the video and i promise you this is not
clickbait it's for real you guys know i
wouldn't do that to you
this is a first for me i have never
encountered this tactic before well not
so blatant
anyway this guy is called brian
bowermaster all lower case because of
course
and he's part of the bundy click and
according to his facebook page a bit of
a first amendment auditor
and an auditor of the court process
whatever that means
he also gets involved in these fake
grand juries sovereign citizens like to
convene to indict judges and public
officials when they won't go along with
their delusions
i'm not certain of the charges in this
case but i heard mr maybe being
discussed in the comments of the
original video and there are five
witnesses
but i'm showing the video mainly for the
unique strategy he employs for his
defense
right let's get into the video

uh so we set this place over i think um
we're just needing a new trial date is
is that accurate mr bowermaster
uh not as far as i know

okay so last i knew that just so we're
all on the same page we had this case
set for a jury trial
it was set for trial on
july 19th
uh at 8 15
and then just before that jury trial
there was a stipulation to continue
filed and then um what i understood is
that you know the reason for that
continuance was in part that your
attorney mr mcrill was withdrawing his
counsel of record
when hearing who he now has as his
quote-unquote attorney spoiled by me in
the title i think it was a good move by
mr mccrilted ditch bauer master
uh so it would be my understanding that
we would need to take up the issues of
whether or not you'd like a public
defender so your constitutional right to
counsel
and then the issue of jury trial i don't
see that any other emotions have been
filed so mr bowermaster
um you kind of have two routes here um
but the the state has this charge
against you and both you and the state
have a right to jury trial
so if we aren't going to resolve this be
a jury trial um
what is it that
you thought we were going to do today
oh yes i i believe we had already
covered the subject that um
i was auditing this process so let me
get this correct you intentionally got
yourself charged with a misdemeanor so
you could quote unquote audit the court
process
are you
and uh i actually do
so i feel that the court should be
updated on the fact that um
this has reached a concern uh of
a measurable level for the people so
you're one of those guys you know the
ones who believe they speak for their
entire country
so what the people of scotland have
instructed me to do i am weak people
along with others here that's the thing
i'm not a person you're not a person
you're what
the people in your facebook group do not
represent we the people
and uh as as the one that was elected to
audit this i am here to let you guys
know that there have been multiple fails
um on multiple levels but there is good
news
and that good news is what i would like
to present to the court now okay guys
get your first pound protection ready

um
so as regarding uh representing myself
or anything along those lines
um i just need the court to please bear
with me
behold my eyes have has seen all this my
ears has heard and understood this
what you know i also know i am not
inferior to you
but i would speak to the almighty and i
desire to reason with god
but your you forgers of lies you are all
worthless physicians oh that you would
be silent and it would be your wisdom
now hearing my reasoning and heed the
pleadings of my lips
will you speak wickedly for god
and talk deceitfully for him will you
show partiality for him will you contend
for god
will it be well when he searches you out
or can you mock him as one mocks a man
will you surely re he will surely rebuke
you if you secretly show partiality
will not his excellence make you afraid
and the dread of him fall upon you your
platitudes are proverbs of ashes your
defenses are defenses of clay hold your
peace with me and let me speak
then let come on me what may
why do i take my flesh in my teeth
and put my life in my hands
though he slay me yet will i trust him
even so i will defend my own ways before
him
he also shall be my salvation for a
hypocrite could not come before him
listen carefully to my speech
and to my declaration with your ears
see now i have prepared my case i know
that i shall be vindicated
who is he who will contend with me
if now i hold my tongue

only two things do not do to me
then i will not hide myself from you

so this court should know
that the good news is coming
and if you should be interested in who
is representing me that is jesus christ
my lord and savior and you will i've
been asked to
address the court today
that everyone can be forgiven through
repentance
and if you wish to uh have any further
communication or address anything
further that will be with my counsel
jesus christ my lord and savior
and all proceedings going forward and
hearings
jesus christ will be appearing for me
as that is the law
so if there aren't any further questions
for me
i would ask this court to consider what
i've asked and if you need any
contact information for said counsel
i will be happy to send it to any
address that the court has on file
who is betting that this contact
information is just airman bundy's cell
phone number facebook group or website
i do have a couple of questions
when you say you're auditing
this process what does that mean
that you're auditing the process i just
am not following
well the i i guess at this point i i
could share that there are
violations
and deprivations of rights
um
unfortunately we have those in this
county that uh should have prevented
these proceedings from even happening
so this process is null and void from
its inception for the fact that statutes
that are in place
are are not to be used against the
people the constitution is not to be
interpreted for the benefit of the state
if you think your rights have been
violated get yourself a civil rights
attorney also the state is the people
that means the people choose the laws
which we all have to adhere to
if you don't like it run for office
that's how you make change not crying
about it in court
um and there are many many things that
we could cover but i don't know that you
want to use your time on that now this
is why i have
suggested to the court to address my
counsel going forward if there's any
other questions
okay um i'd like to do a couple of
things
uh number one
i am going to appoint the public
defender's office um
in this case i'm going to do that based
on your earlier application from public
for the public defender i don't
authorize that
i hear you um from october 30th of 2020
you filed an application for public
defender with the court correct that was
part of the audit process why would you
get yourself charged with a misdemeanor
to award at the court process
if you are that interested in this
process there are many ways you could do
it like applying for an intern position
or even sitting in a court listening to
cases i've done this a few times and
it's a great way to follow a case and
learn the process
your way is just dumb
um so
uh
based on the representations in that
application and concerns i have
regarding your ability to represent
yourself effectively in this case i'm
going to appoint the public defender's
office i won't be representing myself as
mentioned judge that will be jesus
christ my lord the savior
i don't have a way to communicate
uh
that doesn't make it doesn't work as i
mentioned i can re refer anyone to the
contact information for jesus christ if
that is needed
okay um well
uh
it is available jesus is available to
everyone right now and if you do need uh
contact information i do have it for you
i'll even put it in the uh zoom chat if
you'd like this is obviously just part
of his audit to see how far he can push
the judge but it looks like she's too
savvy to fall for his tactics

so mr bauermaster
uh
there are a couple of things with you
uh stating that jesus is your attorney
number one i don't want to be
disrespectful of your belief system
uh you're entitled to that uh and um and
and
that should be honored
but the second thing is it does raise
concerns to me
regarding how we are to move forward in
this case
if that's your position that
uh jesus christ is your attorney that's
it it doesn't work that way here there's
nothing for us to work with
uh here in the court and then the third
concern i have and i i do want to
emphasize that i i want to respect
your belief system but it makes me
concerned regarding your competency
because i don't know
what
you expect us to do with that
information i don't know if you are
uh hearing a voice i don't know
and i can't help you
i have a fourth point to raise if i'm
not mistaken wasn't jc a carpenter
i mean i would have no doubt in his
ability to knock up a half decent table
and chairs for me but i think he would
run into a little bit of trouble
navigating the us court system in the
21st century
even if he was only defending you on
misdemeanor charges
uh i'm not in a position to give no you
can't
all i can do
is appoint an attorney to help represent
you so if there are issues regarding
competency those can be brought to the
court's attention also
if you do act out in court i have
concerns that your right to be present
at your own trial that
you could waive that by virtue of your
conduct at that trial so i had a minimum
want to have backup counsel
uh appointed in this case it sounds like
you're subverting what i've already uh
established in the court today
as a matter of fact that was established
by my attorney i was just given the
instructions that i could share that
with you
um at that point as we do this
transition
um there there is no question of cop
uh con competency uh there's no
question of whether or not that works
for this court this court is uh ran by
god's law as a matter of fact everyone
takes an oath i believe uh before god
and jesus christ is here today in this
case letting you know that
uh
if you decide to proceed
you will be facing jesus christ not me
that is the council of this
uh of anyone who is put in a position
of unlawful proceedings
and uh i i don't uh like i said i i
don't claim to be the one with the
answers that's why i have this counsel
but you are not qualified to call these
proceedings unlawful
that's why you really do need a licensed
attorney to navigate the court process
and if anything the judge is protecting
your rights by appointing the public
defender at least he can show up to a
zoom court
and i i
i imagine you guys probably understand
that
as uh you've expressed multiple times
it's extremely difficult to represent
yourself i've been shown the same this
world is not set up for that nor is this
court
and that is exactly why
i must refer you to
my counsel going forward
and a public defender will not be able
to take the place of jesus christ
because
that wouldn't be permitted by god's law
and
going forward if anyone feels that
there's any questions about the validity
of this case i'm sure that you can refer
to my counsel to explain to you
uh why this case should be dismissed
okay there haven't been any motions
filed for the court to take up
word is that ma'am
and uh if jesus feels that any emotions
need to be
placed any further i'm sure that will be
done going forward
so i can't speak for jesus though
first of all
that laugh
secondly it kind of sounds like you are
speaking for your quote-unquote attorney
here
which basically means you are
representing yourself and that's never a
good idea
well and and that's the issue right
because uh certainly
uh that no one can
uh and uh so we aren't going to have a
very good record of what your attorney
uh presents in terms of a defense on
your behalf
so ms mon uh with all of this
information um i'd like to as i already
said i'm going to appoint the public
defender's office
um over mr bauermaster's objection
and uh i i think you both might want to
know mr bowermaster that um the
currently at least or beginning not this
week but the following week
um there's been another order that jury
trials aren't going to proceed
so i can proceed in one of two ways i
can either set this for another status
conference but i think that's just
delaying um i don't think that that
would be helpful i think what i need to
do is get this on the jury trial
calendar
with the status conference in
anticipation of that jury trial
um and did you want to be heard
otherwise miss mon or otherwise make any
statements for the rack record no judge
the state would request that this case
be set for jury trial at this time
okay
just think we could be in for the trial
of the century if his attorney shows up
i really hope he has a good internet
connection or a computer for that matter
seriously though we know he's attempting
to represent himself here or just
baiting and tying with the judge
either way all he's really doing is
wasting the course time and his own
and i think the best date um for me to
do that
on my calendar
i think um
so you're denying all chances for uh my
attorney to
uh
address any of this
uh you know if if we could hear your
attorney your attorney could speak on
your behalf but i'm not
maybe we should have a
whatever you require
so that you can hear jesus i'll make
sure that that happens
all right so what would that take
a miracle maybe
uh what we'll do is we're going to set
this
uh for a jury judge did you hear me i
don't know if the audio is getting
through
i know i heard you you asked me what it
would take for us to hear from jesus
what would you need on that
could i send you some contact
information so you can speak with him
uh no
no i think uh at this point

courtroom today

i don't have any authority to do that

based on your um conduct today i do
think that this is more of a way for you
to toy with the court than it is
absolutely not
that is a disrespect i think to jesus
of christ
that's kind of where i'm coming down on
this one
yeah that's exactly what he is doing he
said it himself he's auditing the court
process meaning he's doing exactly what
first amendment auditors do which is bit
public officials sometimes with absurd
requests and actions
um but uh
i'm trying to find a good date uh
between you and jesus if if you choose
not to hear him
i have no judgment on you whatsoever
all right um i'm going to stop this for
a jury trial miss mon i'm going to do it
on october 7th which isn't a normal um
jury trial date on this calendar um but
it's one that i feel that i could honor
better and i think it's important that
any jury trial that um
any jury trial date we give mr
bauermaster i'm going to use
whatever
power and authority i have to maintain
that date i really like to to maintain
that and give him priority
so that would be a jury trial of october
7th at 8 30 here at the ada county
courthouse
and
then
we would have a status conference
the monday before
at 3 30 so that would be
october 4th
at 3 30
and then
any proposed jury instructions witness
or exhibit lists and pre-trial motions
including motions in lemonade would be
due one week before that status
conference
actually
i'm going to change my mind on that
they're going to be due two weeks before
that status conference that way we'll
have sufficient time that way mr
bauermaster you can have an opportunity
to respond to any motions filed by the
state and the state can have time to
respond to any motions filed by you
and then um what i will do is have the
cutoff date for uh discovery disclosures
will be
three weeks uh before the status
conference i think that should work
um
ms bond was there anything else you
wanted the court to address today
no thank you judge that works for the
state's witnesses
all right thank you uh and mr
bowermaster uh is there any reason that
you can't be here october
7th
at 8 30.
well i won't be appearing as i mentioned
my council will be appearing for me
which means brian himself will be
appearing and his attorney will be
speaking through him
which will definitely be worth a watch
so stay tuned for that video
um but i don't see any problems with
that uh jesus is always on time and i
assure you
that uh jesus loves you guys no matter
what you choose to do

i guess i would say this though um in
terms of your presence
um
uh you can't appear at trial through
your attorney you have to
um and that is the law that if it's not
a felony
i don't have to be there
the other issue is um mr bauer master uh
if you wanted to provide any testimony
your own defense certainly have the
right to remain try
to remain silent at trial no one can
compel you to testify against yourself
but you may choose to waive that right
just like you've chosen to waive the
right to counsel you can waive the right
to be silent and you can testify in your
own defense but you have to be here to
do that and i really am
every opportunity
if you have a defense to make a defense
i'm just a messenger ma'am
but you are also the defendant meaning
you should really be there
but yeah legally you don't have to be
but if like you say you shouldn't have
been charged
then it's in your best interest to turn
up and defend
yourself i uh
like i mentioned i i have nothing uh
this court case should have never
happened in the first place but that's
not my judgment that's uh the law that
god has created and i know that uh
everyone involved knows better and it's
not my place to put a judgment on that
i'm just asking you to refer to my
counsel going forward
as to how this case
should be handled
accordingly to maintain the law of this
land

all may be excused and the court will be
in recess until 2 30.
