On October 26th, 2024, police were on patrol when they saw a man with a bloodied face who said he had been hit by a group who also stole his friend's phone. The following body cam footage details the events that occurred. And then I saw him come out of it like this. >> Couple guys ran that looked like the person I hit you. >> It was a bunch. He then spit at the victim and was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Hoboken Police Department and was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct.
