on Tuesday December 26th 2023 at around 700 p.m. Bernal Leo County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call reporting that a man driving a pickup had crashed into a homeowner's property fence off of Rio Rancho Boulevard Northeast in Los Ranchos New Mexico deputies responded and located the driver who was identified as 40-year-old John Paul Samuel in the front yard walking around with his dogs you guys okay yes sir hello hi I'm the property owner okay and this is driven through my cross through the fence gate here okay are you all right yes sir where were you headed to I just going home you headed home yes where do you live at right there I I my dog's even sick too can you put your uh could you put your dog hey come baby come [Music] here he's very friendly bro no can you put your dog choose an additional independent test if you choose to take this additional independent test you have the right to reasonable opportunity to arrange for a physician a licensed nurse or Laboratory technician or technologist who is employed by a hospital or physician of your own choice to perform an additional chemical test the cost of this additional test will be paid by the law enforcement agency which is at bero County Sheriff's Office yes sir do you agree to take our test no I cannot force you to take our test but if you refuse you will lose your the Mexico driver's license or non-resident operating privilege for one year if you are convicted in court of driving while under the influence you may also receive a greater sentence because you refuse to be tested do you New Mexico and is currently Behind Bars awaiting trial on
