Chaos erupts at the four seasons as reckless guests disrupt, but the law swiftly intervenes. [Applause] I please I don't care. It's my mom. It's my mom. Give me the other hand. Give me the other hand. A shocking display of irresponsibility. The mother and daughter clearly intoxicated recklessly disrupted the Four Seasons Hotel. Ignoring police warnings, they belligerently refused to leave, escalating tensions. Their blatant denial of intoxication, despite overwhelming evidence, was absurd. How could they believe such disgraceful behavior would go unpunished? How you doing? I'm offici. Okay. I'm Monica. I I don't drink alcohol. My do let me talk. Let me just let me talk. All of a sudden, these people just so mean and just like knock me over and wait in the in the dining room. Yeah. And and listen, like I'm in the travel business and and she's with me, my daughter, and I was knocked down and but listen, I didn't care about that. And then um she and then she was over there. Um when you when were you checking out? Tomorrow. No, I'm here. I just checked in today. Okay. Well, they doctor probably want you to stay here. They got that right. Wait, what? Of course. Guess these people areing liberal. When happened, they have a right. If they don't want you to stay here, they give you right. Well, I just came to the help. You know what? Do me a favor. If you got to talk, don't curse. Okay. Right now, I'm going to I'm need to write down things. I know what I can hear. I'm here and it's being Everything's being Everything you say is being recorded. I cannot hear two people talking at once. If she's going to talk, you can't talk. I know. I can't pick up what you're saying when she talks. Hang on. The hotel management asked the women to leave for violating policies. Yet, they stubbornly refused, escalating the conflict. Instead of accepting the consequences, they argued despite clear instructions. Why did they think paying for a stay exempted them from rules in your report? Well, you're acting you're acting you're right now you're acting aggressive and you're allowed and you're intoxicated. Okay. I didn't drink. I don't drink. Why smell it on your breath? So I don't how alcohol got all over your breath. I don't drink. I smell so much I smell it. I don't drink alcohol. I have an addiction. Well, your behavior in here is the reason they don't want you in here. You and your daughters. 18 years. I've been fine. So, I need to know now. You know, we're going to go into a really big problem. Well, you could you could you could you Oh, yeah. We're going I want to know now why you're telling me I can't. Of course, the hotel does not want you on their property. The hotel does not want you here. And if you refuse to leave, you and your daughter will go to jail. Okay? Because they do not want you. This is their private property. And I'm telling you, the best thing to do right now, but go get your stuff from your room. And there's a hotel across the street. to stay there. If you refuse to, you will go to you will be going and then you will be placed under in know. Um because you know what? I didn't drink. That had nothing to do with alcohol. This had nothing to do with you drinking. This had nothing to do with you. Just has a but it must it doesn't. It has to do with your behavior. It's nothing to do with drinking. I don't care if you drink for the last 15 years or not. When I got here, you were yell loud. You were yelling. When I got here, you acting aggressive towards me. And I do not and I'm going to tell you the hotel has a right to have you leave. And if you refuse to stay their property, if you refuse, you will be placed under arrest. We both going to go to The women's reckless aggression escalated an already avoidable situation, attacking a hotel employee and then resisting police. Completely unacceptable. The daughter even resorted to kicking an officer while the mother spewed baseless accusations. Did they truly believe violence would justify their actions? A who doesn't want treated us like [ __ ] Democrats and just wait a minute. Democrats who don't I asked you before not I asked you before not to touch me. I want to know who doesn't want us here. I mean we're go get your phone right now. Who put this on video right now? Hurry up. I don't care if you arrest me. I don't care. This is not fair. We're paying for this hotel. Liberal Democrat. Are you guys choosing to leave? You're a liberal. Are you refusing to leave the property? Turn around, please. No. No. Don't. Don't. Get away. Please stop resisting. I don't care. It's my fault. Give me the other hand. Give me the other hand. I can be all s You're watching us. Give me watching us, guys. Take a picture. Take a picture. Take a picture. Please help me. This is so messed up. Get deep. Get your feet. Let's go. Sit up. Sit up. I'm trying to help you. In the face of mounting resistance, the officers continued to explain that the hotel was private property and had the legal right to deny them service. The women's defiance and combative behavior led to their arrest for trespassing and resisting arrest. The mother was also charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and disorderly intoxication. She already got the charge. He's getting she got a felony charge right here for hitting me. Yeah. He punched me in the face. Get up. Take a picture now. Get up. Hurry up. Jimmy, he's playing the unit. Jimmy. Jimmy. Help. Take a picture now. Take a picture now. Stand up. I don't care. I won't leave. I don't care. Picture now. Because my mom. Hello. My mom. You want to stand up? Stand up. Stand up. No. Yeah, you will. We're going to bring you to the corner. No, I don't want to get in the car. That's my mom. She Somebody help me now. Somebody help me now. Hello. You're sitting there looking at me. One at a time. Yeah, one at a time. Mom, you did nothing wrong. I'll make sure they know. Both women were rightly charged with trespassing after blatantly ignoring the hotel's request to leave. Their refusal to comply showed a disregard for property rights and authority. Such behavior not only disrupts order but also demonstrates a lack of respect for the rules in place. Oh my god. Take your one foot out. Bring your foot out. Bring one foot at a time. Come on. Bring your foot out. What? No. One foot at a time. I'll help you. Come on. Come on. No. You're in big trouble. I'm telling you right now. You're in huge trouble. Okay. He messed the wrong person. All right. I'm sorry. What case do I please tell? Don't act like I'm a criminal or something. We got a big problem. If I'm not with her, I'm telling you right now. You're with her. Just look at me right now. If I'm not with her in one second, I know you're with me. We're here to help. I know you are. Listen. I'm just telling you right now. Okay. You're going to stay in there. She's going to stay in there. That's how it's going to be for now. I mean, it's you're going to be here for about about an hour. So, if you if you just you just got to be calm. Something happened now that have you in here. I wasn't there, so I can't tell. I can't. But like I said, I'm letting you know everything's being recorded. Okay. You said you said you were going to be calm. What's that? You're hurt. The mother faced a charge of battery on a law enforcement officer under Florida statutes chapter 7840487. Violation of an injunction for protection against stalking or cyberstalking. One, if the injunction for protection against stalking or cyberstalking has been violated and the respondent has not been arrested, the petitioner may contact the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the violation is alleged to have occurred. The clerk shall assist the petitioner in preparing an affidavit in support of reporting the violation or directing the petitioner to the office operated by the court that has been designated by the chief judge of that circuit as the central intake point for violations of injunctions for protection where the petitioner can receive assistance in the preparation of the affidavit in support of the violation. This example reveals the serious implications of a woman engaging in public disorder. Such disruptions as seen below often escalate unnecessarily. On February 7th around 9:45 a May, a couple was couple on surveillance cameras allegedly stealing approximately $250 worth of merchandise from a Kohl's store. The store's security footage provided police with a description of their vehicle, which was later identified at their residence. Officers arrived at the location to investigate and make contact with the suspects. You got to leave the property. Not out here. You got to at least get the sidewalk. Take your papers back. If you hit me again, I'm going to take your ass to jail. Just go or you'll get in trouble. Go. All of you. Put your hands up. What are you going to do? What are you going to do? Are you kidding me? Stop. Got her. Quit resisting, ma'am. Please. Get off of me. Get off of me. Come on. Get off of me. This is exactly why I'm here. You guys told you just to leave. You're in the lead. You turned around and came back at me. What's going on? I'm just trying to leave from here. what the I'm trying to do, but apparently I'm pissing off a few people, getting into a couple lunch breaks. You just wanted to leave, right? And would you call the people that brought me here is what I'm asking. Nobody's late. Is that your phone over there on the floor? That is my phone. And I will not talk to you. Okay. Well, you need to leave or this place of the people that I got dropped off on. So, I will not speak with them. And you can call them. I have no way to call anyone. Leave the property. Leave the property. Police arrived and knocked on the door asking to speak with those involved. Lindsay answered, denying Jon was home, but officers saw him enter. They informed the couple of their Miranda rights, which they acknowledged but declined to answer questions. Lindsay, appearing distressed, claimed she felt laded after a workout and requested water, but officers did not provide it immediately. You're causing a problem to the point that they called up. You scared me. Here, just hold her for a second, please. I got to take stuff out of my back seat. I got you. I was brought here behind my Why are you guys doing this? Stop. I did. Stop it. All you got to do is behave. I can't breathe. And I got brought here by God. Get in. I can't. Step up on the step. That's what happens when we have communication. Right. Put your feet in. Do I have to pull you into the car? Can we act like a grownup, please? No, because I'm looking at this guy because I remember him. You I don't. I don't even know who you are. Why don't you try to figure that out first? Why don't you try to fix? So what what was the deal with her? She was discharged and then just refused to leave cuz she wanted to ride discharge and then came storming out of the room, said, "How the do I get out of here? Get me the [ __ ] out of here." And I directed her towards the exit. She went to the lobby and then maybe 5 10 minutes later, she starts throwing. Did she hit anybody with anything? Throw it. Not to my knowledge, no. The security guard, he said he was not injured. Um she was just like, "Can we check if she hit the security guard? Threw something at him. I don't know. But I don't know if he was. He said he was not injured. I didn't ask if he was actually had anything thrown at him. Did she hit you? No. Did she throw something at you? No. No. Good person. At him. Why is he telling me no? It's not confrontational. I know, but she walked in on her own and just started all this stuff. Mhm. Didn't actually physically assault anybody verbally. And then you guys asked her multiple times to leave the lobby. That's correct. And you called us because she was refusing to leave. Correct. Anything else I can help you guys with? I'm just going to wait on the female sergeant to get here. She's going to check her to make sure she doesn't have anything on her. And officers informed the couple they had enough evidence to charge them with retail theft. Lindsay immediately resisted, questioning the arrest. When police tried to detain them, she refused to comply, arguing and resisting handcuffing. I understand and I apologize. I sincerely apologize. But you have to understand when I wake up and this is what it is, I and then I have you yelling at me, then what am I supposed to I I didn't yell. I didn't yell. I asked you nicely to leave and you just kept ignoring me and yelling at everybody inside. And if you were nice and talked to me and said, "I need help." No, I will not. Okay, you can just sit here and calm down again. Just throw stuff at him. No, because I asked him straight up, did he did she throw anything at you? He's like, no. Did she hit you? No. And I looked in the footage, she likes tossing stuff around the place, but nothing like I didn't see anything specifically at the guy. She possibly had something. I don't know. Sitting at a 7-Eleven somewhere and was transported here by unknown. I got here. here. I asked her to leave multiple times and she just Hello. My name's Joanna. How are you? So, I'm going to take you out of the car cuz I'm going to search you. Okay. Can you call my mom? Can you call this place that I don't know what's going on right now? Right. I'll figure that out. Right now, I just have to search you. Okay. It's fine. I can take requests after that. We can talk about phone calls and all of that afterwards, but I'm going to search you first. Okay. Do you have any on No, I don't. And no. And yes, and yes, you can. Okay. Do you have any phone? No, I don't. As officers escorted Lindsay to the police vehicle, she resisted, demanding her shoes and phone then sat on the ground, refusing to move. Despite multiple warnings, she continued struggling and accused officers of assault. The situation escalated when their dog accidentally ran out, adding to the commotion. So, face that for me. There's a camera there, so if I do anything, separate your feet for me as far as you can. I need you to go a little further so I don't hurt your shoulders. Can you separate your hands? You pull them off of your body? No. Like this? What do you want? Yeah. Can you separate your feet and try to maintain your balance, right? I got to feel inside your shoulders. [ __ ] Youing piece of That was real funny, right? I can't wait. I hope I pray someone in your family has mental disease. I hope and I pray cuz this is what the Despite repeated warnings, Lindsay remained defiant, at one point managing to slip out of her handcuffs while inside the police vehicle. Officers had to restrain her again, emphasizing that her actions could lead to additional charges. With both suspects detained, the police proceeded with the legal process, securing evidence and preparing for formal charges. The couple now faces allegations of retail theft and resisting arrest with potential legal proceedings ahead. These examples emphasize the importance of respecting law enforcement and making responsible choices to promote public safety. They remind us of the serious repercussions of assaulting police and resisting arrest. Let us know your thoughts below and subscribe for more insightful updates. I'm telling you what we're here for. Well, I don't care though. We didn't steal. I didn't. So So how come? Bro, none of us stole anything. But we didn't though. We were still in the store shopping. Well, guess what? You don't got to look at us like we stealing, bro. That's creep. Don't do that, bro. It's nothing stolen, though. It's creep. We just went to a store. Period. We just went to a store. It's nothing stolen. That's creep. Don't even look at us like we stole. I'm going to tell you something. I can't explain. couldn't even get it. Listen to me. I can't explain stuff to you if you keep talking. All right. Well, come on. All right. I'm not saying you stole anything right now. What I'm telling you is we got 620 in groceries like and food stamps in them. I don't want to trying to say I did them, but Okay, maybe she did, but I didn't. Okay, listen. Listen. No, they didn't even give me a chance to. Becky, we're going to go in the store. Okay. Period. We didn't do anything that right now. Listen, you guys need to relax cuz you're going to make it a whole lot worse. Just No, you're not leaving. You're both being detained right now. What am I doing? I just told you they called us. When the authorities arrived, the woman was with her children, expressing confusion and frustration. She claimed that she had paid for all her items using food stamps and denied any intention to steal. They called us because they said that she was stealing. Okay. I guess that includes you. Okay. More importantly, your child, there's no car seat for him in this car. You have open bottles of alcohol in this car. You got to open alcohol in your car. So, that's a whole different situation on yourself. So, it would be best in your interest driving with a kid with open bottles of alcohol in your car. Who you on the other side? You're driving. Your kids's in the back seat, correct? Alcohol in it and no child seats. Bro, we didn't steal anything, bro. But, okay. But I got all food stamps. Listen, I'm already a communicator. I don't want to happen to me if I'm a baby. Listen, this is going to ask you some questions. He already have the receipt for everything. No, they left everything. I gave it in the cart. 2022, correct? Walmart has the best camera system. I already know. Listen, when I ask questions, all right, I want you to be honest with me. You understand? Okay. But a lot of stuff, a lot of stuff was scammed. Like maybe one or two things wasn't paid for. I promise. Like I was I promise like a lot of stuff was paid for. I got food stamps. I don't got no reason to steal food. Are you claiming Are you claiming you were just drunk and that's why you didn't see all the items? No, I said I was drinking. What did you honestly? But we was both trying to check. It's most of I got 600. No, I didn't. Did shake. No, I didn't. You can look at the register. I walk back over there with the people shows me telling her why you leaving like that's you ringing everything up and you running out the door leaving all your stuff. You got $214 in groceries. Do you have all your groceries in your car? No. No. I'll take the blame cuz it's not the time to say it. Let him finish. And then it's not the time to say they kept trying to leave me. I wasn't trying to leave out the store. During the arrest, it was revealed that the woman had been drinking alcohol before shopping. Officers discovered open containers of alcohol in her vehicle along with her child seated in the car without a proper car seat. These violations raised additional concerns about her behavior and prompted the police to detain her for further investigation. I was the only one not trying to leave the store. How much you not even It's just my baby. It is. How much you Not that much. What's not that? Huh? What's not that go do shots and go grocery shopping with kids in the car? She was the driver. But she had a shot. She had shots with me. Almost done with community control. What's your community control for? I'm coming up to What's my not for driving without a um driving with a suspended license? That's why I won't drive. Driving with a suspended license. Just hang tight. um before like that I was um like taking pills and stuff like before I was taking pills it was substance abuse because I had a method on inside the car and stuff but it's nothing like major like officer can you kill your lights the woman admitted that she had been moving quickly through the checkout and might have missed a few items but maintained that she did not deliberately steal. She also revealed that she was currently under community control for a prior aoffence involving a suspended license. Multiple times they were all different weights. She only scanned it twice. Even put four of them in the bag. Here she has three of those in her hand. Scanned twice. Can you go ahead and give me Can you go back? I thought I only saw two. I'm sorry. Can you go back to that? I thought I only saw two. One on each hand. There's two in that hand, one thing she scans. She scans the same cheap one three times and puts two more expensive ones in the bag. Yeah. She's just nickeling that. What made you alert it to her? Um in the bag for the price of one. Oh, you talking about at the register? Yes. Um cuz I I was in here monitoring selfch checkout at the time I saw her. There's not because she's like No, she's the only one involved. Yeah, she was saying they're both there. I don't see the other one. They were both there, but she's the only one that scanned anything is fine, you know. Okay. Yeah, that Yeah, I stole several of these, but the only I didn't determine which ones she stole cuz they're all the same price. So, I just separated out 10. Multiples are all the same price. Yes. So, I wasn't going to be like She rung up what, 10 of them? She She rung up 10 of them and she had 14, I think. Now, did she Now, did you When officers reviewed Walmart surveillance footage, it became evident that the woman had scanned certain items multiple times, but placed unscanned, more expensive items in her bag. You're not in trouble. Okay. I don't want her to be in trouble either, but people make their own decisions, right? All right. Whose car is this? It's her mom's, but I can take the car back. So, the problem is what's what's with the boots? What's that? The open liquor in the car. The open bottle. I can throw it away. I'm not the the six pack. Is that yours? That's That's been in the car. That That's That That one you talking about? That's been in the car when we got in there. That's just remember you get behind the wheel. You're responsible for everything, right? You're responsible for your kids in the seat. You're responsible for everything. If I would have stopped you on the road, I probably would have been really heming you up. I really don't know what the hell happened. Just even even if I stopped you for speeding, I'd be heming you up. You see what I'm saying? All right. And you need to have a nice time. What's your sister do for the county? All right. I'm telling what what she do for the county. What she do for the county? She worked at I don't know. She just got But she worked with DCF2 and now she got a new job. I don't Okay. So, basically what you're saying is nothing of importance that would dictate anything how we act, right? Yeah. I'm going tell her to shut up. Oh, okay. My baby was right there. There's trash cans right there. And you need to have a nice stop with your sister. Following a review of the video footage, police have confirmed that while the individual's friend was not directly involved, they were found to be responsible for driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to properly care for the children in their charge. Cuz I already know like I'm on community control because I can't do nothing. I'm on committee control because like a substant thing cuz I had pills in the car. Okay. But I'm going take the blame just cuz you get what I'm saying. Even like I don't attention. I I just don't want to lose my kid. I'm going to tell you right now, you're not a bad You knew that you were not ringing up. Mom, I can't hear you. Just be like I said, be honest with me. You knew you and already up everything correctly. Three pies in my hand and one pie in this hand and you go one, two, three and put in three. And then you got five packs of steaks and you go one, two, three, four, and put five in there. You're 22 years old. You're not seven. You know, so that means you look at it, correct? Okay. So that means you look at it and you see the price. Especially with everything going on these days, you are more you are more conscious. Stop. You are more conscious of the price of things. I guarantee it. You say I promise like maybe I wasn't moving fast like going to jail. So how she don't go to jail? I didn't understand it. Like you're the only one on video. Lovely. We can put you in handcuffs now or you can walk over there like he suggested cuz you he's trying to give you a courtesy. I didn't I still don't think you have any now. Do you have anything on you? You sure? You don't want to take him to the jail? You know, once it goes in there, it's a whole different story. No. Okay. Ultimately, the woman was arrested and charged with petty theft. As the legal process unfolds, the outcome could have significant consequences, particularly given her existing legal obligations. The suspect was charged with retail petty theft, a violation under Florida statute section 812.014. This statute defines petti theft as the unlawful taking of property valued at less than $750. If convicted, the penalties for a firsttime offender can include up to 60 days in jail, a fine of up to $500, and mandatory community service. Given the suspect's existing community control status, the offense may lead to additional penalties, including probation violations, which could result in stricter consequences such as extended supervision or imprisonment. Furthermore, the woman also violated Florida statutes chapter 316.1936, which prohibits open containers of alcohol in a vehicle. This violation can result in a noncriminal traffic infraction, but in combination with the child endangerment issues, no child car seat, it could lead to more serious consequences under Florida's child welfare laws, including involvement from the Department of Children and Families deaf. This case highlights the importance of mutual respect and cooperation with law enforcement to ensure public safety in order. Adhering to the law is crucial in creating a just and harmonious society where everyone can feel secure. What are your thoughts on this situation? Share them with us in the comments below. Knee deep in your [ __ ] hair trying to watch Steve out and I don't want you pulling on my leg. The conflict began when the woman called 911, claiming her boyfriend had assaulted her and refused to let her leave his house. However, when officers arrived on the scene, the narrative quickly shifted. for you. Where is the gentleman that is responsible for this? Um, he was just out here trying to ask me for his key. I said, "We'll wait for the police to get here because it's the only way I can let you guys in." He let my cops out. Who is he? Who is he to you? Anyway, somebody to the ground here. Me and he was trying to take my phone from my head. He was trying to take my phone from over here and I was running from him. Okay. What was the argument about? She expressed confusion, anger, and emotional neglect, claiming her boyfriend often shifted blame during arguments, causing her mental distress. I think we're here for a combination of things. I think she's just very unhappy in her life. Who is she to you? My girlfriend. How long have you guys been together? Not too long. What's not too long? Couple months. So, basically, what happened? 2 months, 3 months, 6 months. Okay. Not very stable. So, she seems to be very un just unhappy in her life. Just just miserable. And I'm very I'm super accommodating to her, very nice, trying to help her out, trying to put her up, trying to get her jobs and all that stuff. So, all I try to do is be nice to her and you can ask her that, but she flies off the handle. I just told her, "Look, what would you like to do? This relationship ain't really going anywhere." I said, "Would you like me to pay for you to fly back to California and you can kind of regroup?" You know what I'm saying? I tried to give her options. She I said, "This relationship sucks." You know what I mean? Like, it sucks. There's no The energy sucks. You're always in a bad mood. So, I told her today, "Hey, look, last night you said basically like you feel stuck tonight." So, you seem like you're stuck. What can we do? And I said, it's like you're you're here using me. It's not there's nothing happening here. There's just two people existing together. So, I said, look, I I I I want to make a move. You know what I'm saying? Let's make a move. That [ __ ] went off the handle, destroyed [ __ ] in my house, brokeing things, threw things, kicked me, punched me, [ __ ] went bananas. And I go, "Yo, where's my phone?" I go, "Why would you take my phone?" She goes, "Fuck you. Look for your phone, motherucker." All I did was try to get my phone. That's all I tried to get. I didn't touch her. She says, "I don't know. Go [ __ ] look for it." cuz I had it on the counter and I was like, so I went to look for it and I couldn't find it. Will it catch anything to happen? The boyfriend provided a different perspective. He described their relationship as unstable from the start, lasting only a few months during which he had tried to support her financially and emotionally. It's it's a long time coming. She's very unhappy with her job. She's not making money. So, she's with me, I think, because she stability. I said you could move in until you get on your feet. How long ago was that? I told you the she had nowhere to live. The 15th of what? December. Okay. And I She had nowhere to live and she goes, "Well, I'm going to live in my car." I said, "That's ridiculous." Okay? You know. All right. So, that happened yesterday. She she she's always like very like antsy. Her legs always move. She's called restless restless leg syndrome. So, I said, "Hey, look, you have a lot of anxiety." And and then she said, "Look, I'm I'm I feel stuck. I'm not making any money. I I made 500 bucks last week at work. I'm a generous ass dude. Just generous with all my friends and everybody." That's just everybody knows, you know, I'm super accommodating to her. What happened today? Once again, don't care about anything. We're washing uh washing my hair because of of a infection of an infection. Would you like a ticket to California? What what would make you happy? Even if if I have to you want an apartment, I'll pay the first security. He had even offered to pay for her return to California, believing she needed a fresh start due to her apparent unhappiness. The tension escalated when the woman, feeling trapped and unsupported, reacted by damaging his property. Where's his phone? Where's his phone? Yeah. I don't know. Is your phone on ringer or something like that? Even if I asked him, did you throw my phone? I thought you said you found it. I didn't find it. Do you have any idea where the phone might be? Yeah, it should be in the bath that in the water. It was not. We just came from the shank. It's not So, like I said, I picked up it was my phone. It wasn't their identical. I tossed it to the side. So, and it literally hurt and I picked up my phone and I started Uhhuh. getting the rest of my stuff. So, I didn't necessarily look where it went, but I didn't throw it. I That's the initial thing that I And when did that happen? That was before this. He did this because of that. You threw his phone and and and that's why he did this. We got into an argument and he is that before or after this phone? I need you to give me things in sequential order. Yeah, it's in the truth. Proper truth. What what he is getting from this relationship. Let me just he has scabies. What is that? That is um uh there are mites that burrow in your skin that you know all of you guys could be contaminated with scabies if you come into skin-to-skin contact with him. Got um so you got he began to ask what is he getting out of the relationship? Yes. I am like scrubbing his hair. This is something that has bothered me. Everybody would be scared of bugs crawling in their skin, right? So he tells me this. I'm already upset about it. I'm trying to help him get rid of it. He has dreads. They can live in his dreads. So, I'm doing a tea tree treatment in his hair for him. And he's like grabbing on my legs and he said, "What am I getting from this relationship? Can you please tell me what I'm getting from this?" You don't want to be What do you mean he was grabbing? What do you mean my legs? You understand? So, I'm like like elbow deep in this like treatment and he's sitting there like grabbing my legs like trying to hold on to me while I'm doing this. And I just said like this is a really serious situation that you're not really taking very seriously right now. So I am not affectionate whatsoever. I never give him affection. And before this I had already discussed with him. The woman admitted to throwing her boyfriend's phone and causing damage in a moment of frustration. However, she claimed her actions were the result of the ongoing emotional strain she had been experiencing. Feeling as though she had been driven to this behavior due to pressures of their relationship. know how much of it I have on recording because he kept like stopping the record, you know, he kept like pressing stop record, stop record. So, um, and this also I know that this bothers him. So, it may have I may have been antagonizing him by doing that, but it's like the only way that I felt like I had a safety net, you know, like I felt like that's how I could protect myself. You You want to know what the common denominator here is? You're always homeless. You always have something wrong with you. You, no matter how hard you work, you're always going to be homeless. You're never going to have money. You're the problem here. You're the problem. And that's when I freaked out and I [ __ ] threw my litter box out of the room and I picked up the litter box and I threw it into the [ __ ] entryway into my car. During the incident, the woman recorded parts of their interaction, believing this was her only way to protect herself. She acknowledged that recording the argument might have provoked him further, but she felt it was necessary for her safety. knee deep in your [ __ ] hair trying to watch Steam me out and I don't want you pulling on my leg. What? You obviously have not looked into you. I've seen this before. Very aggravated with my help and support. Okay. So, I'm asking you, okay? I'm asking you what I can do for you. I'm I'm here. What are you going to do? Pay for me to go back to California? That's what you need? Yes. If that's what you need, yes. You want to think you're the only one that feels all this [ __ ] stress all the time? You have nothing to do. So, you're mad. If I'm here, what do you want to do? What do you What do you hear yourself? What do you want to do? What do I want to do right now? I want to get the [ __ ] away from you. Just I There's 20 more seconds of this, but just so that you can like get an idea, he will say all of these things like I do this for you guys. So, I am doing this for you. He would say, I take you out to dinner, right? Allowing him to take me out to dinner and I went and bought groceries. I started making him dinner. I started doing the things. I'm doing nothing in return more or less. That's what he's getting from this. He's like, I have nothing to give into this relationship. So, I told you earlier that we've had issues for a couple months. Why are you twisting things and putting them on me when I get upset with you? And based on everything that's been there is enough to affect an arrest where you would be the one to be arrested because I too am a pet owner and they are equivalent to my children previously involved in a police case. You'll have that case number because the court ordered you to do so and then they will accommodate you as such. Okay. In the car or in the house? In the car. Yes. property on you. Your car keys, your phone. After reviewing the recording, it became evident that the man had calmly attempted to resolve the issue while the woman remained uncooperative. Based on this, police determined there was sufficient evidence to arrest her on charges of domestic violence and property damage. After spending three nights in jail, the woman was released. However, she soon returned to her boyfriend's house and damaged his Rolls-Royce once again, leading to her second arrest. The woman violated multiple laws. She was charged with domestic violence under penal code SS243, which pertains to battery against a cohabit and penal code 594 for vandalism and destruction of property. The penalties for vandalism in California vary depending on the extent of the damage. Since the damage to the Rolls-Royce was substantial, exceeding $400, this constitutes felony vandalism. Under Panala Code 594, a felony conviction can result in up to 3 years in state prison and fines of up to $10,000. Furthermore, domestic violence charges under Penal Code 243, E1 carry penalties, including fines of up to $2,000 and imprisonment for up to a year. In this case, the woman's actions, particularly the destruction of high value property like the Rolls-Royce, significantly increased her potential criminal liability. If convicted, the penalties could be severe, especially given the recurrence of her offenses after her initial arrest. This case highlights the importance of mutual respect and cooperation with law enforcement to ensure public safety in order. Adhering to the law is crucial in creating a just and harmonious society where everyone can feel secure. What are your thoughts on this situation? Share them with us in the comments below. Sensing suspicion, the officer asked her to step out of the vehicle for a further inspection, but the driver refused to cooperate and even attempted to drive away. After a period of searching without being able to locate Ashley, the officers had to temporarily suspend the search. However, just three days later, Ashley was pulled over again. At that time, the previous officer was called to the scene to continue the conversation with her. You remember me? No, I don't. Yeah, I didn't think so. That's weird. I don't know. Like others who believe they are entitled, the woman began to scream, claiming that the police had wrongfully arrested her and that she was innocent, causing a disturbance to those around, which forced the police to engage in a conversation to control the situation. Listen, I'll make it very clear. I pulled her over two days ago. I was at the car talking to her. She identified herself. When I asked her to get it, I could smell the weed coming from the car. She kept saying, "Sir, there's no weed in the car. There's nobody." And she was with another black male. The black male locked the car door, rolled the windows up. After verifying the information, it turned out that Ashley had used someone else's car to flee from the police. The officer then returned to the patrol car, but the suspect continued to cause trouble. No, I'm not [ __ ] going over here talking about it. Mom, I hear you. I hear you. I don't want them to hurt you. I don't want the police to hurt you. I don't want the police to hurt you. We'll do whatever we need to do for you. I didn't [ __ ] resist in the car. Just get in the car. Make sure you harass them is a problem. Just go. Ashley refused to comply with the officer's requests, refused to get into the patrol car, and used profanity towards them. She was eventually taken to jail and charged with resisting an officer and fleeing and eluding. According to 18 US code 111, assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers or employees, anyone who assaults, resists, obstructs, or threatens a federal officer or employee while they are performing their official duties shall be fined or imprisoned. If violence is involved, the penalty can increase to up to 20 years in prison. Additionally, 18 US code 758 stipulates that intentionally fleeing or attempting to flee from a police checkpoint can result in a penalty of up to 5 years in prison. Laws regarding fleeing and eluding are typically handled at the state level with specific laws and penalties that may vary depending on the severity of the act and its consequences. Fleeing and refusing to comply with police not only violates the law but also endangers both the individual and the surrounding community. The consequences of resisting law enforcement extend beyond legal penalties potentially impacting personal lives significantly. In tense situations, staying calm and cooperating with authorities helps protect your own rights while also contributing to the maintenance of order and safety in the community. You okay, dude? Initially, the suspect admitted to being the driver. However, when questioned further, she claimed that she fled being she feared being stopped for driving without a license. As the investigation progressed, the woman stated that the other car struck her while she was already at the stop sign. She said she panicked upon seeing police lights and continued driving due to her fear of the consequences of driving without a license. And so is yours probably? Yeah. Slipping over to this car. Do you have uh Yeah, if you if you guys want to use your own tow, I'm okay with that. I can call buddy. Y'all know it's so much going on with that. But see, I didn't know all the rest. If she takes off and then drives somebody go to jail, he wants to press charges for the hitting as well. So like for future reference, let's say you did stop at the stop sign. Say you were just driving home, stop at a stop sign, somebody hits you.
