on Saturday May 27th 2023 at around 2:30 a.m. a New Mexico state police officer who was out on patrol was informed by another officer that there was a blue in color Kia that was stopped at the intersection of Carlile and the I40 offramp and that the Kia had been stopped there for three green light cycles as the officer walked up he noticed the driver was asleep behind the wheel with the
