[Music] On September 28th, 2024, at approximately 11:28 p.m. Officers with the Columbus Division of Police were checking the parking lot of a closed business when they observed a vehicle occupied and running in the back corner. The officers ran the license plate of that vehicle and it was stolen. [Music] Put your hands up on the dash. And run us some cars, please. Hey. Yeah, occupied three times. Hey, put your hands on the ceiling, you in the back. Up on the ceiling. Put them up on the ceiling. Any weapons in the car? Let me know now. Okay, where's it at without telling Just tell me, where's it at? There's Stand by. There's going to be a 33. Is it on your person? Is there any firearms in the vehicle? Let me know now. Yeah. Hands up. On the ceiling. Put them on the ceiling. You put them up on the dash. Reach all the way forward. 72's worth it, but we're going to wait on one more before we start pulling them out. One's indicating a possible 33 in the vehicle. Is that vehicle behind you clear? You got the keys, right? No. All right, go ahead. I'm going to start with him over here. Keep eyes on him. I'm going to start with this guy over here. Stay there. Don't move. Keep your hands right there. Step out. Stop. Stop. Stop. Put your leg back. Step up. Put your hand right there. Step out. Stop. Stop. Stop. Put your leg back. Step up. Put your hands behind your back. Interlock your fingers. Put your hands behind your back. Stop. Interlock your fingers. Interlock your fingers. We'll grab that. We recovered it. I handed off the crook. Let's do that way. Don't [ __ ] move. Don't [ __ ] move, guys. Put your hands up on the dash. And run us some cars, please. Hey. Occupied three times. Hey, put your hands on the ceiling, you in the back. You got a gun on you? Just tell me now. Step out. Step out. Step out. Step out, dude. This guy had a 33 on him. [Music] Uh you can put him in my car. You have any guns on him? He's got one in his waistband. It's in his waistband. Got it. Got it. [Music] You have any guns on him? He's got one in his waistband. It's in his waistband. Got it. Got it. [ __ ] morons, dude. Trying to get killed. [Applause] A nice little go bag. So there's probably an AR in this [ __ ] car then, too. Uh those are 762 by 39s. Yeah, there's like a whole bag of pistol and rifle mags. We didn't want to go through it yet cuz it's Gross City stolen sometimes they come out and Apparently there's four. There's four of them. Apparently one of the four was stolen with this car. Which one of the four is? The one out of Gross City. Yeah, yeah. So they they just confirmed one. There's a four or something? Yeah. I believe so. GX4 M? They left them a nice box to go with their [ __ ] guns. If you you're going to make it easy Okay, then maybe it was this guy's like a tactical bag and like there's like SWAT team tourniquets and other [ __ ] Like a molle bag. All right. Okay, so these three stooges were caught in a stolen vehicle with multiple firearms and enough ammunition to start World War III. Let's take a look and see what happened in court. First, let's look at Mr. Pete's Laurent Baptiste. He pleaded not guilty, was given a $1,000 bond. He then walked out of jail and never returned for court. He currently has a warrant for his arrest. Next up, Mr. Romel Henry. He has a criminal record that includes counts of felony resisting arrest and multiple felony counts of receiving stolen property. For this case, he was sentenced to 12 months of probation. He has already violated that probation and currently has a warrant for his arrest. Lastly, we have Mr. Javon Livingston. He has five felony cases from 2024 and was charged with several cases of theft, receiving stolen property, obstructing official business, escape, and weapons offenses. He was sentenced to you guessed it, 60 months of probation. He too has violated his probation and currently has a warrant for his arrest. Maybe, just maybe, we should try locking these criminals up for a change and stop making police officers arrest the same people over and over again. [Music] [Music]
