Alyssa, do you have any children that you take care of? >> None of your concerns. >> I just want to make sure that they're okay. That's my main concern. >> Really? Cuz I have it written on file that you weren't even willing to do the well check. Now, as I said, one thing at a time, mother mama's happy if no one's happy. >> Okay. May I have something else to eat? Cuz I'm starving and my brain isn't working. >> We'll work on that. >> Let's hear your excuse. >> I got to keep talking to you all. >> Let's hear your excuse. >> I don't have an excuse. I just got to keep talking. >> Can I get something else to eat or should I just walk up there and ask myself? >> Well, you said you don't have any money. You got some more food right there. >> But, >> and I want another one. I've been starting for 4 days and that's what she says. >> But that's what I want to figure out. What where have you been at? Who have you been interacting with? How did you get the black eye? That's what I want to know. >> None of that equals up to this. So that would be irrelevant information that I'm not willing to share. You're being nosy. >> Okay. I won't ask any more about it if you don't want me to take a couple more bites of that and I'll come up here and talk to them. Okay. >> Yes. >> Okay. Did you get a return on her name and everything? >> No, she's in local. So, >> okay. >> I'm turning into Jane Do. Help. >> Oh, yeah. We don't have to listen to any of it. If you want to divulge how you got the black eye to the Neville House, that's up to you. >> Okay. But >> will you speak for me? >> I can't speak for you. >> I'm not in this state to speak. Is there anyone legal representative that is able to speak for me? >> Why are you able to speak? >> I'm not able to speak due to mental incompatibility. Um the fact that I don't have my family. Excuse me. >> Okay. >> Um the fact that I would there be an attorney on record that I can speak to? In fact, I have Hal Jennings. >> Okay. >> Don't interrupt us again. >> Alyssa, I have a couple options for you. I want you to choose. You're in control. Okay. You can call the Neville house and you can speak to them or you have to be on your way from Taco Bell and find some other means to have a cooling station. >> Sure. And then you were going to give me a burrito and I'll leave. >> Or I go or we can go to the hospital if you feel like that's something you need to do. >> Is that a threat because what the hospital >> I said it's your option. You're in control. So you choose what you get to do. But if you you're feeling sick or not in the mental capacity that you feel like you are, you >> Oh, I'm perfectly capable. Starving. I've been out here for 4 days harassed. >> Alyssa, we're trying to >> I'll stay with him. >> Alyssa, we're trying to help you out. >> Is that okay? >> Is Alyssa, are you able to go to Home Sweet Homes? >> Am I able to get a sandwich? I'm starving. They They don't let me eat as you know. >> Again, like I said, we're trying to help you. There's no need to yell. Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, Alissa, >> you need that >> We're just trying to help you. Okay. We got to find different avenues. >> No, me too. >> You got your bag over here, Alissa? >> And I'll be right back. If anyone goes near that area, [Music] >> what were you going to steal my bag? Was that a threat? >> Nope. I just didn't want you. >> Did you see that? >> Alyssa, we are working with you right now. >> You don't need to be up here at the counter. So, can you go get your bags and I'll get you a taco? >> Go get your bags and I'll get you a taco and we'll get out of here. And then what safe spot? >> What safe? Excuse me. I'm asking for a safe spot. May I be arrested for asking for a safe spot? >> I'm trying to work with you >> because you tased me last time. >> I did not taste. >> So I'm One second. May I speak to them? >> Hi. I don't have a tent and the police won't provide me one. >> They won't. Excuse me. >> Please don't do that. What's up? Excuse me. >> We're trying to help you, but you're not in Dallas, Texas. >> Just walk away. Just walk away. >> Alissa, >> I'm not dead. Where do I go as a homeless person other than in the goddamn home? >> I'm going to guide you. >> Alissa, we're trying to take you there, but >> sweet home won't work, you idiot. >> Okay, then we have to figure out a different option, but don't be yelling at me. >> Then figure it out. >> Okay, get get your bags. Get beer bags. >> Help. >> We're getting out. We're getting out. >> Please. My mom. My grandma. >> Alissa. >> I'm telling you one more time. You got to get out of here. >> Yes. You have to get out. >> Raising my voice. >> Yes. >> If I am arrested on raising my voice, there's going to be a problem because I am starving. >> We're going to leave Taco Bell. We don't want to put you. >> I want something to eat. I'll get you something to eat, but you got to leave Taco Bell. That's how that works. I'm >> I got to leave Taco Bell to get something to eat. >> Yes. >> So, if you do not leave >> and you almost refuse my bags. >> We're going to grab your bags, Alyssa, but we can't have you walking around. >> I walk wherever I want. >> Okay. This is the last time I'm telling you to leave or we're detaining you in handcuffs. Leave. Leave the property. Leave the parking lot. >> Leave Taco Bell >> right now. Oh, Alyssa. >> Jesus Christ. Is she going with rescue? >> She was able to answer all my questions before inside Taco Bell. She knows what city, what day it is, who our president is. Good. >> Well, we uh >> about how many times did we tell her to leave Taco Bell? >> Yeah. >> Someone stand on the feet while we're doing this. So, he's not >> um we finally got her to leave. We told her it was her last time that she needed to leave or she's getting detained. She starts running out of here, runs into traffic as it's a green light, gets into this lady's car. We open up the passenger door, tell her to get out, and she refuses. >> Do we have that lady? >> I'm on my period. I need to put a sanitary battle on. >> I needing fighting. Give me a second. >> Why are we going to the hospital? What's going on? She was claiming that she wanted to go to the hospital after we put her. >> I never said that. So, I don't I don't care where you never said that. >> Let's uh let's go to St. Joe real quick. She can go there. >> Sorry, I never said that. >> Are you When did she say >> Sir, I have a ride somewhere. I don't >> You don't want to go to the hospital now? >> You don't want to go to the hospital? >> No, sir. >> The pumpkin cheeks go to jail. All right. >> Nail. >> Hey everyone, it's Trent, prior deputy sheriff, patrol sergeant, and K9 handler. These officers were being incredibly patient, trying to give the suspect every possible solution to her current issues that she was having, trying to be understanding, empathetic, and accommodating. However, she just wasn't going to go for it whatsoever. And I'm not entirely sure what her issue is. There is an unexplained black eye, but she clearly has something going on. And it wasn't really that big of a deal up front. Taco Bell just wanted her to leave and that was going to be that until she decided to run across the road, obviously, almost get hit by a car and then get into a random person's vehicle. That by itself could have potentially ended up being just a 5150 issue, failure to provide for her safety and the safety and well-being of everybody else in that immediate vicinity, especially if that lady driving that vehicle did not want to press charges. And it seemed like that wasn't her first rodeo because she was incredibly cool about that entire situation. But once that suspect decided to kick and fight and spit on these officers, she kind of sealed her fate and then she was the reason for herself getting arrested even though she had been the one that called 911 for help. And she is lucky that she didn't get tazed. They would have been 100% justified in doing so like they were threatening to do. But either way, there was only one outcome at that point and that was to go straight to jail. And that's going to be it for this one. See you guys in the next one. She was charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer and resisting Asha obstructing a peace officer, but remains innocent until proven guilty. [Music] [Music]
