38-year-old male, was charged with
possession of marijuana over 20 grams,
resisting an officer without violence,
and two counts of possession of
controlled substance without
prescription. Angelia, the 20-year-old
female, was charged with possession of
marijuana over 20 grams and resisting an
officer without violence. Their cases
