during her transport to the Will County
Jail she was charged with two counts of
resisting obstructing two counts of
aggravated battery to a peace officer
domestic battery and criminal damage
causing between 10,000 and $100,000 of
damage she is innocent and unless proven
guilty in a court of law now this is why
being a police officer can be so
stressful police can approach the
situation doing their best to understand
and the situation can still go south on
our first case out of malign Illinois
police have to catch up to a female who
appears to be aggressive over an unknown
issue with her account and the officer
did attempt to listen and see if she
could resolve the issue but the woman
wasn't up for it the officer then tries
to restrain the woman however the woman
attempts to pull away and then she
pushes and allegely hits the officer in
the face and at this point she's
struggling with this officer and now the
officer has to physically hold her down
until back up arrived and placed a
female in custody now that was quick
guys but thankfully backup showed up
when they did because this woman had
multiple knives on her and this could
have ended tragically for that officer
now in our second case guys out of
Neighborville Illinois police are
speaking with a woman attempting to
solve some sort of domestic issue and
instead of just being polite and giving
a quick rerun of the incident for the
officer she refuses and at this point
she's quickly placed in handcuffs and
from the moment she gets in the police
car she's becoming a problem because she
does inform the officer that she will be
unbuckling her seat belt I don't know
about you guys but I'm guessing
alcohol's involved and just so you're
informed you might have heard the woman
suspect say that the officer has to read
her her Miranda rights now police
officers only have to read Miranda
rights to anyone they plan on detaining
for questioning following an arrest so
the officer was correct and as she's in
the back of the police car she's
beginning to show some real aggression
and you see this a lot as an officer and
then out of nowhere she gets out of her
handcuffs and because of the Handcuff
situation the officer stops the car and
kindly asks a suspect to step out and
she aggressively resists and gets
handcuffed again and as she arrives at
the station her theatrics continue all
the way into process but lastly keep in
mind this sometimes aggression can Mass
fear and knowing this can sometimes
transform a follow situation into a
constructive conversation and other
times it just can't
