on Tuesday October 19th 2021 at around 2:30 p.m. Albuquerque police were called out to the Four Hills studio apartment complex for two young kids being left unsupervised as officers arrived they found two little kids one being a 7-year-old girl and a 9-month-old boy with a mother nowhere to be found hey guys how's it going how are you doing pretty well just the girls already the little girls already crying okay mom's not back yet no okay hello h hi what's going on guys is everything okay over here it's okay we got called out here to check up on you guys it's okay nobody's in trouble yeah nobody's in trouble at all we just got to talk to your mom when she comes back home that's all it's okay so we got to call we got a couple calls prior to this that they um but we couldn't get in or check it or anything how long have you guys been getting calls about this like how for I've been here for a couple weeks and it's been since day one where is your mama she just going somewhere did she go she do you have a phone number for her so we can give her a call the mother was identified as 27-year-old Samantha Sanchez her name's Samantha how often would you say that you take care of your baby baby brother up something how long does that usually take do you don't it takes 20 minutes maybe like 20 minutes to what 20 minutes to 30 okay how long when did she leave today uh she so we it's been about 10 okay honey there's nothing for you to be upset about there's nothing for you to be upset about okay your mom made a bad choice by leaving you here she did she shouldn't have left you here by herself you're too young to be here alone especially with a 9month old nothing we going to talk to her though mad at me for that's not fair it's not fair for her to be mad at you and I'm going to tell her that hello this is Officer sha Delaney with the Albuquerque Police Department is this Samantha Sanchez well I'm trying to get a hold of you because uh I'm at your apartment with your
