welcome back to the channel guys uh
before we get started i just want to say
thank you to one of my long time
subscribers for sending me this video
right this video was posted as one but
i've split it into two videos part one
which is the dash cam of the chase and
eventual arrest and part two the car
hearing
let's get into the video
it's a red chevy pickup with ladders on
top texas tag gulp juliet papa
zero eight eight three twenty south
carolina
let's
oh yeah i believe he's looking for a
safe place to fall over
well yeah the cop thinks this is just an
everyday routine traffic stop at this
point he has no idea you have no
intention of pulling over
but that soon changes
you're saying this like you have every
intention of stopping when you leave the
highway
let's see if that happens
221 our speeds are 52 miles an hour
right now traffic is clear
we're getting off on broad street
you're doing 52 now yes but you weren't
when he clocked you more on this during
the court hearing in part two
21 we're off
headed toward
got off broad exit headed south
it is
we're approaching broad 18 miles an hour
bad stop light
hey get out
get out of the vehicle
get out now
get out of the vehicle now
get out of the vehicle now emergency
brother
get out of the vehicle now
we got our tennessee highway patrol
behind me
ain't gonna run up with us down get out
now what's the emergency get out of the
people now
what's the pre-emergency brother
what's the emergency let's see you were
speeding refusing to stop and refusing
to step out of your vehicle how's that
for starters
you know me what's the problem you have
any weapons on you
what's the put that cell phone down
what's the emergency brother
open the door
open the door
what is the emergency
get out i'm trying to you jerking on my
arm i can't come take the seatbelt out i
got my arm okay all right get out get
out get on the ground get on the ground
now why are you [ __ ] doing this get
on the ground what are you doing
put your hands behind your back
what's the emergency
what crime have i committed you didn't
stop
and it's clear in the video he refused
to stop but that's not going to stop him
from trying to discredit the cop about
his speed and other things during the
court video with a bit of selective
editing
more on this in part two
thank you
