On August 11th, 2024, police officers responded to reports of an individual acting disorderly on a driveway and frightening residents. They located the individual who then became agitated and yelled obscenities directly into the officer's faces. He was advised multiple times to sit down, but he continued to engage in tumultuous behavior. The following body cam footage details some of the events that occurred. 700 First Street. Once in the vehicle, he attempted to break a rear window. He was transported to police headquarters and charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct.
