On September 3rd, 2025, officers in New Jersey intervened at a local Police Benevolent Association event after reports of an aggressive individual threatening an off-duty officer with a glass bottle. During processing, police discovered an active warrant from the county sheriff's department, resulting in the individual's transport to the county jail.
