on March 5th
2023 police responded to a well-being
check on a female passed out in her
truck
hey hey hey
hey she woke up you see any guns or
anything she woke up I was speaking with
heres I think she came to visit someone
here my guess is they had a fight and
she was
I think yeah I think that is more drug
related than anything hey hey hey hey
hello
hello what are you on
hello what are you
on what are you on
you going get an N can if you don't wake
up can you
talk
huh what's going on with you you got
guns in your in any of these purses or
anything I don't know you why you
looking at me like that I I don't know
you I don't know
you where your car keys
at they're in your bag no you're just
taking them off are you under the
influence of uh fentel heroin or
opiate your eyes TW your twitching says
otherwise you're you're on something
what are you what are you
on are you just
drunk
huh have you ever used
drugs other than
marijuana sir
sirine you're fine okay so in the State
of Florida how it works is if you're
sitting in the driver's seat and you're
an actual physical control of a vehicle
and you were intoxicated or under the
influence of Narcotics you are
committing a driving under the influence
correct which is a first degree
misdemeanor right okay so your keys are
actually right there right very easily
accessible from where the seat belt is
to in the ignition correct you have
three open containers in the car that
I've
seen do you have any drugs in this car
no do you mind if I searched no h
out do you have any drugs on you or guns
or anything
crazy what are you doing why you coming
over to me go sit down on the curb sit
down do you need do you need medical
assistant cuz I don't think I've ever
been if you're drunk right now and this
is only I don't think I've ever been as
drunk as you are right
now are you on something just be honest
with
me so what's going on with
you what's going on with you
then do you take prescription
medications just don't touch me okay I'm
listening to you just don't touch
me what's going
on you're not going to believe I say a
girl a girl a girl's going on with me
girl's going on with
me nobody ever believes that nobody ever
[ __ ] believes that nobody ever
believes that are girls going on with
you yes why wouldn't I believe that
that's not like a yeah it is though it
is so I'm sure that you are having some
sort of issues from personal issues I
don't know what your name is I'm listen
all I'm
read why there it is right there you can
read that listen that's not cool because
I the girl all I'm doing right I know
what you're doing you're doing your
[ __ ] job doing your [ __ ]
job I know what you're doing girl L me
sorry sorry sorry are you on are you
just intoxicated or are you under the
influence of drugs I know I [ __ ] just
don't touch me you got to back up no I
have medical
marijuana weed is not what you're on
right now medical marijuana has nothing
to do with
this when someone's touching you shaking
you to get up and you're not responding
and you're
stiff like that's that's an
issue do you need medical attention no
where do you live at
oh Virginia no Arlington Arlington
Florida
Arlington in
Arlington where
Bridge a point the ases point Bridge no
the Dames Point Bridge in Jacksonville
yes okay so you're clearly a long long
ways
away do you use just be just be straight
up with me do you use do you do you use
any drugs be straight with me fentol
heroin cocaine whatever I don't I don't
it's not a big deal I just I I don't use
no ha or nothing I do
I I know that I see it oh you see it you
see I
Dr Central vales for 65 I'm code
for do you know what city you're
in no you're not
no no you're not you're not even close
I'm not even close to Jacksonville
Florida no I'm not in Jacksonville
Florida no you got to quit walking
towards me now okay I know so next time
you walk towards me I'm going to ask you
to step on the sit on the curb right I'm
not Jackal Florida no you're not even
close to Jacksonville are you kidding me
no I'm not kidding you it's not a joke
what are we in St John's County no we're
not even close to St John's County we're
two counties away from St John's
you don't even know where you are how
did you end up in dude I went to
[ __ ] do you know someone that lives
here yeah I went to [ __ ] Daytona
you're not even close you're close I
mean listen you're not in Daytona yeah
you got to quit back you got to quit
stepping up to
me all right so here here's what we're
going to do we're going to try and get
your ided right
yeah do you have any and there's no
drugs or weapons in here no okay what's
your what's your first and last name Ash
Stark okay do you know what year it is
yes and is
2023 okay how many quarters make a
dollar how many quarters make a dollar
four okay who's the president of the
United States the president of the
United States should not be
Trump it's not Trump so you're correct
so who so who is the president of the
United States I don't give a [ __ ] who's
the president it's a question though I
know you know it who's the who's the
governor of Florida then you no it's not
me I wish it was but who is
it
yeah I don't like I'm going to be so
serious I don't
see you don't you don't know you live in
America correct yeah yes sir how do you
not know who the president of the United
States is the the president of the
United States is not Trump it's not
Trump you're correct who's the president
of the United States currently the
sitting
president if you if you don't like Trump
enough to know I don't give a [ __ ] like
I but if you don't like Trump enough to
say it's not Trump then obviously you
should know who the president is I don't
feel [ __ ] enough like I'm being so I'm
being so serious right now then I would
probably brush up on my like like
culture look there I know I can see the
I can see the Coronas I for the mod I
don't give any F dude I am so you got to
quit stepping up to me I'm going to put
you in handcuffs I know all right I'm
trying to be cool with you but you got
to quit stepping up on me so sit down in
the curb I definitely don't want you to
put me in what's going to happen if you
don't chill out I definitely don't want
what do you have your driver where's
your driver's license at it's in there I
want
to where's it at it's at restant
which which bag's it

just tell me which color it's it's a uh
beige beige can I go in the beige bag
and Get It Go in the beige
bag beige bag
yes I can go in and get
it I got it
I'm not sure what to do with
you because you're you're technically
committing a DUI all right like I said
so you're you're in a public parking lot
but by Statue you anywhere in the State
of Florida if you're intoxicated behind
the wheel with that's easily accessible
right your truck runs correct your
truck's not broken down yes sir okay you
have open containers throughout the car
it's a DUI have you ever been given a
DUI
before sir okay would you be willing to
submit to field sobriety exercises yes
sir you would be willing to you seem
very nice but unfortunately you're so
far from home and you're so far out of
it you think that you're in Jacksonville
like it's kind of I'm not in
Jacksonville I'm know Jacksonville I
know you thought that though you thought
you were in St John's
County you got beer bottle all over the
place place
what I'm I'm going to go no you can't
drive no you can't drive I let you drive
home you would kill yourself or someone
else especially all these motorcycles
out
here
listen I like I will I
oh you're what no I know I know I know
you're you're man your work your your
job man I know that know that what that
mean you're a man of your wearning job
how what what word did I what what what
does that mean that means like dude like
you're a man of your job like you're not
going to let me like just off yeah
you're correct I can't I can't let you
do that cuz then when you kill someone
guess who they're going to go after me I
I
know all right so once you hang out by
the curb I'm going to have someone else
come come over here okay so we can get
this done and then we'll see if that if
you're good enough to drive or not but
I'm assuming that you're not just
because of what I've came to
is that your proper medical container
