She had most of the experience. >> Okay, who which one? The one with the purple shirt? >> Yes, sir. >> Can you come out here with us? Are they still here? Inside? >> Uh no, they're not inside. They were in that SUV earlier. >> Which one? >> The black one. >> The black one. Are they in this one? Oh, hang on. Is this the SUV? Cuz is that them? Who who were they? >> She had an orange shirt, so yeah. They're probably waiting on the food. So, they probably have somebody >> And they went behind the counter? >> were with one of the guys. They're still in here. >> Okay. >> So, they >> They went behind the counter? You want them trespassed? Are you the manager? >> Um the parting manager, that's what I do. >> on shift right now. I'm the manager. >> Okay, I'll just need somebody's ID, okay? >> What happened? >> I don't know. I was trying to get some food. >> Okay. Where's everybody else at? >> Wrong car. >> You sure? >> Positive. >> They said a female in an orange shirt. >> Well, go check in there and see if it's another female in an orange shirt in your car. Wrong car. Why are you walking away from us? >> Ma'am, it's a lot going on here. >> Is there a reason you're being hostile to me? >> I'm not hostile. No, I'm sitting down. What are you talking about, hostile? [laughter] This is me. >> What happened inside the McDonald's? >> Ma'am. Yeah, what I just told you. Shut the [ __ ] >> Hey, shut Be quiet, please. >> Woah. >> He's tripping. >> Yeah, woah. I control my women. Yeah. You woah. >> How old are you? >> Woah, don't worry. >> Are you an adult? [laughter] >> That's a weird old question. Are you an adult? Are you an adult? >> Can I talk to you? >> Okay. I'm not yelling. I can do whatever I want to do. Don't tell me what to do. You're not my mama, nor my daddy. Get your ugly ass away from me. Ugly ass Get out of my face. >> Can I speak to you right here? I want to talk to y'all, three of y'all. >> I'm telling you. Yeah, I'm like that. Yeah, I wanted him. >> Go stand on the side right quick. >> I wanted him. >> Do you have an ID on you? >> No, I don't. But, I'm talking to y'all. >> Come on over here. >> Excuse me. >> What What's What's his problem? >> Look, he's bipolar. >> I can tell. >> Okay, please don't Listen to him right now. >> Well, hang on. Come on over here and talk to me. >> Of course. >> Okay, so what Which one was you were calling me behind the counter? >> To avoid confusion, I don't believe that the young person in the vehicle is FBA. However, the female wearing the orange T-shirt [music] seems to be the level-headed person, and I think that it was wise of her to take the approach that she took to warn the police of the alleged mental health condition that the young guy allegedly has. Being bipolar means a person experiences episodes involving substantial changes in mood, energy, activity, and functioning. These can include manic or hypomanic episodes, when someone may feel unusually energetic, excited, irritable, impulsive, need very little sleep, or having racing thoughts, and depressive episodes involving sadness, low energy, loss of interest, difficulty concentrating, or feelings of hopelessness. Mental health isn't funny, >> [music] >> and people who have bipolar disorder should be treated with extra care. It was unprofessional and insensitive for the cop to say sarcastically, "I can tell." After being informed of the guy's alleged mental condition. >> He's bipolar. >> I can tell. >> Okay, please don't let him listen to him right now. >> Well, hang on. Come on over here and talk to me. Okay, so what Which one was if you were counting them behind the counter? >> Okay, nobody was behind the counter. I'm going to tell y'all what my story >> What she talking about? I need to I need you to talk to me. >> You got your ID? Right there and we're going to talk to everybody individually. >> Excuse me. >> Yeah, I'll talk to you, but you understand they got they got cameras. >> I understand that. I'm trying to tell y'all what happened. >> Well, these clowns came out and were being abrupt. So, from everybody that was involved cuz they want you guys all trespassed. >> I wasn't involved. I'm trying to tell you what just happened. I don't know what they're talking about. They want you guys trespassed. >> So, I need you guys' IDs. >> You still not under You trying to Can you just understand what I'm saying, sir? I was not involved with anything. Something just happened. She just kicked me out for no reason. The the other guy was in there that works there, our manager, he just said I can order my food. Everything was cool. She wasn't in there. You feel me? Everything was cool and now she just out of a sudden >> So, then why are they kicking you guys out if you weren't involved? Are you Are you with this car? >> Exac- This is my car. But, I'm not involved. I didn't do nothing. I didn't say nothing at all. You can check the camera. I didn't say nothing. I wasn't in there when nothing happened. When something happened, I walked inside. Something was going on. I didn't know nothing. I didn't say nothing. I walked back out here and then I came back inside. That's it. I didn't say nothing to nobody. I didn't do nothing. I didn't do >> Who was in there causing problems there? >> I don't know what's going on. I just told you I walked in after the fact. >> Okay. >> And that's what I'm saying. >> Were you in there? Do you know what happened? What happened? >> Really, ain't nothing happened. >> Okay. So, what's what's the issue? >> Be real with you. >> Yeah, be real with me. What happened inside? Why did we get called out here? >> Cuz he [snorts] stat He stat to the side. He stat to the side acting like he was shooting. >> Well, I I'm not involved in nothing, sir. And I got my license. I got everything. Everything's good. >> Okay, you said the the lights are on though. >> See that? >> Oh, the door is open. the is open. >> No, I didn't know that. This is >> Yeah, to the side, like He was trying to get behind the counter. But he wasn't. You feel me? >> So, he wasn't trying to go behind the counter. He was standing Was he standing like to the side of the counter? >> I can't really tell for real exactly where he was standing. But yeah. She started just tripping. Like real deal tripping trying to kick us out and [ __ ] >> Seven inside. >> Who was the one that tried to go behind the counter? Acted like they were going to go behind the counter. >> Hey, Rachel, get in the car. They just said we got to leave or they're going to take us to jail. Get in the car. >> Don't touch her, though. Don't don't grab on her. Have some I don't care who she is to you. I certainly can. >> Grab me what? What you talking about? You heard me. >> I didn't hear you. >> You heard me. That's how you That's how you was. I'm leaving right now. I'm leaving right now, you ugly ass. >> That's fine. >> I'm leaving right now. You see me getting in the car. Stop talking to me. >> Please. >> Twin! Twin, come on so we can slide. Twin, come on SO WE CAN SLIDE, MAN. >> NO, I HEAR YOU, but you're doing too much. OPEN THE DOOR. >> NO, YOU JUST TOLD ME TO >> Open the door. It's only door if you don't go. Okay, I'm a >> Who's driving home? >> I'm driving. This is my vehicle. >> If the passenger does have a bipolar disorder as suggested by his behavior and his girlfriend's statement, then in my perception, individuals with mental health conditions should not be held accountable for actions beyond their control. While his behavior may appear disruptive to those unfamiliar with mental health issues, he retains the right to freedom of speech. Since none of the young people are being detained, they are free to leave. The individual with the alleged bipolar disorder encourages his friends to leave and withholds information from the police, demonstrating an understanding of his rights. I agree with his decision to leave without further interaction with law enforcement. >> If you stay here like a [ __ ] I'll [ __ ] kill you. >> That's what I'm talking about. OPEN THE DOOR. OPEN THE >> WHO'S DRIVING HOME? >> I'm driving. This is my vehicle. >> You have your ID on you? >> No, I don't have my >> Hey, you're going to jail.
