and then the acabs will show up and what
they will do
is they'll pester the officers they'll
start filming the officers
making a lot of really strange demands

in this particular incident officers
were dispatched to a location to help a
woman who
happened to suffer from mental illness
and was also
deaf while the officers were trying to
help this person
a bunch of acabs showed up started
harassing the officers so
they had to call more officers to the
scene to help
uh keep the a-cabs off of them so that
they could help this woman
so what you'll see is the backup
officers arriving
and you'll get to see how they deal with
