you're going to take a series of nine Heel To Toe steps on a straight line turn around and take nine Heel To Toe steps back while you're doing this you be counting out loud looking down at your feet leave your arms down at your side each step needs to be Heel To Toe once you start the test don't stop until you've completed it I'm going to demonstrate this for you now it will look like this one two three and so on and so forth until your ninth step once you're on your ninth step keep your front foot planted with the other foot take a series of small steps turn yourself around back on line nine more Heel To Toe steps one 2 3 all right so just going back over that again looking down at your feet the whole time counting out loud each step leave your arms down at your side each step needs to be healed to toe once you start the test don't stop until you've completed it you understand show it again demonstrate it again okay it's going to look like this one two three so on and so forth until your ninth step once you're on your ninth step keep your front foot planted with the other foot take a series of small steps to turn yourself around back on line nine more Heel To Toe steps one 2 3 you understand now so right now don't start yet what do you mean I had to ask you to start have do you understand the test yes okay get back into this position and then if you feel that you to start you're going to raise one leg doesn't matter which leg you choose but your foot needs to be off the ground 6 in and needs to be parallel with the ground while you're doing this you be looking
