i've covered before you may remember him
from this video where he butchered the
fourth amendment outside a colorado
court then got arrested
but he's probably better known for this
so-called right to travel success video
that went viral last year
which is still being shared by other
like-minded individuals to this day
because he managed to fast talk a cop
into letting him drive away from a stop
where he allegedly had no driver's
license registration or insurance
that was back in january 2021 in
colorado
fast forward to
of all things april fools day 2022 to
this stop in arizona where his luck
finally ran out when he was stopped by
the prescott valley police department
hey how's it going bud good i'm off the
road the fresno valley police department
how are you doing good i'm pulling you
over because you don't have a license
plate okay so
can can we can i just give you kind of
what i'm what my understanding is and
yeah i'm going to hear you out okay so
right i understand the law we have a
right to travel right this has been
upheld in the supreme court over and
over again
you do have the right to travel but
states and municipalities have the right
to legislate the methods in which you
travel i.e a driver's license to operate
a motor vehicle driving a car is not a
right it's a privilege and there are no
supreme court cases that say you can
drive your private automobile conveyance
vessel or whatever you rename it on a
public road without a license
um i have given notice to prescott and
prescott valley police department of who
and what i am
right i'm a private man moving my
property from point a to point b as i
said i'm not driving a motor vehicle
um
i'm not a citizen i'm not an inhabitant
of the municipality i'm not a resident
i'm not a person
okay do you have a driver's license
absolutely not because i'm not driving
right in the code under the code right
in the federal law driving is actually
defined as a commercial term
actually the state you're in arizona
defines the driver as a person who
drives or is in actual physical control
of a vehicle
now you can say but i'm not a person or
rename your vehicle to a vessel or
personal private conveyance but doing so
will not absolve you of your legal
obligations if the law defines you as a
person you're a person if the
manufacturer of your vehicle says it's a
vehicle it's a vehicle and no amount of
magic spells and incantations will
change that

good thing or not
then the cop comes back to ask the
passenger to exit the vehicle so they
can tow it because they've decided he's
not actually above the law i know

step on out of the vehicle i'm grab his
phone
so paul claims they stole his automobile
for ransom
so there's another two words he doesn't
understand the definition of and you can
also add credentials and probably
federal law to that list as well
