You're going to maintain that position for me while I explain the test to you. Okay? All right. So, what we're going to do is you're going to place your arms down to your sides. Keep that position until I ask you to begin. Okay? So, left foot's on the line, right foot in front. When I ask you to start, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps down the line. Turn around and take nine heel to toe steps back. When you turn, keep your left foot on the line and turn by taking a series of small steps with your other foot. I'm going to demonstrate that for you. Okay, sir. So, if I were you on the line, my left foot's going to be online, right foot in front. I'm going to take a You're going to take a series of nine steps. I'm going to take three. Okay? So, it's going to be one heel toe, two three. You're counting them all out. Once you get to your ninth step, you're going to take a series of small steps and turn back on the line and return nine steps. 1 2 3 4 and so on until 9. Okay. >> While you're walking, keep your arms at your sides. Watch your feet at all times and count your steps allowed. Once you start walking, do not stop until you complete the test. Count the first step from the heel to trunk position as one. Do you understand? >> Okay, you may begin, sir. Okay, sir. You can return to the starting position. Okay. So, your next test is going to be the one leg stand. You're going to stand with your feet together and your arms down to your sides. You go ahead and do so. Stand with your feet together and your hands down to your sides. Do not start the test until I tell you to do so. Do you understand? All right, sir. When I tell you to begin, you're going to raise one leg, either one of your choice. You said you have no injuries with your back, hips, or legs, so it doesn't matter which foot you choose. Okay? When you when I tell you to begin, you're going to raise the one leg of your choice approximately 6 in off the ground with your toe pointed out. Keep both legs straight and your arms to your sides. While holding this position, you're going to count out loud in the following manner. 1,00 1 1,002 1,003 and so on until I tell you to stop. Keep your arms at your sides at all times and keep watching your raised foot. If you put your foot down, raise it back up and continue counting where you left off. Do you understand? I'm going to demonstrate that for you to put it together. >> Okay. So, my feet are going to be down to my sides or feet together. Hands down to my sides. I'm going to choose a foot up here. Whatever foot you want. You're going to raise 10001,002 1003 1004. You're going to be looking at your foot, hands down to your sides, and counting out loud while doing so.
