On September 12th, 2023, police in New Jersey responded to a call regarding an individual who was being disorderly in a diner. After arriving, the suspect was located outside of the diner where he was attempting to direct traffic. I think mainly it's for the computer uh that he damaged. It's just the the criminal mischief basically with the property. He said it's probably going to cost over like $500 to to >> We could summon him out for that, right? >> Uh that's criminal mischief 500 like fourth degree. So yeah, >> I mean we can. Um but are you hitting him with resisting? Like what happened with you? >> Well, I tried to prevent him from going back in the street cuz when I first pulled up and I came back outside, he was in the middle of the road and my cars were zooming by him. >> So I to prevent him from going in the road, I had to bring him back. and then tugged and then we tucked back and he went on. >> Okay. He was pulled back and placed under arrest for criminal mischief and resisting arrest.
