reporting that she had been at a truck
stop on County trunk Highway C in

station she reported this vehicle was
stolen with her inside and now being
driven by an unknown man and she did not

custody and ensured the safety of the
victim female who reported being
uninjured the operator of the vehicle
was identified as Kyle M Wagner a 51
year old male from the state of New York
Wagner was believed to be under the
influence of a controlled substance a
vehicle is Associated to Wagner was
located at the truck stop the stolen
vehicle was taken from a search of that
vehicle resulted in the recovery of
methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia
Wagner was booked into the Columbia
County Jail on charges of felony eluding
operating a motor vehicle without
consent false imprisonment operating a
motor vehicle while intoxicated reckless
driving endangering safety possession of
methamphetamine possession of drug
paraphernalia additional or supplemental
charges and traffic citations are
expected these charges are merely an
accusation of criminal conduct where
probable cause existed for an arrest
this individual is presumed innocent
until proven guilty in a court of law
the Columbia County Sheriff's Office was
assisted by the Wisconsin State Patrol
Lodi Police Department Sauk Prairie
Police Department Dane County Sheriff's
Office Portage Police Department and
Sauk County Sheriff's Office dispatch
Center for a safe resolution of this
incident
