Early one morning, a routine call about a man yelling at people at a popular waterfront park quickly escalated. When officers arrived, witnesses pointed out the individual, telling police that the situation had turned aggressive. However, his aggressive behavior continued throughout the transport where he repeatedly spit, kicked the windows, yelled vulgarities, and even broke a door handle in the police vehicle. He was ultimately charged with criminal mischief before heading to the county correctional facility.
