Horus was charged with three counts of
aggravated assault on a peace officer
unoccupied conveyance unarmed also known
as breaking into a vehicle as it turns
out the vehicle he was going through did
not belong to him two counts of
obstructing without violence and breach
of the peace totaling a bond of $4,000
he is innocent unless proven guilty in a
court of law now honestly this is why
some people cannot stay out of jail and
when you're a police officer or
correction officer it's actually sad
because you actually get used to
arresting and seeing the same people on
a regular basis come in and out of the
system now I have responded to countless
homes over my career but what truly
amazed me is how people get used to
having police come to their houses to
handle situations and they acted as if
they were just not in prison because I
know if I just got released from prison
I would be on my best behavior so with
case one guys we started with police
speaking to a victim about another male
who allegedly just threatened him and
the suspect also just bonded out of jail
and it does appear that he's already
trying to go back to jail because he's
yelling across the parking lot while the
officer is still doing his investigation
because police have to speak to everyone
involved in this situation all he has to
do is wait his turn now at this time we
hear the officer speaking about
pre-trial conditions and that means that
a person has to agree to certain
conditions before they can bond out and
in this case the male probably has a no
contact order with the victim from a
judge which he apparently is not
listening to so he already might be in
violation of his pre-trial conditions
because when the officer asks him what
his conditions are the male does answer
and a nonchalant and possibly drunken
State well then I guess I'm going back
to jail because he probably knows that
he's in the wrong and I'm guessing
probably shouldn't be drinking either
and after the deputy gets all the
information from the victim I believe
they were 100% correct and taking this
guy into custody because while he's
being cuffed he doesn't hold back and
letting this Deputy know how he feels
but that was a perfect response from the
deputy and I do not think he hurt his
feelings at all now with case two when
the body came out of Palaca Florida the
officers are responding to a call of a
fight in a parking lot and the Mel is
probably uninformed about officer safety
because he immediately questions why
there's multiple officers for just him
and this is why police have to have a
respectful calm and understanding
temperament because the male begins to
vent and tell the officer some of the
problems that he's going through and as
an officer you may not be able to relate
but sometimes just listening can help
the situation immensely now to me as the
male keeps speaking his speech does seem
a little slurred and he is near a
vehicle and even though the engine
didn't appear to be on in my opinion the
officers are probably still visually
investigating the entire scene so they
can make the correct decision but out of
nowhere the suspect pulls out a knife
and while he has it in a stabbing
position towards these officers he
states do I need to and this is how
these situations can turn back quickly
because the officers now have the mail
at gunpoint and he just casually leans
against this vehicle with his arms
folded disregarding the officer's
commands then he makes a stupid decision
to walk towards the vehicle and he
quickly gets tased and in my opinion he
brought that on himself because remember
these officers have no clue what's
inside their vehicle but lastly it's not
hard to follow simple instructions and
unfortunately like many others this male
had to learn things the hard way and
feel that 50,000 volts so if you have a
tense police interaction remember to
just be compliant and Trust the process
because in the end ask yourself this am
I going to win in this situation and the
answer is most likely not
