On July 25th, 2024, officers uncovered a a male fishing scheme in progress, only to find the suspect hiding under a car, unable to run away because he had used his own belt to try and fish the male out. Following the arrest, the suspect was hit with multiple charges, including burglary and theft for the fishing attempt.
