're fighting over the knife and then you just kind of stop you are you afraid to tell us cuz I don't really know okay no I'm just asking cuz sometimes people get to a point they're just afraid to talk and all we're trying to do is get to the truth our whole job is not to trick you not to try to tell you to say something that didn't happen but we still have a lot of questions I mean in regards to what happened and we're trying to get your version and you get us right up to a certain point and you just sto cuz I'm not sure I've been thinking about it since I was in the car and stuff and I'm like how did it get to this point CU I really didn't wanted to get to this point nothing ain't worth this I I don't even know what what I did do you remember uh you said that you had a knife and she had a knife after you took the first knife away from her how how big was the or what what was the the appearance of the knife she had the second time around you started to say it was look like if I got you right it looked like you were trying to say it was smaller is it was it smaller was it I mean how how small would you say was like like a state knife or smaller or similar or something like that I'm not trying to tell you it is I don't know I'm asking it was a she got the big knife the first time and then she went and she was trying to like I don't know like she was trying to what's the word like like trying to like make me mad or something like because we could have just went to sleep like that was all for no reason I don't understand that I don't so I mean when you you think she was trying to start a fight or trying to scare you or what uh I to keep ying and stuff but I'm tired it was like she was trying to like she was trying to hurt me but like like try to make it seem like it was me though and like it wasn't nothing that I could do about it okay you you you mean sort of like you know you got to take this and you know nobody's going to believe you or what yeah like she had a knife she like get back get back I might just put the knife down I'm like get back get back and I'm like give me just give me a knife she like help help and all of this stuff but you got the knife at that point did you still have the the second knife that you picked up M okay so she just just she has the knife mhm okay and then what's what's she doing she's hollering help and yeah and and what happens next did you try to take that knife from her mhm and we was like kind of like wrestling FR a knife and then but she kept yelling help so when she would yell help I would like let her go cuz I don't want her to be like she yelling help and then somebody call the police and then the police get here and then what they they going to take me to jail for whatever reason how do you feel about that were you mad were you I mean I'm like I was going to kill myself that's how I I'm just asking what your emotions are I'm just giving you a chance to tell me how you feel I feel hopeless I feel like I wanted to kill myself cuz I feel like I feel like it was all for nothing it was all for nothing like I just like I'm 27 years old I thought I found somebody that I can be with and I thought I could like be somebody one day and it's it's always be the same stuff like every time I try to get my stuff rolling it's always like everything just come crashing down all over again so I just kind of felt like well I really just want to kill myself but at the same time it's like she keep telling me she love me and all of this stuff it was like I don't know but then I think about my family it's like I don't want to kill myself and my family they just like dang like why' you do that but it's like that's probably how it's going to end up happening especially now just should prob shouldn't should probably did that or at least not drink when when she was there with the knife so she had the F she had the first knife and then you took that knife away from her and then you both had a knife but then you got rid of your knife but she still had the knife was she like coming after you or was she just waving it in front of you or what was coming after me she she was actually coming after you with it where where were were you guys at when this was happening she was like on the bed in the bedroom mhm okay I I think I might throw up a bag or something um there's I can walk you back toilet real quick remember we went the toilet before go oh man you go back yes I feel like I'm just dry heaving back he see just set it down there for a minute we'll give you a minute just to kind of get your breath back and everything all right all right we'll be back all right all right okay I can lay down if you want sure right there that's all you got if if you you need to go back to the restroom just follow to these officers let them know cuz they they get a little don't just get up and walk out don't just open that door come in and shoot me or something so I put the couch by the door but then I was just freaking out and they started knocking on the door then I just came out and was sitting in the cruiser what was she doing at that time she was laying there what kind of injuries did she have I don't know so why did you think the police would shoot you because it was blood on me was it your blood or was it her blood I don't know okay so we we talked to a neighbor um I got to make some phone calls um when when we stepped out talking to the guys back over at your place and one of the detectives said he talked to a neighbor uh that holler he said he hollered at you saying let her go you know what that's all about there nothing about that M okay my neighbor yeah he said he hollered at you from I guess is there a back door back window or something back in the back the house is there not a window or a door that opens to the back it's on the side on the side mhm okay on on on your apartment not on the building oh my apartment just got one one door okay does it have a window or something on the back that opens yeah could could somebody holler to you through that it's it's on the roof okay the neighbor the neighbor said he was hollering at you appar apparently you were holding on to her and and he was hollering at you to let her go you don't know what that's all about okay well here's there's another officer that I talk to was some at the hospital mhm and Erica is dead she didn't survive whatever happened to her so getting your side of the story is even more important now the two of you are alone in the apartment the neighbor says he hollers at you to let her go and you can't tell me what was going on in there it's you know getting your side of the story just got to be very very important because if this case goes to court and you're asked what happened and you say I don't know but she's dead how does that make you look you need to get in front of this now she died be a man and stand up for what happened right or wrong we all make mistakes it's just now time to come clean we need to know you know whether it's a good reason or bad reason everything happens for a reason reason in explaining what that is even if it's not a great reason is something that people can at least understand even if they don't agree with but if we have to just walk away from this meeting saying you can't tell us what happened then that's going to require somebody else to explain that for you and and that's to me that's not the way we want this to this meeting to end um I don't want somebody else to speak for you as to what what happened in the apartment I certainly don't want just the neighbors word to to be the story something happened in there she's now dead the two of you two were in there one walks out crazy your your your side of the story here is super important I think you understand what I'm saying when I say how does it make you look when if you if you don't tell us your side of the story then people will have to tell it for you Chris her family's going to want some closure on this they're going to want to know right or wrong for whatever happened we're not in here as your enemies we're just trying to get to the truth so who am I being charged with am what am I being charged right we haven't heard your side of the story yet didn't they try to bring her back or anything they took her to Grand Hospital if if something terrible happened to me that's the hospital I would want to go to that's where I was born at we was just there together we was just there what happened did you get mad CU she got you do you have a short view temper anything it would explain what might have happened help us understand so we can explain to our family help us can you tell me what happened Chris you arguing with her I understand that yeah but we was we wasn't even arguing no more we was laying down we was laying down because we both know we we had a little bit too much to J we was both laying down and I swear she just popped up and just went and got a knife well she got her phone first then she went and got a knife every I swear on everything see my perspective as an investigator you have all this detail right up to a certain point and then you just stop see my point that doesn't normally happen we think you know what happened maybe you're just afraid to talk to us we're not your enemy here we're just trying to get to the truth that's all we wants the truth I understand that's it I'm just not sure like I'm not I I this is definitely the last thing that I wanted to happen today I believe that so can you walk us through with sure though I'm not sure I was drinking too much do you know how she would have ended up with multiple St there's just the two of you in there pretty sure you were pretty clear about that earlier there was just the two of you in there and she has multiple stab rooms and and and we're right back to that awkward part where you can't tell me what happened how she got those stab wounds how how do you think if somebody standing right outside that door overheard the conversation we're having the two of you were in there she has multiple stab wounds and now she's dead what do you think they're going to think happened in that room and to take it a step further you're telling us she's laying there you got her blood all over you you push a couch up to the door cuz I didn't know what happened but I'm just saying I mean just I'm just going what you said man you knew something bad happened the the the person standing here listening to this it's obvious the conclusion that they're going to come to and that's where the part I said about things happen for a reason and if you can whether it's a good or a bad reason it's a reason and people can understand reasons like I said they might not agree with it but they understand that things happen for a reason and if you could help us fill in the Gap what that reason is it it would make things make a lot more sense here if something if something bad happened to you just hypothetically something bad happened would your family want to know how it happened so why do you think her family doesn't want to know they want to know as bad as it was they want to know tell us what happened Chris so somebody else doesn't have to fill in the gaps for you I wish I remember I wish I wouldn't have been drinking have you ever met knife anybody she what how did she get that knife I wasn't there you said what I I wasn't there that's why we're asking you I we was just laying down it wasn't like we was like arguing and she went and gr enough we was laying down like about to go to sleep your doors are locked H your doors locked gu have you ever met her parents no she ain't she she not cool with her parents she talk to her dad sometime if she like real drunk she call her dad and then they get into argument and stuff but she not cool with she not cool with most n of her family she really her her mom really not cool do you know where they live uh somewhere in Ohio like a small City somewhere Ohio which part of Ohio north south east west which direction close to what you City know I'm no counselor but I mean mean how does that solve anything that's what they that's what they used to be saying though like what does that solve and stuff but at least I won't have to be here no more so Chris we we're back to the not having an explanation a reason for I I really don't I probably said the wrong stuff I I've been drinking and stuff I don't know he didn't say the wrong stuff I'm just trying to come up with a a reason for how she's dead so that somebody doesn't draw that conclusion and and basically have to put words in your mouth but with what with what we have right here I mean there's there's really only one conclusion that anybody could come to and and and that's what my fear is I don't want somebody to come along and just say that you did this and and you know you don't care you can't give a reason you just did it because if that happens then you're you're going to get indicted for murder and as much as I don't agree with your plan to hurt yourself you'll never get a chance to even do that because you'll never get out I I just got to believe that that there's more to this and I really wish I could understand or or know what the reason is that that that she's dead now what exactly happened and and why the why especially is is there anything else that you can tell me that'll help understand why she's dead now it it ain't going to make sense though try me if she did something to you I I understand that women understand how to push guys buttons and make them angry and if they're in the right mood they'll do it just for their own thrill for their own enjoyment if they're mad at you that's how they spite you watching your blood pressure go up and get mad I understand that if that's what you're worried about out I get it I've seen it I'm seeing that too we just we just kind of feel like you're afraid to tell us I mean that's that's our feeling that's what we talked about while we were out and that's all we want is your your truth you know to be accountable for what happened that's all we want I feel like I was getting abused more mentally but physically too Jesus SLA me and stuff but it's like I'm a dude though Jesus slapped me she's always like like constantly like push my head push my head and I be like stop and then like I would try to like trying to kind of get physical with her a little not like physical but I'll just be like like just be all the time it be all the time like she' just be like I just pushing my head and I'll be like stop stop and then she be like shut up and pish my head again and I grabb her arm and she be like what you going to do you know what I mean then I stop and I and it just kept happening like that kept happening like that kept happening like that that's like when when she had the scissors and she was just sitting there stabbing me and I'm telling her to stop and telling her to stop and then she's like screaming help and stuff what what am I supposed to do what am I supposed to do like who who would believe that anyway You' be surprised how many people would believe that and I'll even tell you this you're in your own place it's like where you going to go right yeah you are in your place she's got her own other place to go to she's got your place she's got her own place yeah she's doing this to you how you walk away yeah you got to literally go outside of your own place and and that's that's just that's that's the world we live in cuz if you stay there it escalates then the police get called out and half the time somebody goes to jail and I ain't got nowhere else to go I to stay there then she used to she used to um she us just try to take my bus passes and my money and my wallets and stuff and be like well I'm about to leave and go home I just like well get me back my stuff then give me back my stuff then but she wouldn't never want to give it back to me she just keep on saying she going to leave she going to leave she going to leave but she wouldn't give me back my stuff and what am I supposed to do just let her take my stuff and it's always when she be drinking when when she's sober she Ain she most of the time [ __ ] it be cool stuff would be cool most of the time when she wasn't drinking maybe the drinking made her made her um made her medicine not work or something or maybe she's just a mean drunk yeah I can get it too that can be it too but yeah then she used to do that she used to be banging on walls like let me leave and stuff but you got my all my stuff and then I would finally let her leave and then she would be outside for like an hour or whatever and then she would come back cuz she's bored and she wants to [ __ ] with you more right yeah and then it be it be like cool some most of the time it be cool for the rest of we just lay in bed sometime we like mess around and stuff but then it just be the same thing over pretty soon but she start getting out of hand she start calling me like B words and and um just like all type of crazy insults and [ __ ] like for no reason like we everything would be cool and then she'll just start talking like Reckless to me mhm and then I found I did like after a while I start I did start saying stuff back to her mhm I ain't going to lie about that I did start saying stuff back to her but you just waking up calling me a bee like whatever be go get me some walk and then I don't know why I was doing this but like she would just be like go get me some water I'll go get her some water she' be like uh can you make me a pizza can you make me this can you make me Kool-Aid and I just be doing it doing it doing it and then she still just be calling me be talk I'm a pun I need to toughen up I'm soft all of this and then just go to sleep or like she'll be talking about like we're going to do this and that and then when it come time to it to do this stuff it's all about her she she don't care she never said that and I asked her about it she started yelling at me you know what I mean it made me feel some type of way I probably should have just really just left it alone for real for real but I did feel like I was getting getting abused in a relationship but at the same time it's like what I got to live for anyway at least I got somebody that's that's like with me every day talking to me every day loving me every day you know what I mean like at least I got somebody that's there with me I get it I mean starting over nobody wants to do that I mean that's throwing the dice you don't know what you're going to reel in when you start over I understand that Dam it I understand women like to push people's buttons some of them that is that's their thing mean drunks I get that I've seen them I've seen many of them probably got a couple in my family glad I don't live by them so what was it she did today that really got you I it was it wasn't even like we was just laying there unless I'm forgetting something I remember we was just laying there I couldn't I didn't say nothing I don't know what it was she got the knife out how much did that upset you it really didn't really upset me for real for real it's it like I was like a little little scared like I didn't think she was about to like kill me with the knife or nothing like that with that knife when she had the little knife I was more scared because then she it was like she was talking about self-defense and all of this stuff like the stuff she was saying it was starting to scare me but when she pull out the the big knife it just made me like like um why are you doing this again cuz she done did it before she done been drunk and then get the get the uh like she had we had a bottle bleach to spray yeah like she' just be drunk we just be sitting there chilling and she just get the thing and just start spraying me with it with the bleach and stuff that's why my face like my lips ain't supposed to be this black and my eyes is all broke out and stuff and she was spraying me with stuff when was this this was like two weeks ago like two two weeks ago or something like that and then like right after that I think it was like the next night we was uh she just kept playing music just all night like just kept playing music at it's like 1:00 in the morning keep told me cut that cut it off cut it off cut it off I finally lay down or whatever I wake up to her PL spraying the Glade right over me I'm laying in the bed and she just spraying the Glade like right on my face and she know that all my stuff is already irritated because of you was just spraying me with bleach so now the Glade is on me now my eyes is all messed up and my eyes and all my stuff been broke out I already got eczema anyway so now all my stuff is all broke out and stuff I don't know so what did she do today people have an easier time understanding how she wound up the way she did if we understood what it was she did today I don't know to push your buttons I'm not sure but for real like it really is blurry like I can't see myself doing like killing her I can't see myself doing that I I I think it's it's easy to to understand how she has repeatedly learned how to get into your skin and get you fired up yeah over time would you you do you recognize when she's doing that and does it almost to get you there even faster when once you realize that she's trying to get you fired up it was in the past but we was just like yesterday yesterday just yesterday we had um well like let's take it back yesterday well that two days ago at night um I was uh where did we we we got into like something so FB something so small all because we we were laying in the bed and one night she found the bed bug so she was like I think I'm getting bit by a bed bug and I'm like okay and she like look see see if i i b by a bad bug like what do you want me to do you want me to get up and start looking all over you looking all in the bed to make sure you a get B by bed like why don't you get up and see if you got B by bed buug or something and she got mad at me and it was like u i could tell when she would get mad at me then she ain't going to talk to me or say nothing to me for like couple hours hour or whatever over nothing so I went to the store got me a beer or two and I I just slept on the couch or whatever but when I when I woke up the next day we were supposed to go um that was when I was going to the uh the blood bank to to get the 20 so she could take her test over and she had to see her uh her PO and her counselor so uh when she had came back to see her PO she met me at the blood bank I didn't know she was going to show up or not the way she the way she had her attitude and stuff but then we went back to my house she made she she cooked some chicken and stuff and she was like um I'm going home today I think we need some uh to spend some time apart and stuff and at first I'm like no we want you to do that I want you to stay here with me and stuff and she was just like I think we need some time apart so I was just like okay well I'll just see you tomorrow or whatever when we go take the test like we're supposed to do today yeah this was yesterday so then she went to go see her counselor and then we was texting back and forth and stuff and um she was um she was saying like we need to make you both need to make changes or we going to end up breaking up Blas Blas and I was like yeah you right you're right or whatever and she was like well I do miss you and I don't know if I'm going home cuz I really she said something like she don't really feel like catching the but she just wanted to come back like she always do so um she end up coming back and we really sat down and we was talking like how we going to make changes and stuff and she was telling me how like she she was in a bad mood and um cuz she ain't been taking her medicine and stuff so you know I mean she talked to her PO about us she talked to her counselor about us and stuff and and we was talking about really like being together and stuff and like we was like cuz like stuff would like like she would make me mad on purpose like you were saying she'll make me mad on purpose and then it would make me even more mad and then and it just start escalating till like we get into a whole argument and then we not talking to each other and then so we was talking about like instead of doing that when we about to get into argument or whatever we could just stop pause leave each other alone for a second and then come back and we'll talk so we I mean dang Ione I guess don't none that matter now so back to my question what what was it she did today that pushed your buttons that made you so angry I don't remember being angry I don't really remember being angry for real when she was eating up all that food it was like I said something to her but I wasn't like really angry angry I mean it was like you know we need that food for the rest of the month but then we had laid down and and everything after that I don't know why she got up I can remember that she did this is so crazy she's dead trying to get an idea of of why why things happen for a reason oh you're the only one that's there with her you got to be able to explain I just can't see myself doing nothing like that but I know it's like I got blood on me but I just can't see myself doing nothing like that to her what do you think's going to happen this is going to have to go to court what do you think's going to happen if if that's your answer I don't know what happened I got this blood on me she's dead must have blacked out I don't know I'm trying to remember I don't want I don't want it to just look like like why would you like like I don't care or something like why would you black out I was drinking I think you're just afraid to say that's my opinion I just think you're afraid to say and that's okay you can you you're the one has to live with that we're trying to give you a chance all we're trying to do is get to the truth you're a sudden no detail and then back to detail afterwards so my experience tells me you're the only one knows the truth my experience tells me you're just may be afraid to talk about it that's okay you know everyone's got their different points and some people are comfortable talking about this some aren't comfortable talking about this again our job is just to get to the truth that's all we want I don't want you to tell me something if it ain't the truth I don't want you to make something of right but I think you know I think you know we've got a neighbor that yelled at you statement I'm just I'm just saying it's not time for me to sit in here and [ __ ] you I'm just telling you like you basically saying like I'm going down and you got witnesses we want to know your story we want to know the whole story not just what parts you want to tell us we want the whole story the truth we're truth detectors that's what we are we're trying to get to the truth we're investigators where does the truth take it tell us we'll analyze it we'll match that up to the physical evidence and at that point we make a determination as to where this all goes I think you're afraid to talk about I don't and every question as to what happened we've got a gap in there then we have detail detail detail then a gap then detail detail detail that Gap for whatever reason you don't want to talk about it I don't know why I guess all we're asking is do you want to talk about that or do you not I do if you can't you can I don't think you're going to believe Are You Afraid Of Us CU there's no reason to be afraid of us I just heard you say you don't think you that we would believe you and and I think you've said that a couple times already about other things and I think I surprised you when I was very familiar with the things that you said are y religious yeah you religious yeah so are you are you yes I got three oh damn I got three Bibles in my house Chris there's going to come a day you're going to have to answer as to why her family and all these other people don't get some closure you don't want that we don't want that our job again is just to get to the truth not to trick you not to make and like detective grasham said earlier I don't think you want people on a jury if you end up being charged for them to try to figure out this Gap when you have a chance right now to tell us your
