till I can get a go truck you know what
I'm saying we'll worry about that tow
truck in a little bit let's just get
that insurance in your driver's driver's
license ma'am I know I'm trying to
except there's a lot of you know whenn
do you know what a driver's license is
yes that's an ID card I know can you
grab that for me yeah so what what' you
hit I didn't hit anything someone hit
me well they might just stand by right
here ma'am okay I have no doubt that she
obliterated the curvez she got TI they
hit me I mean I'm cool with not any
damage but they hit me who hit you where
well they hit me um right here you were
leaving KFC yes cuz I was leaving KFC
earlier but they were like they didn't
hit me you know what I'm saying okay so
so I was like okay cool but I see your
marks down there so you weren't leaving
KFC you had anything to drink tonight no
nothing at all nothing at all do you
have you used any drugs today no the
reason I ask is your speech kind of
sounds a little slur I get it I get it
and you said you're leaving here but
your tire marks show a different thing I
mean yeah but I'm like I don't care like
whatever happens happens like I don't
even care at this point like I'm just
trying to get home right I hear you yeah
you know my dad like I'm trying to home
at this point so where were you coming
from again I was just coming from this
way okay and you hit the curb I didn't
hit any curbs so how did that happen I
don't know like I was just trying to get
on the you know I'm just trying to park
I'm just trying to go home where are we
coming from I'm I'm literally just
coming from whatever you say like not
whatever I say I'm asking you where
you're like I'm not coming from any type
of way I'm just coming from like you
know Illinois okay and where are you
going I'm just trying to go home where's
Home St Joe okay and what's your phone
number again that's your address what's
your phone
number okay then you've had nothing to
drink tonight I have not and not used
any legal drugs or anything like that
okay do you take any prescription
medication nope okay so we're going to
go through a series of uh testing basic
gear coordin and all that stuff okay can
I just
go y'all know my father please don't
talk to me I don't know you don't talk
to me okay so are you go I need to do
some tests on you are you saying you're
not doing those test you already know my
father so I'm obviously going to do
those tests like whatever it takes me to
go home I'm trying to go do let's step
over out of the road let's step over
here on this paring the first test I'm
going to do is going to be uh touching
the tips of your face fingers and then
counting out loud okay now just listen
to me ma'am
relax relax and listen to me okay you're
going to take the tip of your I'm just
trying to go home okay you got to listen
to us okay so we can get everything it's
okay watch me and I'm going to explain
it to you a couple times and then you're
going to do it okay whatever hand of
your choice okay you're going to take
the focus now just relax you keep trying
to tell me that I'm focused but I'm
literally focused right now going to
listen to his instruction my instruction
okay you're going to take the tip of
your
thumb can you just put your arms to the
side and watch okay you're gonna watch
my hand whatever hand your hand left or
right you're going to take the tip of
your thumb and touch it to the tips of
your fingers and count 1 2 3 4 4 3 2 1
that's two cycles okay you're going to
touch the tips of your
[Music]
fingers thumb to finger thumb to finger
thumb to finger and count 1 2 3 4 and
reverse 4 3 2 1 okay 4 2 3 1 4 2 3 1
just tip your finger like this 1 2 3 4 4
1 2 3 4 4 2 3 1 okay do it two times 4 2
3 1 1 2 3 4 4 2 3 1 1 2 3
4 okay what's your highest level of
Education 12 in 12th grade I mean it's
kind of hard to think from 12 to back I
mean all right so you have your high you
completed High School I mean technically
yeah
is it fair to say that you know your um
your ABCs I mean 12 to 12 to ABC is kind
of
hard not counting do you know your ABC
like yes okay I need you to start at the
letter e ABC D focus and listen started
the letter e is in Edward to the letter
T is in Tom without singing okay okay
well I'm obviously special education my
mom it's kind of hard okay I need to
start with the letter e and go to the
letter
it's very hard because I like I said I'm
special education do you know your
numbers 1 to 100 okay for this we're
going to be counting backwards from the
number 67 to the number 42 in Reverse
well I can't do that I'm going to tell
you a straight up I can't and you can
text my dad because your dad has nothing
to do with this okay well I mean [ __ ] it
it's whatever now I mean [ __ ] mother
can't even see anyway it's
likeon you got to listen to us okay
right I'm already listening to I'm just
saying love just trying to spot just and
you want to get this whole process
started right you need to listen to us
I'm just saying [ __ ] is trying
to shot up the spot anyways like I don't
understand to do this has everything to
do with with your car being parked in
the middle of the road with flat tires
right now okay well I mean yes anyway
all right Grayson this is what I need to
do do you have any leg problems medical
condition to prevent you from walking in
a line or anything like that and no I
just want to go home to my yeah like
okay so this is what I need you to do
okay I'm going to explain this to you
I'm going to put you in the position and
I'm going to explain it and we're going
to go through it okay first thing I need
to do is I need to take your left foot
and place it on that line your left foot
place it on the line now I need to take
your right foot and place it against the
toe of your left foot and stand with
your heels and Toes together and
maintain that that position with your
hands at your side okay watch me left
foot on the line in front of it ma'am I
need you to go back to the beginning of
I did not tell you to begin place your
left foot on the line place your left
foot on the line place your left foot on
the line now place your right foot in
front of your left foot with the heel of
your right foot touching the toe of your
left foot take your hands out of your
pockets and place them at the side okay
that is the starting position I need you
to maintain that position while I
demonstrate this test to you okay left
foot on the line right foot in front of
it don't start yet ma'am I'm sorry what
the [ __ ] I need you to I'm sorry try go
for the one leg stand all right the next
the next one we're going to do is the
oneel leg stand okay with your feet side
by side your arms at your side okay just
relax pick whatever foot you want either
your left foot or your right foot is
entirely up to you okay raise whatever
foot you want approximately 6 in off the
ground ma'am do not begin I just need
you to stand here and listen to the
instructions okay 10001 10002 10003
10004 with your arms at your side do you
understand these instructions yes I do
sir okay you may begin 1001 1002
1003
134 1004 1005 1006 1005 1006 17 1008
1009 100 101 102 103 1008 1009 okay you
can stop how much have you had to drink
I haven't had anything to drink I'm just
trying to go home like okay I need you
to place your hands behind your back
okay
okay oh my oh my Fu God
a all right ma'am do you have anything
that's going to poke or sick or shut the
[ __ ] up why are you even talking to me
Shut the [ __ ] up separate your feet
please shut up shut the [ __ ]
up all right we're going to walk to my
squat
car why you in my car stop get in the
car okay you want to make this work
right
Rel relax
easy step in the car
please help me please rela we got to go
to the hospital cuz you're were in a car
accident please I wasn't a you hit
something okay well Brothers hit me they
hit
me all right Grayson we're going to walk
inside okay we're going to walk inside
what the hospital I'm hav for what what
for what because you have to get
medically clear that you're okay girl
I'm okay like intoxicated and two
because you were in an acci I wasn't in
an accident and I'm intoxicated but I'm
cool okay hold
on you doing what are you doing TR to
pull you to pull him up I pull up PS
I'll help you
yeah on
go hello hello thank you I'm going to
put this on okay better have it around
my [ __ ] mouth are you going to
consent to the collection of blood and
urine what do you think if my dad
consented I'll consent okay Grayson stay
right here cuz I'm you have to stay
right here you don't want I've been
really nice to you and if you don't want
me to touch you then you need to stay
right here and I will keep my hand why
would they why would they use my urine
unless they needed it because to test to
how intoxicated well obviously they are
intoxicated so they're obviously going
to use me we know that you are
intoxicated the blooding urine is
something an officer rich is asking you
to do okay well he can do when my mom's
not
intoxicated you're I don't I don't know
why you're talking about your mom you
either have to say yes or no and if you
say no that's counted as a refusal okay
your driver's license is going to get
suspended so if you want to do the blood
and urine we'll give you a ticket to
drive obiously okay they'll give me a
ticket to drive my mom has been
consenting to urine so let's go okay
we're going to go this way okay let's go
this way cuz obviously my mom has been
in toxicated while [ __ ] driving so
let's go and obviously my father has cuz
he's a police officer and he's in DUI so
like let's give ticket here the deal
Grayson shut up and listen to me what's
up okay here's the deal we were
originally planning to not take you to
jail if you're going to keep running
your mouth and you're going to keep keep
causing problems your ass is going to go
to [ __ ] jail do you understand right
now we're trying to decide with Hospital
staff how to proceed with this okay how
is it going to work my my father doesn't
go to jail but I go this has nothing to
do with your father okay everything does
because you guys both are in trouble for
the same thing does not mean it has
anything to do okay here's the deal
officer rich is asking you if you would
like to give a blood and urine sample
you have to answer that question is he
going to get is he going to answer a
[ __ ] blood test then I will your dad
does not have anything to do with he
[ __ ] does cannot answer this you are
done okay here's the deal do you want to
go to jail or no do you want to stay I
obviously don't want to go to F jail to
me and stop running your goddamn mouth
because I had it needs to do as well
I've been really nice to you all night
up until now I've been nice as well no
you haven't how I are you going to give
here's the deal well she's super
intoxicated so she probably just need
I'm not listen if my dad has to get jump
then I hly have to stop yelling then you
stop yelling you're yelling at me first
you're like a child okay I obviously
have to give the same [ __ ] as my dad do
like what the [ __ ] go stand over there
I'm saying I stand over there are we
medically clearing her so that she hit a
curb technically at 1050 but I also need
blood and urine okay that was my dad the
same thing he get e
everything like I don't care take these
cups off of me take these cups off of me
please sit on the bed sit on the bed
gather yourself and then we'll talk
about whether those come off please
what's go on today please she's she a
miner no hit the curb sit down please
take care of these I'm getting your cups
off right now sit down sit down I am
when you calm down they come off not a
minute before
so answer his questions and that's it no
more yelling no more talking answer his
questions if you're calm I'll take the
handcuffs off okay ma'am so what
happened tonight I don't know these
mother trying to tell me that something
happened I'm trying to talk to my dad
I'm I've been really calm for like the
past like hour with her which is why I
came here cuz she liked me and then I
got up here and I was like no I'm done
it's been a long weekend Grayson how old
are you going to give me that my dad
gave you Grayson Focus I'm asking you
question ask you how old you are I don't
care she's not 21 are you you're asking
me to get the same question that my dad
asked you are you yes or no I don't know
your father sit down sit down Grayson
cuz you're going to make this worse he
he does he my dad he do yes we know your
dad but we don't know the circumstances
[ __ ] no stop acting like you don't
he's asking you if you will submit blood
and urine for us okay he's the same
question though because we need an
answer and if you're not going to answer
it's going to go as a refusal okay it's
not a refusal question but it is if
you're not answering the question saying
but he's he's asking himself like how
the as soon as you as soon as you relax
we will take the handcuffs off of you I
am okay as soon as you give us why is he
doing this you need to give us an answer
yes or no we can take the handcuffs off
and we can proceed with this process
okay obviously he
can like do you want to give blood or
urine yes or no we'll go with that he
yes or no is he who him he had an
accident so why why refusal put it on as
a refusal he's put he's putting his
refusal on as a refusal so so right now
this is being considered as a refusal
cuz we've been asking you for probably
20 minutes yester question okay baby
girl list so we're going to put it down
as a refusal unless you change your mind
right now is he he has nothing to do
with this he has put a refusal on him
he's hand off of you do you want the
handcuffs off yes or no sit down it's
not fair you need to sit down okay
you're not talking Fair he's my father
he didn't have anything to do with this
I don't know why your dad is a topic
right now because now he free range like
do you not understand does not get yes
he [ __ ] does every he does you need
to sit down not okay because you're
creating disturbance we're going to have
to take you back to the squad car you're
going to sit in the rear of the squad
car and have to fill out all this okay
let's go let's go are you giving blood
I'm not refusing so the nurse can take
blood from you I'm telling you I'm not
refusing if you do not stop take back
thank you are you going to give blood
yes why would I give blood because if
you say you're not intoxicated it will
Pro well okay he can give blood then
okay Miss girl it will prove that you're
not intoxicated okay I'm going to take
the handcuffs off you're going to sit on
the bed you have to sign this form okay
and then they're going to take your
blood and H Jesus Christ Jesus [ __ ]
Christ say it again do you know how
difficult you're being right now [ __ ]
again GRS say it
again nice to
you say it again say it again I don't
[ __ ] care obiously I want to go the
[ __ ] home y'all do too [ __ ] much I
want to go to sleep and my bed but
obviously my dad
won have that happen Okay listen are you
going to let me draw blood on you Bab
girl like I need to know that none of us
are going to get hurt while we're doing
this obviously none of you are okay so
if I would to throw punches I would have
throw them all [ __ ] ready like do not
understand that I get it I get it yes or
no answer her question yes I got it I'm
good I'm good okay we'll be able to draw
your blood and we won't get hurt right
you're going to sit still and let us do
it yes all right Grayson when I take
this handcuff off just I'm cool place it
on top of your head okay I'm cool I
can't place it on top of my head because
I'm not that [ __ ] strong but I'm cool
okay relax relax relax I'm cool I'm cool
okay hey Grayson we're getting your cell
phone up here so you can call somebody
to come get you when you're no don't no

not to be mean or anything but you
obviously don't understand where my dad
put me no we Grayson we don't understand
no you don't no I'm I'm agreeing with
you okay let's just not talk about that
we're here for that topic is making you
upset
okay obviously you know my dad I've
worked the same shift as your dad for
the past many years never gave [ __ ]
about me he never gave a [ __ ] about me I
don't give a [ __ ] if he he dies I hope
he dies that's why I hope I have a baby
and aing dies can I see your arm no you
don't want me to draw the blood okay
yeah we're done it's just put a
refusal she's all like she loves her dad
and then he doesn't care about her he
should be in jail and that's all she's
talking about she's like don't drw my
