Um, do not wish to wave any of my fundamental rights and I wish to exercise all of my rights. about any of that. Go ahead and step out now. Driving a car with no license plate. And then when I told you to get out, you didn't get out. Welcome back to the Vanalian channel, guys. Today we head back to Missouri for a traffic stop where this living man whose traffic stop we covered back in early February this year. You know the one where he thought the police threatening to break his window for refusing to comply was a test. Don't even roll your window down. I'm not a sovereign citizen. I'm a living man. You will get pepper-sprayed and I will break the window and I will get out of here. Don't. It's all right. It's all a test. It's all a test. So no, don't get out. Well, today he's back for round two for again driving without valid place, but this time he gets arrested in under five minutes by a nononsense cop. Right, let's get into the video. I said hello. How are you tonight? Good. Place in the car. Okay. Yeah. I um do not wish to wave any of my fundamental rights and I wish to exercise all of my rights. Give a about any of that. So, let me see your driver's license. My name is Deon 459, and I choose uh to exercise my right driver's license on you, sir. Do you have your driver's license on you? I don't think you're going to be seeing his driver's license today. If the description from his last video is anything to go by, yes, you're reading that correctly. It does say he went to the DMV to surrender and purge his driver's license, license plate, and registration. If true, that vehicle shouldn't be anywhere near a public road. Again, my name is Deon 45198, but I choose to exercise my right to travel in the private. Yes. But I want to make sure that you know that I choose to exercise my right to travel in the private. What's your What's your first name? You do understand that you are What's your first name? Devin. D E V O N. That you serve the people, correct? Yes. and he's about to do the people of Missouri a great big favor by taking what looks like an unlicensed, unregistered, and let's be honest, uninsured vehicle off the road. Okay. And your middle name? Okay. Middle name. It is Thomas. Thomas. What's your date of birth? 45. And as I'm showing you honor, I ask that you show me honor as well. You provided your name and date of birth, which is all well and good, but you still haven't provided him with the documents he requested. That's not honor. That's a distraction technique and not a very good one at that. Do you have any proof that you own this vehicle? You can look at the BIN number. Yes. May I also insurance? May I request um insurance? Do you have a RA? Do you have insurance? Uh, do I have to answer any more questions? Yes. Do you have the insurance? Is it not my constitutional right to remain silent? Do I not have that right? Your constitutional right to remain silent does not protect you from documents you are legally required to produce during a traffic stop. If even Google AI overview can get that one right, it might be time to, you know, rethink a few things. Okay. What's the license plates on the floorboard underneath your feet? Do I have to answer any more of your questions? What are the license plates down there? I choose my I to exercise my right to remain silent. Go ahead and step out for me. Sir, what crime is being committed? Go ahead and step out. May I ask safety? Why do you not feel safe? Go ahead and step out now. May I ask why? I don't have to tell you. You you do have to provide me with proof that a pro a crime has been committed [Applause] driving a car with no license plate just because you refuse to accept driving without a valid plate. And if this video description is to be believed driving without a valid driver's license and refusing to provide said driver's license isn't a crime or at the very least an arrestable offense doesn't mean it isn't. You have to show me that a crime has been committed or that a crime is being committed and I do want to present you with the knowledge of fact and the knowledge of law. Okay, that is go and put your hands up there. That is the law and I was trying to provide you with that as well. No, you were trying to gaslight and palm off cherrypicked quotes, phrases, and definitions from the law and misinterpret the right to travel and Supreme Court cases and repackage all that as law. This is why you've been placed in a pair of handcuffs. And I also I you know understand that the fourth amendment is there shall be no unlawful search or seizure. So I am asking you what's So I stopped you because you don't have any license plates on the car. Okay. And then when I told you to get out, you didn't get out. You're out now. Okay. So, right now you're being detained. Do you understand me? I I it it doesn't make sense to me. No, sir. Okay. Knows how to misinterpret the right to travel, but doesn't understand the concept of being detained. How convenient. But I did provide you with my name and uh my my birth date. So, I you know that you do what you feel is lawful. Um and uh you know I I do ask you know do you feel you know why do you feel threatened? I told I didn't well when I tell you to get out of the car that means get out of the car. Okay. Okay. But you you have to know you have to provide me with what crime committed. You're driving a car without without license plates. A traffic stop is not a crime. Driving without driving without license plates is Well, I don't want to start with you. I don't. Huh? I I don't want to argue. I don't want to argue back and forth, says the guy who argued his way into a pair of handcuffs in under five minutes. One detained. Everybody can slow down. I'll take one. Like I said, I just want to exercise all of my right. Okay. Do you live here? All right. So, according to the original video description, Devon, just like at the end of his last traffic stop video, was arrested. only a lot quicker this time. He says the video shows officers showing no concern for the Constitution or the rights of we the people. He says while completely disregarding the state's rights to create and enforce traffic laws under the 10th Amendment. See the conduct and integrity of the officers for yourself. He says, "Well, I'm going to take a wild guess and say that cop probably has more integrity in his little finger than you have in your whole body." And of course, he mentions the police department officers and the date of the arrest. Right, thank you so much for watching, guys.
