no you could bail out and have somebody
pick you up this morning within three to
four hours but that's the bond versus
the bail correct so my bail is five
thousand bail bond or the same thing
Oh I thought so I thought bail was like
I say if I was 500 Bond it would be 5
000 nope nope it's 500 cash because it's
a gross misdemeanor okay it's 500 cash
to get out of jail okay and that's your
money saying I'm gonna come back to
court okay does that make sense yes okay
but if I would not do that I would go to
court on Monday do not post bail you go
to court on Monday and see a judge and
then they would issue me when I get out
yep and then the judge would determine
when you get out and if there's bail or
not do you know roughly like for my
first offense of a DUI or anything right
the judge does what the judge does I
