ear all right so you have the right to remain silent anything yeah I'll get you get it to you here in a second so you have the right right to remain silent anything you say can and will be used again two and a quarter law you have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you while you are being questioned if you cannot afford to hire a lawyer one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements do you want to understand each of these rights that I'll explain to you all right cool man so I just want to ask you a few questions right so um let's come over here bro you see my Beholder what do you mean where's the keys where's the keys bro where I don't know he threw them to the floor right they should be he just unlocked it he has the key somewhere all right here just have a seat right here what yeah right after I talked to you I just don't want to burn in my face all right man so I just [ __ ] lose words of that chick and uh I don't know what happened but he went and took it back because it still under his name so it's me that's what she told me okay pastry advertising okay so so I have you on camera man I have I have so I when I rolled up I ran the license the plate on the back okay when I ran the plate someone was moving it back I don't know if he was you or her yeah she came with them so so who's the one that moved it dude I was over here okay so who's the one that moved it moved it back oh I don't know if you had it on camera okay well all I have to do is just look back and see it dude so just be straight up with me man I'm doing sure because I'm telling you what's going on dude okay so what [ __ ] up somebody saw me a [ __ ] quiet well if you knew then why'd you buy it I didn't know he did that she told me later and I'm like what you just told me dude I just told you the chair told me come on dude I guess I asked for it sit down I'll let you smoke it right after I talk to you okay but I'm just trying to get your side of the story man be like you know Italian people okay but but I know what car you wanted okay so my question is is you're right over here working on the vehicle doing whatever with that vehicle right when I went over to talk to them you took off to the vehicle you're about to take bolt in it how does that look man yeah I know you you say that you didn't know that it was stolen but obviously you you're about to get it in and take off I said the chicken come on dude I'm serious that you told me that come on dude I'm not I'm I wasn't born yesterday I really paid for it so what the [ __ ] do you do well how much would you pay for it 2500 for a running vehicle yeah okay so when'd you get it I've already had it for like two months two months about it for a long time for a long time you've been driving it around would it yeah okay all right so so when'd you find out that it was stolen some chicken called my my chick friend I called her and told her that she was gonna pay somebody to steal it back come on yeah I'm telling you the truth sir how does that make any sense how was someone gonna say that they're gonna steal it back from you that's insane that's what I said that's why I didn't do nothing okay well well I know I know it still ends up to me if you want me okay well it's you know it's a crime to be in possession of a swollen vehicle and you're in possession for how long you were I didn't get any you were you just told me that you had it for two months yeah but I'm telling you just hold it to me with the title and the keys how do I have the [ __ ] keys okay tell me that what I don't have the keys you just unlocked the vehicle whenever I have the key so it did yeah well it's real easy to title it's really easy man to to have the keys when you guys steal it you know what I mean I don't know but you get so too at the time okay title is over at my friend's house where where's your friend's house well I'm trying to work with you bro get you the title well where is it where's it at I can't just unconscious house why not because if you sold it to you then why not it's not him no I'm telling you it's what I was doing okay that's what I have the title is It's Only the title okay so you've had the vehicle for two months just it just doesn't really make too much sense but I'm just trying to trying to get your side of the story and see what's going on not again you just have to see that when I when I roll up you're doing whatever on this vehicle and then I ask ask about this vehicle and right away if you want you unlock it and you run to it and you're about to bowl in it yeah because I don't know what the [ __ ] maybe that's my name you have your license on you or where is it where is it okay well I'm just trying to get your side of the story man trying to figure out what's going to tell him that someone sold me the car I have the title at my in my property okay wow but I also been seeing that someone's been letting me stand there in an extra room they gave me the keys all right let me just get yourself know your social okay all right cool all right what's your first name Manuel m-a-n-u-e-o last name hold on what a n a y a a-y-a Anaya okay what's your date of birth 86 all right well I'm just trying to get your side of the story I don't want all that smoke blowing in my face so I just want to talk to you first and then I'll let you smoke okay deal okay so I'm just trying to trying to figure it out man so so you said you've had the vehicle for two months and when did you find out that it was stolen I didn't really find nothing else stolen someone just said that that person told me had stole it back or some [ __ ] you have the title or I don't know if you have the title but the game is hold it to me for the salvage title so serious I have a title okay all right so when did you find this out oh I barely left a week or two ago yeah okay so whose vehicle is that one that you guys were so both of them are yours no no that one's not really mine obviously right okay so you just told me you've had it for two months and you found out a week ago that I was home yeah it's [ __ ] up yes okay because I'm finally trying to be legit and I mean yeah yeah no I get you man I mean I get it but why would you try to take off you're just gonna make it worse for yourself you know what I mean Well why'd you do it because if you died you know it looks good yeah okay because you're asking about the car well yeah but I figured that's what it was about dude but if I'm asking about the car then why why would you go get in it I should administrative with Jeffers I'm sorry exactly right okay but I'm just trying to figure out like you said I said you've had it for two months you found out that it was stolen a week ago who'd you buy it from awesome 2016. all right so who'd you buy it from we can put this on paperwork no no I mean No One's Gonna find out I just need to know to put in my report who you got it from okay it's the titles under remaining is something Renee something can you check it the plate every treasure well I mean you said that you bought it so you should know it's her boyfriend okay who's her boyfriend Frisco yeah what's your name Daniel are you sure it's not Leandro no yeah you're gonna pick up another charge dude for concealing you're not leaving okay you're not leaving you're going with us okay so we're gonna find out who you are anyway so if you want to keep acting okay so I mean seriously bro worse people than you dude yeah start to transport for uh yeah so this car you said you bought that car yeah everything I got the title is everything else or what belongs below as a person but first what's your purse what does it look like okay and then what else is so that way you get it back do you have any bags anything in this car the Andrew don't play dumb no no did you call it 46 what's in your backpack a toe because what's going on oh okay you already called one we're gonna end up doing DNA on the [ __ ] that's when we caught okay so you might as well be upfront with us it looks better on you if you made a mistake and you're out front with us if you're upfront with us versus if you're if you're gonna sit here and lie to us you know what I mean because we already know what's in the car you already know what's in the car I could tell by that look like yeah I was being in this car I'm being honest well I heard you told you what once we talk to you I'll let you light a cigarette after so what's it what's in here you wanna run that car we already knew what we did oh what in the car is yours the silver Chevy oh okay so you you weren't driving that car no you were you didn't run to that car and unlock it no I didn't know uh I got freaked out when you said something no no he was asking about the car and I freaked out and I found it and you ran to the carnival okay and you unlocked it so obviously you just finished saying well that you have been in this car the Andrew yes sir I've been in there okay so what what stuff in the car it's not registered too it's not registered okay but what belongs to you that's inside that car nothing it's not right so nothing so the backpack's not yours the tools aren't yours none of that's yours no are you a felon yes are you a convicted felony you are so you know you're not supposed to have guns right yeah so why is your gun and not cars I wasn't driving the car asked him but you unlock the car and you ran right to it you're about to take off yeah okay so okay if you if you came in I wasn't in that car seriously you're nothing [Music] wrong can I know that for a fact believe me you're not a good liar I've actually
