Yeah, most people that don't know this, so >> we're not going to play the travel game. And has it ever ever ever won in court? Oh, do not open the door. Open the door. Welcome back to the Vanalian channel, guys. Today we head to Florida where what appears to be a rookie and slightly arrogant sovereign citizen finds out the hard way Floyd doesn't play when he attempts the script on and gets arrested by a nononsense Cocoa Beach supervisor during a traffic stop for driving without plates. Right, let's get into the video. All right. What I have to do is I'll just run. Um, >> if you if you want as a courtesy, I'll let you run. >> I have the >> Yeah, just give me a second. Wait for somebody else. >> Okay. Okay. >> Yeah. Most people don't know this. So, >> I've been online. I've seen it all. >> Dude, the reason why most people don't know about this is simply because there's nothing to know. It's as simple as that. The cheat code to life doesn't exist. You've been scammed. I'm in the process of uh making my travel packet too to help explain all this stuff cuz you know everyone is pretty much in the same boat about like what's what's required or what's not what you know common law is what commercial law is >> and so I just haven't gotten that far yet. >> That's a shame because there's nothing more entertaining than watching a cop outright disregard a sovereign citizen's fake paperwork. Bonus points if they follow it up with a nononsense window removal. You need to read this >> here. I'm not I don't want to sit by the vehicle because I feel like I'm under arrest. >> I'm going to have you step out of the vehicle. >> Whoa. >> Yeah. I'm actually in the process of uh writing a letter by certified mail to uh the secretary of the state, so at least some type of state entity knows. Um, but I figured I'd have to serve one of the sheriff's departments to to help with that, too. So, >> okay. >> It'd be too hard to to notify, you know, every law enforcement agency wherever I go to. >> Well, now you're just being lazy because asset in Massachusetts did exactly that. Yes. He traveled to three or four different police stations where he lived to let them know that he would be breaking the law in their jurisdiction in the near future. Sorry, I mean educate them on the right to travel. He was subsequently arrested a few days later to the surprise of absolutely no one but him. >> All right, that sounds good. >> Yeah. >> So, this is just what? Like your health benefits? >> It's a VA card. >> You health benefits? >> Um, yeah. Yeah. I mean, it just allows me to to go in there and, you know, show them >> like on the base. >> Oh, well, not on base. I'm just rolling through here. Um, but yeah, any VA facility like that's the ID that they want. Yeah. >> Okay, cool. >> Prouding members of the military and veterans. Let me know what you think about a fellow veteran claiming laws derived from the 10th Amendment don't apply to him when he took an oath to uphold and defend said Constitution. >> Do you have like anything else besides this? That's That's all I have now. Yeah. >> Oh. >> And is this your car or is it >> Yeah, it's my car. >> It's not a rental. >> No, it's not a rental. >> I mean, technically, it's part of a trust. You don't want to own anything, but it's it's part of a trust. >> Sorry to break this to you, mate, but putting your car into a trust doesn't put it out of the reach of law enforcement or prevent it from being impounded. [clears throat] >> What was your name? >> Officer Thomas. >> Thomas. What's your given name? Like uh your your first name? >> Raul. >> Raul. Okay. This way. >> Yeah. Once you get I guess another officer here, then I'll just run the van and see what the deal is. >> Okay. I was trying to I should have never brought him over this way cuz I wanted to bring in the long dong just cuz I always, >> you know, he's never been over across. >> Nothing wrong with visiting. My issue is is just that there's no tag on the vehicle. And then the other thing is is that um he doesn't I mean he's saying he doesn't have a driver's license. >> So no tag and he's driving on what we find out is a suspended license as well. But he has been relatively polite. So credit for that. However, the mood now changes when the supervisor who in his own words is in no mood to play this traveling game arrives on the stop. 1065 temper IP by name and date of birth possibly out of Florida. First name is Golden Thomas common spelling. Last name Kim common spelling. Date of birth 1102 1987. out of range. >> You don't got no tags. >> I'm just going to I haven't registered it. Uh I don't have a license. I'm in the process of closing all those accounts with the DMV cuz I wasn't aware that this wasn't required to to travel properly. >> We're not played the travel game. >> Well, I mean the law is the law. Uh, common law trumps American law. So, >> I just got to get the >> What part of where not playing this travel game did you not understand? Save it for the judge who eventually puts a bench warrant out for your arrest for failing to appear. But more on that at the end of the video. Also, that's the headshake of a supervisor who has been called to countless traffic stops to deal with this traveling, not driving BS. >> All right, cool. All right. >> You have So you don't have a driver's license. Do you have an ID card? >> Oh, I I I gave it to him. >> Oh, you gave it to him? >> Yeah. It's as a courtesy like I technically I'm not. Yeah. >> Yeah. He just gave me the US whatever health or something. >> What branch are you in? >> I was in the army. >> Okay. >> I think someone needs to familiarize themsel with the oath they took to uphold and defend the Constitution, specifically the 10th Amendment. >> Just checking. >> That's the only ID card. You don't have a state of Florida ID card? >> No. You live in Florida? Uh, right now I'm staying with my cousins, but uh, you >> staying with me? You just came from We had a I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Thank you. I'm sorry. >> I've been here for close to a month. So, I'll be here probably a little longer. I'm not sure how long I'll stay. >> Okay. >> All right. Where where what state did you call home? >> Uh, >> or do you call home? >> Well, so I was born in Los Angeles. Not this is all courtesy giving you this information. >> Whatever, man. You don't have to tell me anything. >> Yeah. Right. Right. But um you know if I don't give up something right then there's a high chance that you guys might overstep. And >> the irony of that statement is amazing when you're the one who is actually overstepping things by driving an unregistered motor vehicle on a public road without a license. >> You know I've had issues before. Some some some officers have been courteous. You know they >> Yeah, man. >> So I get it. >> Yeah. But >> I mean it's it you know the game that you're playing sometimes it sometimes it >> again it's not a game. Um it's the law. Right. >> And has it ever ever ever won in court? >> Well so >> exactly. >> No. So I've I've been given tickets in the situation and those police officers once they figured it out they didn't actually file those tickets cuz they knew you know somebody must have told them. Right. >> No we'll file our tickets. >> Okay. Well I mean that's fine. >> Yeah. So according to him, a police officer not filing his tickets is evidence that his pseudo legal theories are correct. Forget the fact that not one person, as the officer correctly pointed out, has ever been successful in court using this argument. The cognitive dissonance is amazing. >> But again, I'm not committing a crime. So >> uh yeah, you're what crime is it? >> Well, you're driving an unregistered motor vehicle. >> Who's the injured party? >> The state of Florida. that you can't have a corporation as in your party. >> You know what? 10:15. >> Come on. Step out. >> Out. >> Oh, do not open the door. Open the door. >> Why? Why are you doing this? >> Because you're under arrest. Get out of the car. >> Rolling your car window up on the Florida supervisor is a bold move. I do hope he remembered to lock his car door. >> What's What's your name and badge number? >> It's Sergeant Ingresol. The badge number is 39. Open the door. >> Okay. open the door and step out. >> I know how, >> brother. Don't do it. Thank you. >> Walk up here. >> I'm not even going to be rough for you or nothing. >> There's no need for this. There's no crime being committed here. >> I'm not consenting to this. >> You don't need to consent to anything. You want me to hold that so you can still record it? >> Yeah, that'll be that'll be great. Yeah, >> it doesn't bother me. >> No, it doesn't bother me. Is it a good angle for you? It's really like come off >> dude. What do you expect? You've just resisted arrest and accused the police of violating rights that don't exist. So courtesy is not something you really deserve right now. Anyway, that's pretty much where the video ends, but he was arrested and charged with driving on an expired license, resisting obstructing without violence, failure or refusal to sign a summon or citation, obscured tag, expired registration 6 months or less, failure to furnish proof of insurance, and later FDA docket sounding because he missed a mandatory pre-trial court check-in. Anyway, he received three fines of $119 each for the obscure tag, expired registration, and failure to furnish proof of insurance. But because he didn't pay those fines, the judge suspended his license and issued a bench warrant. Right, thank you so much for watching, guys.
