police respond to a simple vehicle
accident of course they're going to take
the report but they're also observing to

so one day I get an accident call when
the 311 shift and when I respond it's a
or two vehicle accident but the driver
of the Striking vehicle is being evasive
about giving his information however I
eventually explained to him that he has
to give the info where he will be taken
in to find out who he is and by this
time I'm thinking this guy's probably W
it but long story short he was driving
his girlfriend's car and he was wanted
for a prior theft and had a warrant so
of course he was arrested that evening
and taken in and in Most states if
police are investigating you for a
possible crime where they on Official
Police business and they require you to
identify yourself and you refuse to they
can take you you into custody and in
Pennsylvania it's a summary so make sure
you check your respective state and city
to see if that law applies and with this
case today we have two men in a U-Haul
that possibly hit a pole and police are
confused for a little while while
they're initially investigating because
the mail driver's Behavior was very
erratic and when police respond to any
auto accidents they have to assess the
situation and make sure that everyone is
out of Harm's Way and all the details
matter now police were extremely patient
with the driver but his behavior became
even more strange and at this time
police gave the mail a traffic citation
for reasonable control now what this
means is the individual was not able to
maintain reasonable control of their
vehicle while operating it which can put
themselves and others at risk police
then asked the male to step back
numerous times so they can finish their
investigation and of course the male
doesn't follow a simple command and gets
arrested for obstructing Official Police
business now it might be just me but
this was a strange case but this is what
cops deal with on a dayto day so

charged for obstruction he is innocent
