So, we have cable stapler. It's like a pump. Okay. All right. So, regardless, so All right. So, here's how it's going to work. We're going to see how much these are worth. Hey, you You walked by me three times. You should have put it down the first time or the second time or the third time or the fourth time when you were up there. Whatever. All right. Well, Do you think that this is the first time we've had a shoplifter in this store? Well, you did. All right. All right. Well, I'm going to start getting your information right here. So, we're going to Do you have any warrants or anything? Have you ever been arrested? For what? All right. What's your first name? All right. So, listen. I'm going to take this chain. I know you paid for it, but I'm not comfortable with you walking around holding a chain, okay? You paid for it, so we'll get you a bag for it later. What's your first name? All right. We're going to put this down. We'll worry about this later. Darleen, D A R L E E. E E N? What's your last name? A B I L I N. A B L I E N E. What's your birthday? What's your social? What's your last address? Where did you last live where you got mail? Did you ever have a license in New Jersey? Where was the address when you lived there? Well, what town at least? And what's your phone number for you? Well, you have a phone right there. Whose phone is that? All right. Is Muhammad over there still? Oh, he's on his phone. Okay. All right. I Oh, what's what we're trying to figure out right now. So, the the amount changes a lot. How much? I don't know. It's how much it's worth. That changes it a great You know how on TV they do it? Felonies and misdemeanors. Well, worry about that when we find out how much it is. Um Um yeah, if you could just give this to him. Sorry. Thank you. All right. I'm going to put this in my pocket for now just because I'm not walking around holding a chain. All right. Like I said, you're detained right now. You're not under arrest. Okay. Well, who's this other person? Is Does Okay. I I really don't because that's not how it Look Look Look, I get it. It's It's tough for a lot of people right now, but you don't just go around and steal [ __ ] especially if you're in front of a cop. And the guy who is in charge of calling us if you steal stuff. What's up? So, she was walking around, she had a bag with a couple of tools in it. She walked by us. She paid, she came back, so we got the concealment for the shoplifting. So, I'm just going to run her really quick. You paid for a chain. She paid for a chain that's in my pocket just because I'm not getting hit in the face with a chain. So what? Um I didn't want to run. All right. All right. Look. We're going to see if you have any warrants. We're going to get an amount. Um you want to stay with her for 1 second. I'll start calling this in. All right. All right. So I'm going to check her for warrants. I got her I got her info. You want to get me a an amount on that. I need Say the name again. For you, go ahead. I have a party by the info when you're ready. All right. First name is going to be Darlene Delta Alpha Romeo Lima Echo Echo November. Last name is going to be Last name Abeline Alpha Bravo Lima India November Echo. Date of birth 10 18 1971. So Um she's currently homeless. Last address might have been a All right. Look. I Look. You did what you did. I know, but it didn't work out. It didn't work. Like I said, in New Jersey, once you put it in a bag and conceal it I'm not like I've never had a shoplifting charge. >> Okay. If you don't have any warrants and depending on the amount I don't know how much those tools are worth. I don't know if that's I don't know. Everything else is cleared up. So she said that there's someone out there I don't know. He's probably gone now. I don't know where where is this C Park address, right? Honey. How'd you get to C Park address then? Because he drove me here, but I don't know if he's going to So he picked you up and drove you here and you have no idea what his name is or what kind of car he has. His name was Juan, but I don't know I just know it's a silver truck. And I don't know if he's probably going to split. That could Probably. Well now you're stuck with it. It's all right. I'm going to stop. Thank you. Again, I hit myself with all of the coins they stole. So he showed up all of a sudden you know I'm [ __ ] tired of [ __ ] He's getting up. So who was just calling you like five times? I don't know the numbers in here. I don't I don't >> There was a name on it. Whose phone is that? It just says home. I don't know. You know what I mean? He just told me to keep it. So he gave you a phone $20 and said go in there and steal the stuff. So where did the $20 bill you have come from? >> That was for the chain. So it could be my chain so I got I don't know. I don't know. Let's go then. I'm hoping I'm still going to get I don't think you're getting $20, but I swear now I'm [ __ ] I don't I tell them I said I'm not I'm not selling anything to do with like I get [ __ ] questioned with a paper or anything in this store. You know what I mean? I do. Like I don't [ __ ] steal anything. I don't like doing this [ __ ] Then I get [ __ ] what? You want to Okay. I have bags and bags and bags of [ __ ] I bought and was I'm paying for it. And I get followed around like I'm [ __ ] not. Well that bag isn't from the store. And when people walk around with full bags inside of a any retail store Well I figured it was better it's a red flag. I had something full coming in. You know what I mean? I But you passed me all the way down there. I know, but I You should have just dumped it there and then there wouldn't be a problem. You walked by me and then you you asked me to stop. Well well that makes it better. But that's I had to get the chain and I didn't want to like just walk out of the store. Well I mean you know what I mean? Like I you know like I Not that I want I don't want to do that. >> was [ __ ] timing for you. Because I was walking around and then if you didn't say anything and just walked by us and you put the stuff back you would be probably gone already. Because the fact that you asked us a a question if he worked here. >> Well no because because I didn't know because I didn't I don't know where the chains were. I know he didn't know, but I didn't know I needed to know where the chains was cuz I needed to get a chain. That's what I needed that's what I came in for. >> That's why they have all those words that are at the end of the aisles. Yeah, but it doesn't say chain. I don't know Home Depot's like that. I don't know I don't know. Yeah. Well It is what it is. You're here now, right? Hopefully it's not too much money. If it is then you might become with us. What's the limit? Like what is it? Um We'll find out. That's it. I don't know. I don't know. Thank you. Okay. So then we're heading this to you. How much is it? Um You have $400 $408. So what's that? It's a lot of money in tools, right? The [ __ ] $20. Well doesn't sound like you're getting the $20 anymore anyway cuz you said he left, right? I don't I don't I don't know where the store is so All right. Let me take a couple pictures of this. So I have to go to jail? You don't have to go to jail, but What do I do? Am I going to get a ticket or I get to go? All right. So there's $400. We'll take her back with us. Do I got to go? You do. It's $400. All right. Do you have anything in your pockets that you're not supposed to? No. And what about this this bag you said It's not mine. >> It's not yours? Is there anything in your pockets that you're not supposed to have? Any drugs? Anything illegal? No. All right. Yeah, you're good. I need to take a picture of the inside of this bag. Okay. All right. All my stuff 14 we're going to have one on you. You've been arrested before in New Jersey? I've been arrested. How many times? Oops. Tickets and [ __ ] a lot. Like All right. Do me a favor. Stand up. Give me all your stuff. You can have my stuff your stuff with my partner. Like I said So what I have to go in the bag with my camera and my phone? We'll find out. So you already have a warrant that they just found. For what? I don't know what it's for, but you have at least one. I just figured I figured out I have my purse. What's the matter? I have a metal wrist. Can you loosen it? What do you mean you have a metal wrist? I have a metal wrist. This is tight. So you know what I mean? I think if I do if you do loosen it All right. What's What's going on with your wrist? I have See I have a metal wrist. All right. Okay. So I'm going to put on a second handcuff for you, okay? Just so you have a little bit extra space. Yeah, that works. So you have one warrant that's at least $500. It's What did they say where it's from? I don't know. I didn't hear what they said. Maybe yeah we'd have to check. We'll check and we'll get back. We'll tell you what it's for and who it's from. All right. Is that better? No. Well Well I can't really make it much looser or else it's going to fall off. It's not going to fall off. Well All right. Well anyway All right. Stop. You're making it tighter. I'm not making it tighter. You're making it tighter by moving. >> Because it's it's Because I'm trying to relock it, but you keep moving. All right. Like I said All right. Let's go. Can we go? Please turn it Excuse me? I want to get I want to I want to go. All right. Well we're working on that, okay? This is There's three clicks. I can't make it any looser than that or else the cuffs going to fall off. Is there anything in your pocket that you're not supposed to have? I'm going to check them, okay? >> It's change. All right. Is there anything in this pocket? >> No. No drugs? Nothing that's going to stick me? Poke me? No. I'm going to go in the back of my hand just trying to make sure there's nothing in here. Okay. All right. Your phone. Okay, you got the phone. Yeah. All right. All right. Thank you. All right. You We'll get you the case number for this. So I'm just going to hold her for a little bit longer. Hold on 10 seconds. I know, but we have to. I told you before we got here. You want it? You need the case number? 38 case number, please. I just figured I'm going to go on the phone with Yeah, well just 38 24-045 123. This is not just a case number. Maybe you could have included the bill worth 400 bucks. $408 so free tax. We'll get the report. All right. All right. Well it is what it is. You have warrants anyway so eventually I thought I I figured it was just a ticket because I thought I straight out of the store and locked the place. Plus $5,000 at 10%. I don't know. I don't know family. >> [music] >> What's that? I don't know family. I don't know family. I think that one's bad. I think we're good. Well you're my responsibility now, all right? Okay. But we >> still have to make sure you don't run anywhere. I'm not running anywhere. >> and don't run anywhere. You don't have to grab my arm. I'm not a [ __ ] child, man. My first [ __ ] Rodeo. You should have shot me in the head, but I'm going to arrest you for going in there. Okay. Okay, phone, money, and receipts all going in. And I'm going to put her jeans that she paid for also in the bag. It's pretty substantial. I was thinking of uh Oh, no. Okay. I don't have any money on me. All right, then we'll try to get you an ROR. Yeah, I'm not fighting with charges in here. Yeah, anyway, I'm a stupid [ __ ] I go to stores and steal. They actually did go to the store. Look at the camera. Okay, look. Stay right here. Just want to make sure you're not I don't have any money or anything in the bag. You can pull me over right now. I really want to go this way, but we're going to go that brown door over here. Look at the camera. You can't see anything in the camera. You know what I mean? Watch your step. You can pull me over right now. I won't The suspect was issued a complaint warrant for the shoplifting charge.
