How you doing? >> Hey, >> you got your ID on you by chance? >> Yeah. >> Can I can I get your license, please? And thank you. >> I appreciate it. >> Oh, no. No. The office have it. Yeah. >> Who? >> Um I think what's her name? >> Yes. Um Stephanie. >> Why did she take it? >> Um cuz we were talking to >> So you're talking to her and she took your ID. >> Yeah, she had my wallet. >> Why did she take your wallet? Do you know? >> Yeah, she was um we were talking. She was I was the only one. >> When was this? Earlier today. >> No, like today. >> You were here yesterday. yesterday. >> Yeah, we did yesterday. >> Yeah, I was >> I was over here at the >> at the uh laundromat. >> Okay. If >> you don't have your ID, it's okay. I just got to get your name and everything. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> I just curious is the wife. She took the ID. That's all. >> Yeah. >> Wasn't sure. It's kind of weird. Check back. Last one from yesterday. C A >> CF U M U M Uhhuh. >> C R >> Okay. What's your date of birth? >> Uh >> okay. >> What's your address? >> Um okay. >> Did you come with anybody else? Is anybody else in the car with you? >> No. My car is messing up. I was going to the damn [ __ ] damn island. Stupid [ __ ] just [ __ ] happened on me. >> Okay. All right. Just give me one second. Okay. So, stay right here. Okay. >> Okay. Another officer came by. I She's not over there. Did they confirm anything? Can they confirm anything or not? >> Yeah, they um he named the officers out here yesterday. >> Yeah, he's got current issues. >> I just went off >> on the alternator. >> What's wrong with your car? >> I don't know. It keeps just cutting off. >> You just want to start. >> Yeah. Well, it's it keeps cutting off. It I just fixed all your battery. >> Not battery. >> He's um Yeah. >> Did you drive here? >> Uhhuh. Yeah. I was driving. >> You just drove here? >> Yeah. I was driving and my car shut down. >> Oh, okay. Okay. All right. >> Just curious, you know, trying to figure out what was wrong with your car and everything. >> Yeah. No, thank you. Are they going to return? >> Huh? Yeah. >> They haven't said anything yet. >> Central. >> Did you ever turn on? >> Yeah. Yeah, but at the auto parts store I just need like if you can cash out maybe I can get them. I don't know. I think um I have a little reward thing so I can get something off. No wants, nothing like that. Is there boring on that? I'm just I can't move my Oh my god. I hard. >> All right. So, I'm I'm going to ask you a question. >> Let me let me call you. Let me call you back. So when you when you were talking to people yesterday, the Oscars came here. Were you can you just be honest with me? He doesn't lie to me about it. Were you barred from this location yesterday? >> This vid's contagious. Click. Don't hate it. >> Were you barred from this location yesterday? >> I didn't know because the guy >> You were though. I just I'm just asking a question. Please be careful about Please, let me explain it to you just like this. The guy said he was going to go get a manager. Yeah, >> cuz I cuz he harassed me and he never got a manager. He never got anybody to come out. Never. >> Okay. So, you were not barred yesterday from the location? >> I can't. No. How can you? I don't. >> So, nobody Nobody talked to anybody? No one said anything over the phone saying that you barred from location back to location? >> No. Over the No. No, sir. >> So, nobody from this place specifically told you you were barred? >> Security guard. >> Did someone tell you from this place right here that you were barred yesterday? >> The security guard, but I but he >> Okay. So, here's the thing. If you if you were bored from this property yesterday, right? You're back here now. >> Sir, my car >> Listen, I I understand that. But the thing is is I don't know why you would have chosen this location specifically to stop the vehicle. >> My car, Sir Okay. Can I explain that to you? Go ahead. >> Okay. I was getting off the bypass and my car was messing up. So, I had to turn in, sir. I could not I had to >> So, you had nowhere else to go. >> Sir, I was right here. I was getting I got off the bus and I was coming up to go to the light cuz I was going to the dollar store. That's all. >> Now, barred and trespassing are not the same, but they are closely related in the context of property access. To be barred means you have received a formal notice, that your permission to be on a property has been revoked, or that you are no longer welcome. A property owner or their authorized agent has the right to ban individuals from their private property, even if it is a place open to the public, like a store or a casino. Now, trespassing on the other hand is the act of unlawfully entering or remaining on a property without the owner's consent or after being notified to leave. So, here is an example. If you go to Walmart and end up getting barred by Walmart, the chances of you getting barred by the owner of Walmart are near zero because some of the owners of Walmart aren't typically hanging around Walmart. So, the very same power that is given to the owner to bar someone is also the very same power that is given to the employees and the security personnel. Did someone tell you from this place right here that you were barred yesterday? >> The security guard. But I but he >> Okay, so here's the thing. If you if you were barred from this property yesterday, right, you're back here now, >> sir. My car >> Listen, I I understand that. But the thing is is I don't know why you would have chosen this location specifically to stop the vehicle. >> My sir, okay, can I explain that to you? Go ahead. >> Okay. I was getting off the bypass and my car was messing up. So I had to turn in, sir. I could not I had to >> So you had nowhere else that you could go, >> sir? I was right here. I was getting I got off the bypass and I was coming up to go to the light cuz I was going to the dollar store. That's all. >> So you were getting off the bypass over here and your car broke down on the way down the bypass. >> No, no, no, no, no, no. >> So where did your car break down then? >> Okay. My car stopped right over here. It started doing >> What's up? like it was my my um transmission or something was messing up. So, I had to turn in and I was going across and I was going to go park somewhere and it cut off. It just stopped on me. >> Okay. So, >> because I was going to I could have walked to the dollar store. I was almost here. >> Can you put your phone down? >> Yes. I >> just put it saying like where you can secure it like over there is fine. >> Yeah. >> [music] >> Hold on. Stop this video. Subscribe with all notifications on to your number one analyst, the Prime Analyzer, and you can be one of the first to watch me analyze videos like these. >> Yes, sir. What you want to do? >> Yeah. Why? >> Please. Please don't make it. Don't make it difficult. >> Sir, why am I just hang out? >> Just let me get everything confirmed. Okay. >> Okay. >> Are you okay? >> Yeah. >> It's not tight on you? >> No. >> Okay. >> Can you just lean forward a little bit? Bring your arms up a little bit. Okay. All right. You okay, though? All right. All right. Make sure there's nothing too tight on me. I'm not hurting you. >> All right. You ready? I'm going to sit back here a little bit. Okay. All right. Confirm this bar yesterday anyways. >> Yeah. >> No, sir. My car my car. I was right there in my >> Is the battery dead? >> I don't know. It was like the transmission was going out or something. So, I turned in and the car just kept on. I was walking to the dollar store. You got got your phone with you. You got your phone. Okay. >> I don't need it. >> You don't need your phone. >> You need it cuz we only have one car. >> You got You got two phones here. Which one's the one you need? >> The other two. >> The other one. >> You need your first two? No. >> This is the phone that works. >> Yeah. I >> This one. >> Yeah. My money. I can You can get my money. You want your first? >> Yeah, you 100%. >> The storm is 100% from yesterday. This look >> I have a a security card to be a bar person. >> Yeah. >> Good. >> Can a security guard borrow a person? >> So a representative of the business, right? >> A representative. >> They're a representative of the business. They work for the business owner. Correct. >> If they're employed by them. >> Yeah. But the was in there. >> Right. Right. So since they're employed, they're representative of the establishment. >> So if they came out here and they told you that you were barred, that means they have authority to do baring. But the I went in here yesterday. The guy said I was not barred yesterday. The guy that was working in there. >> Okay. So, it was confirmed that you were barred. So, the officers did document this last time yesterday that you are barred from location. I understand. >> Can I talk to a supervisor, please? >> So, even though a supervisor isn't going to unbar her from being barred, the driver does have every right to ask for a supervisor during a traffic stop. However, she is not legally guaranteed that one will immediately come to the scene. While officers may or may not comply, she must continue to follow the current officer's lawful orders during the stop. Then, the driver can later contact the department to formally address concerns or file a complaint. >> Barred from location, I understand. >> Can I talk to a um supervisor, please? >> You want to talk to your supervisor? >> All right. Let me let me just confirm with Let me Let me just talk to him real quick. Okay. He's a He's a senior police officer. So, just give me a second. Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. You got your leg in? I don't want to hit you. Talk to a supervisor. Hey, you mean just tell me or something? >> I don't have their phone numbers. I've never had request supervisor, so I don't even know how that starts. >> Yeah, start real fast. Yes, sir. Mr. Pasco. >> Hey, Sergeant Sar. Actually, it's Klein. How are you? >> I'm all right. Mr. Klein, how are you? >> I'm good. So, I have a female here, the one that was barred from this location yesterday. She's requesting a super she's requesting a supervisor to speak to her about it. Um, I'm not entirely sure why he is requesting the supervisor. He says he wants one. Um, >> by phone or in person? >> Uh, let me let me let me talk to her real quick. >> Here's the thing. I'm climbing in the Bearcat right now to go drive over to a community event. >> Okay. >> So, if she wants a phone call, um, call Cook. If >> she wants something in person, um, call us. >> All right. Gotcha. >> All right. >> Yes, sir. >> Thank you very much. >> Thank you, sir. All right. So, do you want a supervisor in person or you want someone on the phone? >> Um, >> do you want a supervisor to show up here? Do you want me to like call him on the phone? >> Yeah, that'd be great. Come. Yeah, it'd be great if you could come. >> You want them to come here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> All right. Yep. Give me one sec. >> Okay. >> Watch your leg again. >> Uhhuh. >> Sergeant Star said he's doing some community. I lost your phone. But he's doing a community event. He can't come. So, he said callous. If you want someone in person, call Cousex. Cousax. Whatever the hell. >> Where's Cook at? He said if you want a phone book can do it but if you want it by person that's no problem we're going to take her to East PD. >> East. >> Yeah. They're going to talk to park. >> Okay. All right. >> She's got a key. >> Uh private property, so we can't get someone to come pick it up then. >> No, they're going to tow it. >> They will? >> Yeah, they will. Yeah. >> Uh I don't know where her keys are. They might be in her purse or something cuz there's no there's no key in here. It's probably in her purse. No, they're not in my Does she know where they are? You know where your keys are at? >> I don't need my keys, sir. It's okay. >> Well, I mean, so for the vehicle for the vehicle to be like picked up, I need to know where the keys are at. >> I know, but sir, listen. I I need my keys in there for the vehicle to be >> That's exactly I just want to make sure that they're there and they're visible. You know what I mean? Yeah. >> So, do you know where they're at? >> No, but I'm pretty sure they're in there. I mean, I know they're in our truck. >> Okay. >> I mean, they got to be if they're not. >> All right. Okay. So, I'm I'll locate the keys then and then we'll be good with it. Okay. >> What the keys are on the chain with them after you were breaking trying to break it up. >> They're sitting right there. They were right there in the chair. >> I just looked in the driver's seat. >> There's a bunch of stuff on the driver's seat. I did not see keys. >> Jesus Christ. Where the hell are the keys? I don't even see them anywhere. Okay, pass. I got I got >> I'm looking for our keys and there's a pipe in here right now. Just looking for keys and I'm looking all over the seat and everything, too. There's just lighters, knives. They're in the goddamn [ __ ] No problem. Heat up here. Heat up here. Oh, is it a passenger? What? Passenger next to it. I mean, you can do what you do. You can seize it, but hey, where you got it from? See if she cooperates. Um, cooperation warrants, you know. She's block the person you trying to >> I was thinking about yeah seeing if she wants to admit to me that there's something here and if she does I'll dispose of it. If she doesn't then that's when I was thinking about doing it. >> Hey got you do you have anything in the vehicle I need to know about? >> I'm illegal just being honest. >> Like can you be completely honest with me please? >> I know everything. Okay. So, I you were honest with me before about your barring. >> It's not Okay. Listen. Listen. Just Okay. Can you hear me out? Can you hear me hear me out, please? >> If there is something in the car, >> sir. I don't have anything illegal. >> All right. So, this this this in the vehicle has nothing to do with you. >> No. >> Okay. So, it is generally illegal to possess a crackpipe under both federal and most state and local laws as it is classified as drug paraphernalia. >> All right. So, this this this in the vehicle has nothing to do with you. >> No. >> Okay. All right. >> Oh. Jesus. >> Okay. >> It was it could be, >> sir. I don't know. I'm not. It's I don't It's not even my car. So, I'm not gonna do all that. >> I don't know what you have. >> Sir, please. >> Just How long do you have to call? >> I'm not doing I need to talk to if you give us something reasonable like how long you have. >> I need to talk to a supervisor. >> It'll work out for you. We're going to take >> Yeah. Watch your car. This a phone number to a guy that's going to help you out. Okay. You know who that is? You got the baggies in the back of this heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. See if this get resolution measurement. I'm really sure, but it looked like it was burned not that long ago, but it looks terrible. >> It ain't this meeting supervisor? Now we're taking just say we're right in jail and uh he'll get us going. >> No, he's going to use behind these two. Got 10 seconds. 600 female. Starting mile six. I'm wondering where I need to go because look on the 13th officer Morris Williams and Officer Hunter Williams. >> Okay. But okay. Officer Stephanie asked me to help do some stuff so I didn't go to jail. So, I was going over to the dollar store to meet somebody so that I could help so I don't have to go to jail. And now I'm going to jail. This is crazy. >> Okay. Well, I don't know anything about Officer Basinger. >> Yeah. And I need my ID from her, my license. >> Okay. Well, I can reach out to her about that in reference to >> whatever deal you have with her. You're going to have to follow her on that. If you're truly working with her, she can speak to the solicitor's office on your behalf down the road. >> Uh, yeah. It's fine. Okay. >> All right. >> You need to stay with him until I noticed you were there on the 22nd on the 22nd. >> I was there. He said I could come in last night. So the guy >> You can't go back. >> Oh yeah. I know that now. >> All right. Have a good day. Oh Jesus. That's a good thing to pack like this. >> No. Where's the brush? >> It is. Okay, I'll get her in a second. All right. You ready? Have a new stuff out. You have anything else in the building? Nothing. You good? Okay. All right. Nothing on you. Okay. I just want to make sure before we come through the doors. said make sure Do you have anything? What's going on? uh trespassing. She was barred from the previous property. >> Okay. >> Thank you, sir. Appreciate you. >> What costume did you wear? Take your slides off. Hold your foot forward. All right. Open your mouth. Tongue up, down, side, side. All right. So, a private business can permanently bar a person as long as the reason is not based on illegal discrimination like race, gender, or religion and based on a legitimate non-discriminatory business reason. Businesses have the right to refuse service to anyone, but this right has limitations and must comply with anti-discrimination laws. Now, if you are barred from being on a business property, the logical thing to do is not to come back to the business. I personally would never patronize any business that isn't welcoming my business. For the driver to act as if she had to pull her broken down vehicle over at the very same place that barred her yesterday is preposterous. And if I didn't see this video, I wouldn't have known that people still beam up to Scotty using crack pipes. It is near the end of 2025 and we are around the corner from 2026 and generations that are well after my generation are using crackpipes. I mean, come on. We have Teslas, robot dogs, ring cameras, and phones that can do facial recognition. Yet we still have crack pipes roaming around from the8s. Well, I'm the Prime Analyzer and that was my analyzation of this video and I will catch you on the next one.
