Why would you write the lady a ticket? You don't need any answers. You don't get answers. You go right here. You go back to your car now or you're going to go under arrest for obstructing and resisting. Obstructing. Obstructing is a physical act. You know what? You're under arrest. Please go talking. That's what talking gets you in America. Welcome back to the Vanalian channel, guys. Today we head to Michigan, courtesy of 50 patrol, where a roadside lawyer gets what he deserves when he tries to interfere in and virtue signal at a crash scene. Get your popcorn ready for this one. Why would you write the lady a ticket? Because she crashed. Because she crashed. Do you ever want a ticket to crash in the vehicle? I personally for what? What are you doing? What law? So, here's what needs to happen. You need to go back to your vehicle. This is public land. No, this is a crash here. This is the wrong national forest, sir. Yes, we can all see that it's not the place the officer told you to go. Well done for ignoring a very clear, lawful order. I gave her that car. My wife came to get her when it was in the wreck. I drove down here and I'm just trying to talk. Not being buffaloed or told what I will. Nobody's buffaloing you, but you didn't go back. Yes, I came up talking upset. Talking talking like grown men do. We all talk. Look at this cat. He's not all spun up and wild. We are at a crash scene, correct? On the side of the road. Is anybody injured? No. That's irrelevant. And your uninformed questions are distracting these troopers from their investigation. Also, typical narcissist trying to pass office projection and gaslighting as just a nice chat among friends. I asked why the lady is going to get a ticket. What's your relation to her? It doesn't matter. It does matter because if you have zero relation to her, you can go. So you you know, you can you can either willingly go right now back to your truck or we're going to take you. It's up to you. take me for take you for You're currently in a trash. So, I'm not going to debate this right now. I'm not going to debate this right now. So, you can either go back to your vehicle or we're going to forcibly take you back. It's up to you. It's up to you what you want to do. Answers. It's up to you. You don't You don't need any answers. You don't get answers. You go right here. I'm Trooper Gloves with the Michigan State Police. I belong here. You don't go back to your car the whole time. You go back to your car now or you're going to go under arrest for obstructing or and resisting obstructing it. Obstructing is a physical act. Okay. I see someone's been getting their legal advice from a bunch of slack jaw knuckle dragging fraud auditors instead of taking just 30 seconds to look up Michigan law to see how you know they define obstruction. And it includes the use or threatened use of physical interference or force or a knowing failure to comply with a lawful command. Whoops. You don't You have no idea in our crash scene. Where's your crash scene in? Go back to the car now. You've got one more chance to go back to your car now. Go back to your car. Is your car that way? You better get him back to his car cuz if he continues, you better not do nothing. Okay. You know what? You're under arrest. Let him go. She says, "Yeah, sorry, lady. He ignored at least 10 lawful orders to leave the scene and go back to his vehicle. So now he's at the find out stage of FAFO where he gets to taste the forest for a while. Be grateful that he's not faced down in the asphalt. Shoulders that looked fine 2 minutes ago during this epic gaslighting scene suddenly go bad during the arrest process. What a surprise. crazy resing the state police by refusing to leave a crash scene. more like. Also, they're under no obligation to answer your uninformed questions. If you want answers, get them in your own time. But of course, your ego and misplaced confidence wouldn't allow that. Heat. Heat. See this unit right here on my chest since you're the only one that's got sensors around here. Will you take that off and hand that to my wife? That orange thing right there is a thousand bucks. I'll get that here in a second. That's two. So, not only are you obnoxious for bragging about the price of a piece of tech, you're stupid enough to place that piece of tech in a position where it could get damaged during the arrest process. You believe that? Got to give you some training, though. Talking. That's what talking gets you in America. Talking no threats, no physical attacks, no nothing. This had nothing to do with words. This was about your failure on numerous occasions to comply with lawful commands to leave the crash scene and go back to your vehicle because like a typical roadside lawyer, you thought you knew better. You think it's okay? Just close on the ground. Do you have anything in your pockets? I got all kind of stuff in my pockets. Got a pocket knife in my front right up here. Not that I've threatened you guys in any way physically and have no intention to. I don't think anyone is accusing you of being physically threatening. They just wanted you to stop interfering in an investigation that had absolutely nothing to do with you. But for future reference and for safety sake, leave the pocketk knife in the vehicle next time because swapons and unhinged behavior like this is a recipe for disaster. Please have to take the cuffs off when you get that off. Where are you guys taking? You just give me the whole game. the whole game at the same time, man. No weapons. The pocket knife is in my front pocket. No weapons. 2 seconds later, my pocketk knife is in my front right pocket. Bro's wearing his head for decoration at this point. Everybody have their body cameras on? Yes, sir. Can that happen? That's good. Okay, perfect. Perfect. Have you been? Negative. I don't answer questions. Doesn't answer inconvenient questions, more like, but has absolutely no qualms about sticking his snout into business that has nothing to do with him. All right. All right. I want to see my Yeah, no problem. pull money out of the safe. And this is the lady who got the ticket and who our roadside lawyer has and continues to virtue signal for violation of basic speed law. So because you're going too fast for the road conditions. Um it caused an accident. So now let's take a look at a few of the highlights from the ride to jail. Before we part ways, I'd like to have the name and badge number of all the officers involved. Yep. Number. Yep. You will. More than likely, it's going to be 3273. That's going to be the next body. Yep. That's fine. Then we'll go from there. Asking for badge numbers and announcing your intention to request body cam footage of your stupidity is not the threat you think it is. calling you the cops. What's the charge of the arm? Our names and badge numbers will be on the ticket. We were talking I asked you a question. You refused to answer. We're not talking anymore, are we? Okay. Well, I was I was getting to that. I was just going to make sure that I was just making sure that dispatch come through with anything. the experiment. Or you could just tell him you don't answer questions and then turn the radio up. Just a thought. But this cop is way more polite than I would be in this situation. So, how long you been now? Uh, just about 4 years, maybe 5 years now. You know what deescalation is? Yep. I sure do. Had some deescalation training? Yep. Did you do anything to deescalate? I sure did. Did you? I I you think that's on Okay. So So I asked you to go back to your vehicle, correct? Not sure. Okay. What about the 10 plus times you were told to go back to your vehicle in an attempt to deescalate the situation are you not sure about? I simply tried to talk about a ticket that you given a lady that can't afford bread. That's the second that's been given to her by the state police in the last 3 weeks. I'm not. The last one was driving. If you're gonna if you're if you're going to do this, I can't deescalate because the citation has nothing to do with you. Fair. So, I don't talk about other people's businesses and what I wrote them because it's not any other person's businesses but themselves. Okay? And I do that out of the courtesy of whoever they are. Okay? Shame on you for using that lady's alleged financial hardship as a shield to hit the police with. Find some other way to help her that doesn't involve you virtue signaling and going to jail. You think she came running up trying to rescue me because she thought she didn't want me to know anything? You think that's that's what happened? Common sense. I mentioned this cuff that's cutting my wrist. Still cutting my wrist for the second time. They're tension checked and they're double locked. So they're not going to jump up on you. Okay. So I can fit my pinky in between there. I don't It's not going to be it's not going to be comfortable or anything like that. Understand? It's not going to be comfortable. There's a difference between comfortable and cutting into my wrist. I think what you done there was reasonable speed limit 45. I don't think you're in a position to question anyone about the law or what is reasonable after your performance, but do continue. I'll answer for you was not reasonable for an American citizen on the side of a public road trying to talk to a public servant, getting slammed to the ground, tasered repeatedly. Never once did he offer to strike, attack, or come forward. And those are all things that are going to be on the body. And you understand that, right? Yes. The 10 plus times you refused to leave the scene and your refusal to put your hands behind your back was all caught on body camera. I'm just a bit bummed out that we didn't get to see a better view of your meeting with Mr. Sparky. my driver's license since you know I've never caused a problem. Never had an issue. I never ran your driver's license plate yet. I gave you my number and I ran my name. Yep. I I did the I did when you were in the vehicle. I got a top secret security clearance. So that's also going to tell you probably not have much trouble. But I tell you what, it's going to be trouble. This is going to be trouble. heard you have top secret security or do modify. There we go. Awesome. Okay. First of all, having a top secret security clearance, if that is indeed what you have, does not give you the right to ignore lawful orders and behave the way you did. And secondly, this admittance makes the way you behaved look worse. In fact, I think it would be in everyone's interest for the Department of Defense to seriously reassess your position. Well, I guess I don't know if you can tell me or not, but what I what kind of aircraft or anything that was king of that was highly unreasonable. Maybe in China, maybe in Russia things look the same. Okay, I'm not going to go into it anymore. I'm just communicating. That's just my conversation. When when you came up to my window when you're standing out this way, so I'm I'm going to explain my point of view. Okay. So, I've seen I've seen crashes where people get killed. Okay. You're standing on the side of the road. Okay. You come up to our window. You seem you seem upset. Okay. And you're you're standing in the middle of the crash. Okay. And and you brought up a ticket that I wrote somebody you I wrote I wrote. Okay. Me and my and my partner. Exact. Exactly. You don't wrote. All I know is that one one officer wrote and I come and ask to talk. So you came to argue. Did you ask me did you ask me to step away from step off to the side of the road? I did. Did I comply? Yep. instantly. But yes, I did. Sorry to break this to you, but proudly announcing that you complied with one lawful order doesn't cancel out the other 10 you ignored that got you arrested. Anyway, this is where I'm going to leave this one, guys. The last 5 minutes is pretty much him whining and the officer trying to be reasonable. According to the original video description, he was charged with obstruction and resisting. Right, thank you so much for watching, guys.
