I have cats. [snorts] Hold on. After you like the video, hype the video. Tap the video's description. Tap the hype points button. And thanks to you, this video is now hyped. Where's the subject? >> You want to go outside and talk? >> What's going on? >> Is he still here? >> What' you say? That's my brother. We don't associate at all. We live here for like over 3 years. We do not speak at all. We move around each other. There's no communication whatsoever. There's no >> nothing. like I had just come in the house and he was putting groceries with um [snorts] y'all know how many kids [sighs and gasps] I'm making myself so we my phone was underneath some of the stuff that they had put down. So I walk over to get my phone. There's a bag of chipstick. So I pick up the bag of chips and move it. He like grabs it. So I pull it away and drop it over on the other side of the counter. So he reaches over. He picks it up and pushes me in my head. So I'm like, "What is your problem?" At this point, I still cannot get my phone cuz the box is in the way. So I pushed the box into him and that's when he punched me in my face. So this is not the first time this has happened. He's been putting his hands over me since he was kid. >> Where did he shine a light, but I'm going try not to shine in your eyes. Where did he use you at? The first time you pushed me was on his side and then you punched me to my eye. I dropped everything. I just felt I do see something on her eye. >> So it's your brother. >> Mhm. >> What's his name? >> Right. >> Can you do me a favor? Can you tip tip tip your head up a little bit so I can see where Oh yeah, you do got some snow into your eye. Your whole left eye is swollen, babe. It's my name. >> Eray. >> Mhm. >> All right. Um, I need to take a picture. >> All right. Will you do me a favor? Will you come outside with me trying to take a picture of your eye? And I need to get your information. Do you have your ID? >> Basement. >> You got your ID with you, too? >> Is there Is there another bedroom down there? >> It's the only area. >> You got any weapons? You got any weapons down there? >> No. No, >> you're decent, right? When she gets her stuff, man, tell her that I'll be out that way for her. >> Camera recording. All right, girl. Let me see your eye again so I can take a picture. Let me go look up for anything. All right. Now, tip tip your head up. Get a picture of you all together so you can see the swelling. All right. Um, so you said you guys you went to the grocery store, you came back, you were going to get something to eat. You went to grab your phone and there was a bag of chips and y'all both grabbed the chips at the same time. >> No, I grabbed it and you didn't want me to grab it so he tried to grab it from me. >> The chips. Okay. So, you grabbed it and then that's when he pushed you on the face on the right side. >> On the He pushed me on the left >> on the on your left side and then hit you. Yeah. You have So, this blood is that from him hitting you? Do you need medical attention? >> I was completely fine. I told them >> yes. >> You want you get checked out by EMS? >> I do. >> You said yes. Okay. How old are you? >> Okay. Let me see your ID so I can get how you doing. So, I'm trying to figure out where the is the blood is from is from his contact. >> If there's blood, then I then >> is that from >> I don't know. >> You don't know? Okay. I'm just trying to make sure if you if you haven't opened my eye or looked at anything cuz it happened like the same phone that I was trying to pick up. I picked it up and I went upstairs and I would have done it. >> Fair room 24 to 25. >> So if my eye is bleeding or my nose is bleeding then that's what it is. Are you got 10? >> Readvis. That was another >> camera recording. Okay. You said you're right. >> Yeah. >> Camera recording. >> I'm going to start fire out here to check her out. >> What? >> Going to start fire to check her eye out. >> 24 radio. What were you asking? Down there >> if you were co. >> Yeah. >> Is he down there? >> Yeah, it's fine. >> Can you start fire on my location for a female conscious learn breathing has severe swelling to her eye and a little bit of blood? >> Everything's straight downstairs. >> I have no idea what they said. >> 204 scene safe downstairs. >> Yeah, scene and safe. >> Scene and safe. And most likely that'll be a frame fair. >> You said what? What's going on down there? >> He's saying that she um that she like knocked his chips away. He picked him up. She threw him. She pushed a piece of coconut water into 23. >> She then slapped him in the face. That's why he punched her. months. >> Not from what I saw. >> 25. >> This is I knew this was going to happen. >> Clear from 24 to 20. Are you clear for a 15 up there? Hey, so I got here, they got the female side of the story. She said it started over a bag of chips. They both grabbed it at the same time. They didn't want each other to have it. Brother, sister, he pushed her in the face and then he punched her in the face. Now she got a she has a swollen eye and some blood on her eye. P made contact with the dude. The dude said she had basically started it and slapped him in the face first. Okay. All right. I just wanted to let you know, but so who I mean, so we're just trying to make sure. Yeah, cuz that's that's just what he's saying. But yeah, she clearly got marks on her face. I mean, I don't I don't think so. But I mean, >> yeah, you have to, right? Got you. >> Okay. All right. >> All right. So, like this is not bound to happen. >> Still a two because of the injuries. Um, was there a witness? Anybody saw this? >> My mother saw everything. >> Okay. I need to talk to her. >> No, no. As a matter of fact, she's acting like she didn't see. So, >> thank you. I I literally asked downstairs if I asked your mom's the lady with the like the green hair. I literally asked if anybody was upstairs and saw her. She told me no. >> Right. >> So, should I even try to make contact? You going to make contact with her? >> Okay. So, so I'm going to do a report on this too. Okay. You have a arrested like he assaulted me. >> So, when there is injuries, we we're getting we're getting there, man. We're getting there. Um it's not like we're just You have injuries with me. So, we're getting >> and I just want to make sure that this is not a big ass waste of time. >> Oh, this trust me, you have injuries on your face, okay? There's we're just right now we can't just we're trying to we're waiting in front of the officer to get here trying to keep us safe for fire, but trust me, you have injuries on your face, okay? There's things are going to get taken care of. Okay? You got a phone number I can put in your report. What's that mean? This her her left side of the face. Her and her brother had gotten into a physical altercation. >> Okay. All right. How you doing? >> She's got a little bit of blood on her eyes. She's not sure where it's from. You weren't you weren't involved at all? You didn't hear anything? What can I just learn? She told me what happened. Okay. You got my flashlight. You're not bleeding or anything. I just got to check. You want me to take your vital? Give me one second. No, I mean like that. That's >> all right. Hold up. Hey, look and see if you do see any marks on there. You saw anything? >> Anything on there? >> What? You saw anything on here? No. You're all fired today. I don't think you're supposed to be outside. >> Huh? >> Camera recording. >> All right. So, something >> I put my chips down on the table. She walked over to get her phone as she was on top of me. My hand was still on my opponent of chips. She snatched the chips out of my hand, threw them across the table. >> Okay. >> I picked up my chips again. She pushed me. I pushed first. There's some water against me, hit me two times, and I hit her back. >> What? What? What type of water? Like a pack of water. >> A case of coconut water. >> Okay. Did anybody witness this? >> No. >> Camera recording. What's going on? the power. So check it out. Did you call him? >> Yeah. >> Is that A2? >> What happened? >> FBA cuz anything over battery brother and sister is FBA and they live together too. So >> they lived here for 3 years together. >> You don't want to take it apart. This is another my This is my third felony arrest. >> No, I don't fel down here process. >> This is my third one. This will definitely put me over a 3.0. >> Dude, I've got more than someone stat. I had I was like for SI. I had the most reports, most calls for service, second most amount of tickets written. I had the most arrests, misdemeanor, and 83 later. I'm still at the 2.4. How >> mine's a mine was at a 2.9 today. That's what I said. And that's probably them not even putting everything on there. Even though they always forget. I don't I don't understand how reversing my left and right yet >> cuz I don't think they'd be putting up like if if it was misdemeanor I would be add or keeping track of it and felonies. The only way we're getting um we get stats for felonies is if Izzy gets a copy. I was supposed to tell Smith that Smith isn't isn't >> um well they said to make sure that our sergeant once we give him that paperwork he's is getting a copy. He's put in Israel's box. And so also if we want to enter that and we can do it ourselves cuz once he put my phone >> down is still coming out here or what are supposed to be coming. >> Yeah. it really? >> Yeah, I wrote the number down. Clear. >> Just checking for me in about July. camera. That is so cute. I think we'll be all right. Come here. Come here. Pick this up. >> Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. >> This fake ran for me a couple minutes ago. >> Come here. Come on. Come on. >> So, pretty much check the bottles good. His bottles are good. He has a little satellite. His weakness might be affect. He's going to get some refusals. Okay. Okay. Get off the car. Scared him. Jesus. Ow. Ow. Ow. >> You're such a good policeman. >> Scratch my head. >> You're such a good policeman. What What would this city do without you? >> Yeah. One of the softest guts I've ever felt. >> Said if everyone would be in shambles without you. >> Yeah, I know. Yeah. She did the first she said she pushed Yeah. >> Right. >> Were you on that wreck earlier on today or that was I worked since? >> Oh, I forget you guys are [ __ ] got swapped like a few weeks ago or a month ago. >> My last night on nights anyway for a few months. It's not in. >> Huh? It's >> not loading in. >> I don't want to. I'm not running. I want to go to day [ __ ] I don't know. All right. So, y'all have something to do. >> All right, man. So, let me tell you what the deal is. All right. Can you step off the doctor for me? She has ser she has injuries on her face. Okay. When we come out here and we get a call like this and she has injuries on her face, she has blood on her eye and she has a swollen eye. Okay. So, somebody I have to make an arrest. Okay. So, I need to get around. Put your hands behind your back like you're praying. If you have anything on you, anything in your pockets, cuz I suggest whatever you have, if you do have anything on you, I suggest that you leave it here because you can't take anything in the jail with you. Okay. >> Might as well put my sandwich that's in the basement in the fridge. >> Are these too tight? >> Yeah, >> they are. Okay. You got really small wrists, though. No, I'm fixing my car. >> All right. You don't have nothing in your pocket. Do you mind if I check or take you want to check? >> Yeah, I'll check them. Just >> can we put my sandwich on the table and that Chick-fil-A bag? Can you put that in the fridge? >> Oh, here's the ID. And also, this is uh this party. All right. Come on. Step up. Spread the feet real quick. I'm going to give her a case number real quick. Now the air don't work in my car. So I'm going have to put windows down. Got to wait. No. You might have to honestly transport him to in your car because I don't. It's hot back there. Just to the PD and I can switch cars. You heard me pick. I said I might honestly need you to transfer him just to the PD until I can switch cars cuz I have to switch cars anyways before I go to Rice Street. Hey, you hear what I said? You might >> you might just have to, if you will, just help me take them to the PD cuz cuz I might switch cars out before I go to our street cuz my chicken's flashing and they told me not to drive. >> Yeah, thanks. I'll follow you. We'll change a little [ __ ] >> All right, let me give her a case. Is your daughter still sitting at the table? Okay, I need her. I need What's her name? Where she at? All right, ma'am. So, your brother's going to be going with us tonight. That's why I told you just calm down. Let me do everything I need to do. Okay. So, this is a case card. I'm going to do a police report. The case number is on here and the report will be available in three to five business days. Okay. You can pick it up at the police department or you can call and they might be able to have another way to send it to you. Okay. >> Okay. >> You have any questions? Anything like that? Everything's good. Okay. All right. You're welcome. What is the charges? >> So, this is going to be battery because she has severe bruising and blood on the side of her face. And he I'm sorry. What? >> You want to go ahead and >> So he told me and she both told me that he punched her in the face. >> Yeah. >> So he admitted that he did it. >> Yeah. >> And she has bruising and blood on her eyes. So that's the battery. >> So what what happens next? >> So he's going to be transported to county jail and >> he'll see a judge when and within 48 hours >> and then they'll go from there. I can't tell you what's going to happen once he gets the thing is I'm under chemo right now. >> Okay. >> I just came back from my treatment today. >> Okay. >> And he's the one who goes with me when I have my treatment. >> I understand. >> He's the one who is helps me around the house with whatever I need to be done. I can hear myself. >> I understand. I I just like to know how long he's going to be releas once the he goes to to the jail. I can't guarantee that. Okay. It just depends on what what happens when he sees the judge. Okay. I can't guarantee how long he'll be gone. >> So, he says 48 hours before he sees. >> I'm not I'm not positive. It should be within the next 48 hours. However, with today with it being Thursday night, I don't know if it'll be tomorrow or not or if it'll be till Monday. That's all I can tell you. Okay. Okay. Yep. Somebody stop. >> I'm going to take him cuz I'm have to switch cars for the right cuz the lights flashing. >> Is it? >> Yes. >> Okay. Mechanically wise. >> I mean, yeah, I guess. But the air is not working. So, I'm Yeah. Trying to get on the street. >> Okay. All right, trying to make this ride as quick as possible. I know it's hot back there 24 radio. >> In Georgia, a person can be charged with a crime if they use excessive force while defending themselves. While Georgia law provides broad protections for self-defense, including stand your ground provisions, those protections only apply if the force used is reasonable and proportionate to the threat. 11 days after this incident, the police were called out again to the very same residents. >> Hold on for a second. 13 265 B is the right one. [clears throat] camera recording. >> Well, they answered this. [clears throat] Make sure she left. >> Where's he at? >> Downstairs. >> Is he supposed to be here? >> No. >> Why is he Why'd he get in the house? >> Um, my mom probably let him in. >> You got a copy to protect the water. >> How long's the video? >> I don't know. I slept most of the day, but when I woke up, I saw the car. And >> which one is this car? >> It's not his car, but my mom let him use it to go where he's going. >> Which one is he using? >> The >> camera recording. >> And um it's one thing if he's downstairs and I can't see him, but he's moving around and like >> a protective. >> It's not a protective order. It was according to the bond condition and he wasn't returned to the address until his court well the actual court date. >> What happened with Who is he to you? >> It's my brother and he >> and he was arrested for domestic. >> Did Did y'all um Did you take out a a TPO order? >> What was that? >> A temporary protective order. >> I didn't do that. But they told me according to the bond agreement that it didn't I didn't mean to. >> You need you need to do that cuz y'all letting them in. Y'all got up in the house. >> Who bonded him out of jail? >> Probably my mother. >> Where is she at? >> Upstairs. >> You grab You need to grab your mom. You got weapons. >> No, I don't have any connection. Especially after this. I don't have any connection cuz she's protecting him. She's not protecting me. And she's trying to play this whole I'm sick. I need him. Blah blah blah. And that's not true at all. >> Camera recording. Um then >> I'm not here. Yes. And me included. This is not the first time it's happened. >> Is this the first time he's been back >> for any extended period of time here? Like >> So wait, wait, wait, wait. So since this incident, he's he's been back. He's been at this house since he's been left arrested. >> He's been here, I'm guessing, to get something that he needs and go. But he's never been here for a day, two day, like at all. Not slept here, nothing. >> So you said extended period. How long has the extended period been that he's been here this time? >> I came home last night at like probably by 11:00 when I woke up, the car was here. >> So, we're here in another day now. Um, yeah, like I said, it's not the first time it's happened. And all along, it's either me being like, oh, you know, I don't want to. This my brother and my mom pretending, "Oh, you shouldn't." D, and this is the final time. You black my eye. Lucky enough, it wasn't that bad where I healed in time to be able to go on about my life, but I'm not about to keep protecting you and I don't feel safe with you in the house. Added to which my mother, >> you need to go file a tip. I'm telling you now, go file a temporary protective order so we can have something from the court saying he can't be in here. But you sound like y'all letting him back in here. >> No. No. There's not no y'all. And it's not something weird going on in here. >> It's It's not. >> So you say he's been here. Okay. He got locked up last week. >> Mhm. >> And then he's been here since he's been locked up. >> Mhm. and he's already violated that bond condition. >> Mhm. But I had >> Why did we get why we didn't get called? >> Because it I didn't have enough time by the time I like for example yesterday I woke up. It's Saturday, right? Yeah. Woke up Saturday. I come downstairs to the kitchen. I'm doing whatever I'm doing. It's not until after the fact that I look I realized the car is here. I left my phone upstairs. I said, "Okay." By the time I finish washing my hands and walking upstairs, as I'm going back upstairs, my mother's shoeing him out the door. Go, go, go. Shh. So, he leaves and I'm gone. So, like I said, now I come today. I'm sick. I'm bedr bidden all day. I wake up now. You're moving about the house. This the time that I had to call you. I told my mother already like, "Do not bring him back here. Every time I see him say something, I'm going to call the cops." And that's be I'm guessing that she either told him that or did what she had to do cuz she's more interested in making sure that he stays out of jail than I am being safe. So I was thinking that he would take that seriously enough know that don't come back here. That's not taken seriously. So now I have to call y'all again >> and probably again and again for you to get the message. But I'm need you to take out a temporary if he did all this to you. You need to take out a temporary protective order. But right now go get your mom. I need to talk to her right now. This is weird. >> This is She's a jealous that her mother is showing pictures to her son. >> So, what the mother told me is that the son, she has cancer. The son helps her with her box of appointments and stuff. >> This is your case, >> you know, and that's why he's even down here is because she's sick. Yeah. This is for my case. I think uh she's a she's just jealous that mom's giving brother attention. >> I thought she had a tpo. That's what it said. >> That's a special condition of a bonding sheet. >> I can't believe that. But >> you bring that to court basically. I would think >> because how are you supposed >> Why were they fighting before? >> They don't get along at all. They told me they live in this house together for like 5 years and they don't speak unless necessary. >> She's lived here, I guess. I don't know. I don't know if the mom I don't know. But she's Yeah, the mom was when I took him to jail at night, she was like, "Well, he's the one who helps me with all my stuff." Like, well, clearly it's an issue. I mean, I feel like the one that's not helping you should be the one to go. >> But, you know, so >> I feel like we've been out here before that. I feel like we've been out here before. >> This was last week, I want to say. >> I think we've been out here before. >> But he told me that. So, he admitted that he punched her in the face. He told me that he punched her in the face cuz she slapped him and threw a case of coconut water at him. >> Camera recording. >> So, what normally happens in this Normally someone has a tpo if they got a violent person they're dealing with tpo is shown to us like okay and he's here but we take him out we'll take him to jail >> we're coaching out here >> take that to court we go to court I'm going to tell her I'm going to take your mother >> camera recording >> I'm trying to figure out what kind of crazy have going on over here why is this going on why is he here today if you really have that kind of >> she loves her baby boy that's more important >> [clears throat] >> What's your mother's name? >> Man, what's your last name? >> What's your last name now? >> I'm sorry. >> Hey, listen. Um, as my understand there was an incident last week where son was arrested for hitting. >> He was bonded out of the hill. >> Yes. >> He has special conditions. >> Yes. See if you wear those conditions. >> Yes. >> I can't you can't bring in your heart right now. >> Please officer. You know I'm as a matter of fact I have to go back to the court get this whole situation straighten up. Okay. I am a cancer patient and undergoing chemo and back and forth the doctor and back and forth all different sorts of things. My son is gone. Before I used to do it by myself because he was able to come with me. I can't. He's the one that has to go back and forth with me. And I don't No, she can't. >> There's three other people. >> There's three other people. >> Excuse me. Two other people that can drive and three other people in general that can be of any type of service whatsoever. >> You can help your mom. I'm trying to figure out why this boy if he's if he's violent, >> he's supposed to be a caretaker, but he's being violent. That's that's the problem I have. So when the problem I have when you call my police off the street cuz he beating up some harmful one in the house and we got to take him to jail and go through all this and then he's back over here. What's what's what is he what's going to prevent him from doing this again? >> Both of them have it's it's a three He's in the basement. She's upstairs. They don't cross path except really. Okay. >> So, what happened last time? That's what I'm concerned with. >> What? >> He can make a injury like that where the eyes black. He's capable of a lot a lot more. >> Well, I don't think he is capable of a lot of you. I do not think that you could you could sit there and sneak as much as you want. You could sit there and sneak as much as you want. She's saying that there are other people in this house that could help me before I got diagnosed with this cancer. I had to go and get the colonoscopy done and I asked her to go with me. She went with me. On the way coming back, she was driving acting crazy and I talked to her about it and she got mad. You know what she said to me? Next time you have to go to the doctor, don't call me, call Uber or call transfer to come and get you. >> Is this your house? >> It's my house. And if anybody had It's unfair to me. It's unfair to me in the condition that I am in to have to be going through this. >> Understand? Okay. >> You could snicker as much as you want. >> So, let me ask you, how do you if it's so bad here with him. And you can see >> I'm dying to get out of here. There's several circumstances that's preventing me from doing so, including the fact that I'm not working right now. Number one. Number two, when I finally did start to get a little bit of traction in working, he punches me in my eye. I can't go to work. >> You've been You've been singing that story for years. >> I'm really not interested in this. It's not It's not It's not really about an argument or anything. Um, after this whole thing happened, I was going to go to a domestic violence shelter just to make sure that I can get away. I have two packs in here that I have to take care of by myself. Number one. Number two, I work primarily at night. I would not be able to do that knowing that I'm going to have curfew at that place. On top of which, I have a quote unquote disability that literally prevents me from being able to function as a normal human being at any given time, random as hell. So between that the work schedule and the conditions of the shelter it wasn't really plausible for me to be able to do that. So when I said okay well I can't leave this person needs to leave the response to that was well what is he supposed to do but what am I supposed to do it's not fair to you I don't think it's it's not fair to it's not fair to anybody in this circumstance but right is right and wrong is wrong if I'm not mistaken. So granted, lo and behold, I'm not trying to be in here making up my own rules or bigging on my chest. I make myself small and I don't want to be here. I don't want to be here by any means. But I think that the small amount of time that I need to get myself somewhere safe, I should be able to be like, >> you want to have the house that she feel free to get I don't want to get involved in the dynamic. There's clearly more going on here than uh we're aware of. But here's the thing. Um, I'm okay. If you're living in somebody else's house, you got to follow their real I'm not going to chastise your grown. >> I don't I don't disagree at all. >> So, what I'm saying is being a mother that's a very bad illness should be want to help her out. >> I My mother is here to tell her story and my mother's here to believe what she wants to do. >> Somebody say this in front of you and tell you that they need and that the person who just assaulted someone else Let me say this what I'm >> Let me tell you what I'm saying. You said this this other young brother here that takes her everywhere and does all this stuff. >> Okay. What I'm saying is he's here doing if that's what he's doing. I'm trying to figure I don't know ma'am. I don't know. I'm not I don't >> you know the one. >> So what I'm saying if you doing if you doing what he's doing maybe he not cannot be here. >> He's not doing anything. >> Listen. >> I need a TPO to to get to enforce. >> Are you able to uh help me with that right now? Do I have to go down? >> You got to go down downtown county courthouse. >> So, as far as the bond agreement that is violated, when do I do that? >> You have you going have a court date for that incident. You need to take that documentation to court and tell him what occurred. >> But then you do not have a report for tonight that says he came out here and that he was here. >> We can take we can take a report with the officer that arrested him. >> It is. I can't see, right? Cuz my glasses were broken off my face and so I can't see and this eye is messed up. So, >> hi. cuz I I remember you. >> What I'm trying to prevent, ma'am, is I don't want us to leave and then these here I can tell clearly they don't get along. >> There's going to be a problem. >> He wasn't bothering me that day. >> Let me finish. Let me finish. >> If there's I don't want to hear about another fight or another incident him put his hands on her because they in the same house. >> Now there's a reason the system says no contact with this person. >> They're trying to prevent it happening again and now he's back. So it's my >> Were you here one night? >> No, he >> he was arrested. How many time has he been living here since? >> He's gone to jail. >> Yes. >> We should have got a call much earlier than this. This has been going on for 7 days apparently. >> You know, as I said, >> you've been out here before that. >> The day this incident happened, I had just come back from chemo. Okay. And as I said in the beginning, I've been doing chemo for the last 6 months. In the beginning, I was I was going about doing everything for myself. I wasn't asking for for anybody else because you know the stories the stories that I know what I'm living through. Okay. I norally do the job because I started the grown man living here for 5 years. He was mowed alone once. Now all of a sudden you need him. He's he's crucial to your survival. Stop. >> I'm not going to lie. I need to go. And so for that reason I honestly need to go. Can I just get a report or something real quick and so I I'm going to do a report but it's not going to be ready. I'm going to do a supplement to the original report. How long is it still? 3 to 5 days. >> Yeah. 3 to five days. >> 3 to five business days. >> Get stuck over there. Why they do that? And now I'm just going to just be a supplement to the report that's already there. >> So it'll show the it'll be attached basically to your original report. >> Yeah. I came back out >> and so there's a violation. And then do you know what the court has? Like it's just a violation of the bond agreement. Obviously, it's going to reflect. >> So, I mean, I don't know what the it just depends on what the judge says. I mean, it just it depends. I mean, they could revoke it. They could allow special circumstances. I don't know. It just depends on what the judge says because it's not like an actual TPO. So, normally when a TPO comes and we come out to a call like this where they violate a TPO, we normally take them right to jail right then. But because it's not a TPO, it's bond agreement. It's not temporarily. It's not technically an order that we have to follow from the judge, if that makes sense. Which is why he said you have to take it up when they end up when whenever y'all go to court over it. But so yeah, do something to the original report. So So that we came back here for the issue that he's here still. He's been here this whole time. >> No, she when he when she brought him out of jail probably 2 days or 3 days later and she brought him back here, I told her to tell him to leave. She fought me about it for like an hour straight, screaming in my face about how I was so wrong and I'm so terrible of a person. Okay. She told him to leave because she knew I was going to call the cops. He came back maybe a day or two days later and I said, "Listen, I'm being dead. Every time I see his face, I'm calling the cops. >> Tell him to leave." And I'm giving her time, too. I'm like, "Yo, it's 7:00. I'm calling the cops at 8. Let him leave." So, those are the two times where I had to verbally warn her. So after that second time, I saw him put a bunch of stuff in the car and he left. He didn't come back. So her being like, "Oh yeah, he's been >> he left." I don't know if he's just taking her car and sleeping in it somewhere or going to a friend's house. I have no idea what he's doing. This is the first time that he's come back and been here. >> The yesterday night, I guess he must have come back Friday night for him to have been here Saturday morning. If I go to sleep Saturday, close my eyes Saturday, I mean Friday night and wake up Friday morning and he's here before I could call the cops, he was back out the door. So this is the only time that he's been here for me to be like, "Oh, okay. He thinks that he's going to rest comfortably. >> That's not happening. I'm going to call the cops." Not only to find out that that for all this I could just save all of my aggression and this that or the tension that's going on in the house because nothing is going to come of it anyway. So now I'm just still a evil even more of an evil [ __ ] So, what I would recommend you doing until the time from now until whenever y'all go to court, um, if they don't get the situation figured out from him to leave the house, if anything occurs, like if you guys get into any sort of even if it's just a verbal argument, just call before it even before >> Oh, no. Definitely. There's no type of nothing that's going to go on civily. I'm not protecting him no more. She's been protecting him his whole life. I've been protecting him as long as he's been violated me. I'm not doing it anymore. As long as when it comes to me and my safety, it's up to him. It's slow. He's If I'm not going to be safe, he's not going to be safe either. >> 132959. >> Oh, what is he supposed to do? He can't sleep on the sheets. He's not going to sleep on the streets. He's going to sleep in police custody. He's going to sleep in jail. That's going to be the case number. The same. It's the same case number. Like I said, it's just going to be a supplementary report. You know, the process already how to get the report, right? >> All right. Let's see what we can get figured out. >> Okay, that's fine. Thank you. Ladies and gentlemen, good night. >> Yes. >> When I was out here in March, I remember you wanted to evict him because he had a firearm that he like >> because he had a gun, but that's the thing. He had a gun, >> right? And you were dead set that you were going to evict him. >> And I was dead set that he was going or the gun was going, >> right? >> Because I told him he couldn't stay here with the gun. It was him or the gun. But what I would suggest is if you're saying that you have a this is your house and >> you have a bunch of people in the house that don't want to help you do what you need to do and I would suggest you rethink your living arrangements with people that you have living here >> because if he's the person that's helping you and it's becoming a conflict with the other people. Does that make sense? >> Yeah. >> I wouldn't want people living at my house that won't even help me go to a doctor's appointment. That's >> he just kind of >> Okay. All right. So, you do understand this is a toxic situation I got going on. >> He was very compliant. >> So, uh they can't be if we find out they're fighting definitely arrested somebody. >> Yeah. >> If I say he's in the basement, she's upstairs. She doesn't come out of her. >> But the the law does that for a reason. And they don't want offenders and victims each other after an incident like that >> cuz if something else happens it's most likely not going to be worse than the first one. >> Correct. >> True. >> I I understand that. >> So, um but if when it comes to her you it's that bad get her evicted. Let her stay in her own 10 toes. >> Yeah. >> There's plenty of people with issues that got their own apartments and places. So, I understand she but I she made 10 excuses why she can't. I ain't hear not one positive thing why she can go out and do her own thing. >> Yeah. >> So you been you're enabling her right now doing this? >> Well, I can't put in the street because you said she she has sick herself. She works for a few hours at a time and I don't know what happens. She leaves or whatever it is. But she I I'm look at my situation. I am the one who has to provide for you know and >> well he I am the one >> and then if he's a man he's supposed to be out here >> punch the clock I'll tell you the honest truth >> can't be sitting around here uh that's not what men do we don't sit around mama will take care of >> he does go out and look for milk >> whenever he does >> man ever since has been over the signs every >> and whenever he does start He does help me financially and otherwise over the years, which is more than I can say for her. I don't care what story she tells and what picture she wants to paint because she's always the victim. I'm not saying he was right, but I'm I'm going to tell you again. I have seen her do things to provoke. When he came home, she called me and cursed me out in the worst cuz I'm standing there on the step. She is standing here above me this close to me screaming me in my face. how I'm such a mean and how I'm >> I would have been ma'am I don't know why you listen >> and all that was me I said to her I said no if I fold my hand and punch you in the face get her out of the house going to victory that's a legal way to do things you can't have people like that around you your home supposed to be a peaceful thing >> you can't have people doing that you can't you just can't have your your offspring doing that >> especially when you're sick and going through chemo >> yeah that's how stress you that That's what you can do. >> Absolutely. >> So that's just my suggestion. I can't tell you what to do. >> No, but if you got control over him, have him keep his distance. >> Otherwise, if they have they get to fight and something bad happens and we come back over here, >> we going to take somebody upstairs. He is the one who comes and check on me. No, come with me. If I need food or anything, I call him on the phone. Whenever he is reacting to come upstairs, wait, whatever it is, and go back in the basement. He doesn't bother her. >> Okay. >> He does not bother her. >> All right. Well, we're going to document the incident and if there's a problem, you if it starts to get out of control, give us a call. All right. But I suggest you get the dead weight out of your house. The only way you can do that is when you focus the first >> but okay man hope you get better and you have >> I am the prime analyzer and I know that you enjoy this channel.
