on Sunday October 13th 2024 at around 2:15 p.m. Bernal Leo County emergency call center received a 911 call requesting deputies to do a welfare check on the caller's neighbor after they heard several gunshots and were unable to get in contact with them through their phone [Music] [Applause] deputies arrived a short time later and began knocking when a male opened the front door and began saying his family came after him and that they were all dead St hello sh sir my rushed me rushed you where in my room what do you mean with a knife come on here real quick yes sir what are you talking about right now yeah you just going to tell me what's going on okay so my family was trying to walk into my room and then they were trying to hit my heart and then my dad had knife and my sister had hammer and I and then I I I killed them but however I found their bodies and their wounds were healed you want me to show you 12 we need additional units code [ __ ] was crazy I I don't [ __ ] know like I shot him I shot him in the head and then they're convulsing they their arms what's we are 104 and we have one detained 104 there's possibly three individuals deceased in the house I put on my wife 219 know what happen you have blood on your hand what's up with that my dad rushed me I hit him and then my mom was like you need to die I was I've been officer but I I don't know what's going on okay hey while waiting deputies took notice of a large amount of Blood on the stairs along with a knife at the bottom of the stairs that had blood on it along with a mop and bloody water that appeared to have ground there go the second gate once you on the right be to the while deputies were in the house they noticed that one of the dogs was bleeding before later determining the dog had also been shot second gate pass the right and then we see like a ravine oh what deputies followed the marks in Disturbed ground until they located three deceased individuals yeah I'm just staying out of the dirt p wounds were far too severe to be compatible with Life as they had each sustained several injuries including gunshot wounds to the Head this is where they are um let's try and just stay on this side older sister who is not in the house stated he had begun hearing voices and was not taking his medications adly was charged with three counts of first-degree murder five counts of tampering with evidence extreme cruelty to animals attempt to escape custody and criminal damage to property over $11,000 as of January 2025 the case is still in the early stages and no trial date has been set
